Adams Rubble: oh nice
Adams Rubble: that must be exciting
Lucinda Lavender: yes...I wish I could sing faster:)
Adams Rubble: :)
Lucinda Lavender: so hard to make a 50 person choir sound like 100
Lucinda Lavender: without singing too loud!
Adams Rubble: Does Mozart need a bif choir?
Adams Rubble: big
Lucinda Lavender: will it feels like it for this piece...called the Grand Mass
Adams Rubble: ahhh
Adams Rubble: maybe a big echo chambre :)
Lucinda Lavender: yes...! the music is pretty amazing
Lucinda Lavender: are you kind of specially dressed today?
Lucinda Lavender: you look ready for a party:)
Adams Rubble: hehe. I have not been in too much so do not change much these days
Lucinda Lavender: ah
Adams Rubble: Sometime some days ago this was my mood :)
Lucinda Lavender: What a tumultuous time we have been through in our country...yes mood does change my dress sometimes
Adams Rubble: Yes, hopefully things will start to settle down
Adams Rubble: Our differences are not as great as they seem
Lucinda Lavender: yes..
Lucinda Lavender: we voted in my preschool...it was between dino, duck and moose
Adams Rubble: :)
Lucinda Lavender: dino won
Adams Rubble: They usualy do (hehe)
Lucinda Lavender: :)
Lucinda Lavender: on the playground the children have been playing in teams...
Adams Rubble is partial to moose
Adams Rubble: The children might have been interested in teddy Roosevelt
Adams Rubble: :)
Lucinda Lavender: yesterday I found the unicorn pegasus team creating a soup that would take out the dragon team because they seemed to know the dragons are meat eaters and unicorn pegasus does not want to be eaten
--BELL--
Lucinda Lavender: sand box play
Lucinda Lavender: protection from predators has become important
Lucinda Lavender: high drama
Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble: Hello druth :)
Lucinda Lavender: I keep saying we have open teams..
Lucinda Lavender: Hi druth
druth Vlodovic: hey guys
druth Vlodovic: teams of what?
Lucinda Lavender: the children on the playground have them selves organized into teams
Lucinda Lavender: dragons, unicorn pegasus,
Lucinda Lavender: etc
Lucinda Lavender: some are quite concerned that the meat eaters are after them
druth Vlodovic: :)
Lucinda Lavender: when chasing games get intense we tell them to tell the other team they are not playing that
Lucinda Lavender: they like to shift eventually into other activities...sandbox etcmaking things
Lucinda Lavender: how are you druth?
druth Vlodovic: pining for the days of chasing games and sandboxes
Lucinda Lavender: :))
Adams Rubble: Many people in the US had the feeling they were being chased by meat eaters leading up to the election
Lucinda Lavender: nodding!
druth Vlodovic: too bad there was no teacher to keep things in check
Adams Rubble: :)
druth Vlodovic: I often wonder if having a king whose only job is to tell politicians to watch themselves would be a good idea :)
Lucinda Lavender: was telling adams we voted ...between moose, duck and dino...dino won
Lucinda Lavender: an entity somewhat removed yet a symbol of importance
Adams Rubble: Don;t mess with Dinos
Lucinda Lavender: reptilian mind
Lucinda Lavender: the power of choosing
--BELL--
Adams Rubble: I've forgotten how peaceful it can feel to be sitting in the pavilion
Lucinda Lavender: nice..
Lucinda Lavender: allowing time to pass
Adams Rubble: and allowing things to fall off :)
Lucinda Lavender: thoughts and concerns of how to fill space ...for me:)
druth Vlodovic: hard,at first, to be somewhere without having to fill it
Lucinda Lavender: interesting calm developing
Lucinda Lavender: mind wants to hop into a performance mode maybe
Lucinda Lavender: Hi aph!
druth Vlodovic: hey aph
Aphrodite Macbain: Hello Luci
Aphrodite Macbain: Hi druth, adams
Adams Rubble: Hello Aphrodite :)
Adams Rubble: Interesting that one of us is looking to fill and one of us is looking to empty
Aphrodite Macbain: Adams - I have some photographs of the chapel to send you
Adams Rubble: Thank you Aphrodite :)
Adams Rubble: I wonder if the filling and the emptying might be the same thing in different words
--BELL--
druth Vlodovic: harmonizing, making the space into you, or you into the space
druth Vlodovic: lol, I can never tell if I'm making any sense
Aphrodite Macbain: well if there is something emptying something might be filling
Aphrodite Macbain: if we go by the laws of physics
Lucinda Lavender: just the movement between the emptying and filling...
Adams Rubble: :) druth
Lucinda Lavender: :)
Adams Rubble: Sometimes we need filling (Mozart, etc) and sometimes emptying (wrries)
Adams Rubble: (worries)
Lucinda Lavender: yes!
Lucinda Lavender: either kind of transition
Aphrodite Macbain: fill up with Mozart and our worries are displaced
Lucinda Lavender: perhaps absorbed
Adams Rubble: at least temporarily forgotten
druth Vlodovic: or perhaps we activate a part of us that is sleeping otherwise
Aphrodite Macbain: yes, or at least reveal it
Adams Rubble: I am playing with that theme this morning druth
Aphrodite Macbain: how so Adams?
Adams Rubble: I have not been in SL much lately
Adams Rubble: waking up some this morning
Lucinda Lavender: it feels like I go to certain places to be reminded of certain things..regarding worries etc...to learn how to let things be put in perspective
Adams Rubble: yes Luci
Adams Rubble: and here I am :)
Lucinda Lavender: went to the Buddhist temple last weekend ...heard a talk on anger...
Aphrodite Macbain: was it useful?
Lucinda Lavender: I think so...there was a reminder about patient acceptance and then the idea that expecting things not to have problems is actually quite unlikely
Aphrodite Macbain: patient acceptance of what?
--BELL--
Adams Rubble: We have recently reminded on the east coast of how shallow the lives we lead can be
Adams Rubble: or how fragile the our routine is
Adams Rubble: Yet there were many people getting dangerously angry about the inconveniences
Adams Rubble: instead of contemplating the shallowness of our routines so easily disrupted
Adams Rubble: I am afraid I must go. It was very pleasant being here with you all this morning
Adams Rubble: Thank you all :)
Adams Rubble: bye for now
Lucinda Lavender: I am afraid I have to go to work...thank you all,...acceptance of what is seen? I am not sure...still exploring it.
Lucinda Lavender: best wishes to you Adams in the changed world
Aphrodite Macbain: Bye Adams
Aphrodite Macbain: You going too Luci?
druth Vlodovic: quick escape :)
druth Vlodovic: bye luci
Aphrodite Macbain: byee
Aphrodite Macbain: I like your cords
Lucinda Lavender: yes must drive to the next place:)
Aphrodite Macbain: :-)
Lucinda Lavender: good day all...
Aphrodite Macbain: waves
druth Vlodovic: ah, no tp, how inconvenient
