Wol Euler was guardian for this session.

    Korel Laloix: Heya
    Wol Euler: timezone-appropriate greetings, Korel
Korel Laloix: Way too early in the morning.
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: I hven't seen you here at this time in quite a while
Korel Laloix: I just can't sleep.. so I just get up.
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: you seemed to be sleeping better lately, over this winter
Korel Laloix: Not good to just lay there.. so SL helps sometimes... clears my brain a bit.
Korel Laloix: or resets or something.
    Wol Euler smiles.
Korel Laloix: That or it bores me back to comatose...smiles
    Wol Euler: ha!
Wol Euler: that could totally be true
Korel Laloix: I do learn a lot her for sure.
Agatha Macbeth: Guten morgen mein schatz ♥
    Wol Euler: hallo liebchen ♥
    Agatha Macbeth: Osiyo K
Wol Euler: "here" being SL rather than specifically with us, I guess :)
Korel Laloix: Gutten morgen.. wie gehst?
    Wol Euler: I'd agree
    Korel Laloix: yes.. smiles
    Agatha Macbeth: Gut danke ;-)
Agatha Macbeth: Oh come on cushions
    Korel Laloix: Very laggy today.
    Agatha Macbeth: Yah
    Wol Euler: heheheh
    Agatha Macbeth: Truly
Wol Euler: hello Rasima, nice to see you again
    Rasima Petrovic: Hello Wol ^^
    Rasima Petrovic: Hello everyone =)
    Agatha Macbeth: Hello Ras

    --BELL--

    Agatha Macbeth: Nice outfit
    Rasima Petrovic: Oh thanks ^^
Rasima Petrovic: So, what's the topic?
    Agatha Macbeth: Good question
Wol Euler looks at the board to read the week's topic.
Wol Euler: The board says "Being: fluid or static?"
    Agatha Macbeth: Still?
Agatha Macbeth: Thought we did that last week
Wol Euler: yeah, the guardians meeting is today
Wol Euler: to choose the next topics
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah well
Agatha Macbeth: I finally worked out what I was doing wrong with the AO btw
Agatha Macbeth: Forgot to reset it
    Wol Euler: oh yay
    Agatha Macbeth: Duh
Rasima Petrovic: =3 I think the BF is about to get up
    Wol Euler: :)
Rasima Petrovic: Catch you guys later, hopefully you'll have a topic!
    Agatha Macbeth: BF?
    Rasima Petrovic: Yep ^^
Wol Euler: bye for now, rasima, enjoy the day
    Rasima Petrovic: (Boyfriend)
    Rasima Petrovic: Ciao!
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh those
    Agatha Macbeth: Bye
    Korel Laloix: Ciao
    Agatha Macbeth: Anyway
    Agatha Macbeth: Where were we
    Agatha Macbeth: mm
Wol Euler: Being, static or fluid
Wol Euler: I would say "both and/or neither"
    Agatha Macbeth: Maybe a gas
Wol Euler: beyond categories, and including all categories
Korel Laloix: Not really sure where to go with this one.
Wol Euler: but perhaps that's just me being narrowminded. What do you think?
Agatha Macbeth: When are you narrow minded?
Korel Laloix: I guess I need a context.
Korel Laloix: An interesting point though.
Korel Laloix: I find that people that think they are narron minded typically arnt.
    Agatha Macbeth smiles
    Agatha Macbeth: True
Korel Laloix: And people that say they are open minded typically arnt either.
Agatha Macbeth: Maybe we over/underrate ourselves
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: I'm being openminded about the possibility that I am not being openminded :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Right
Korel Laloix: When someone tells you to be openminded what they really mean is that you should agree with them.... lol
    Agatha Macbeth: Reckon so
Korel Laloix: So I find that statement to be rather insulting and condescending.
Agatha Macbeth: It's like 'be realistic'
    Wol Euler nods.
    Korel Laloix: Exactly.
Korel Laloix: And both of those statements are ways to kill a debate/arugment.
    Agatha Macbeth: Hm
Korel Laloix: I tend to turn it back on people though.. lol.. why I get called annoying.
Agatha Macbeth: You are not annoying

    --BELL--

Korel Laloix: lol.. Thank you.. smiles
Korel Laloix: I really annoy a lot of people RL though... sort of in a bad way, but some people just need to have a wake up call sometimes.
Agatha Macbeth: Yeh, shake em up a bit
Korel Laloix: But I need that as well I am sure.
    Wol Euler: agreed :)
Korel Laloix: I am equal opportunity that way.. smiles
Agatha Macbeth: We live and learn I suppose
Agatha Macbeth: Open minded maybe ;-)
Korel Laloix: So relating it to the topic.
Korel Laloix: I would suggest that those that insist that other be open minded are static.
    Wol Euler nods thoughtfully.
Korel Laloix: As they want to stay the same and get others to change.
Wol Euler: mind you, there *are* people whose minds are tightly closed
    Korel Laloix: THat is true...
Korel Laloix: And then there are those that are so open or fluid that they can never really anchor themselves.
Agatha Macbeth: There will always be bigots sadly
Korel Laloix: wow 12 sec chat lag.
Agatha Macbeth: Yes, and you look grey to me too
Wol Euler: ha, since you mention it ...
Agatha Macbeth: Is it the weather I wonder?
Wol Euler: could you rebake please?
    Korel Laloix: any luck?
    Wol Euler: no change :(
    Agatha Macbeth: Nope :(
Wol Euler: ah well, it's all part of life's rich tapestry.
Korel Laloix: let me relog.. brb
    Wol Euler: no,wait
Wol Euler: you just pinged into colour!
Wol Euler: at least for me
    Wol Euler: well, we'll see
Agatha Macbeth: She just pinged out of SL for me
    Agatha Macbeth: Yay
Wol Euler: welcome back, colourful Korel
    Wol Euler smiles.
    Agatha Macbeth: Technicolour girl
Korel Laloix: And hopeully less lagged.
Korel Laloix: Well.. just a two second chatlag now.
Wol Euler: hardly counts at all!
    Korel Laloix: Ok.. six.
    Agatha Macbeth: Improvement
    Korel Laloix smiles
Korel Laloix: So somewhat better... smiles
    Wol Euler: hehehe
Agatha Macbeth: Yes a definite improvement

Korel Laloix: When I look at my life, there have been some very static and very fluid moments.
    Wol Euler listens.
Korel Laloix: I seem to be on one level for a while.. then race to the next.
Korel Laloix: And the times of great change make great memories and seems so alive when in them.
Agatha Macbeth: You can do that when you're young
Korel Laloix: But I have to say i preffer the stable times.
    Agatha Macbeth: Me too
Wol Euler: mmmmmmm, not sure :) good memories are nice too
Korel Laloix: It is funny though... what I look back and smile on though.
Wol Euler: stable times are maybe better moment-by-moment as you are living them
Agatha Macbeth: Funny how you remember the bad more than the good tho
Korel Laloix: Living in a shelter for a while was not a good time, but I look back at if with fond memories.
Korel Laloix: I still give to the place each month.

    --BELL--

    Agatha Macbeth smiles
Wol Euler: that's good, korel, I'm glad to hear that
    Agatha Macbeth: Indeed
    Agatha Macbeth: Special K ;-)
    Wol Euler: :)
    Korel Laloix smiles
Korel Laloix: I have a lot of respect for people that work in those sorts of places.
    Agatha Macbeth: Me too
    Wol Euler: oh yes
Korel Laloix: Digging up some memories I have not massage for a bit.
Korel Laloix: Think i will go back and ead my journal entries from then.
    Wol Euler nods.
    Agatha Macbeth: :)
Wol Euler: I hope that won't keep you awake too long, it'll be dawn soon if yo aren't careful :)
Korel Laloix: Oh. I will read that later today.. going to try and sleep some now.
Korel Laloix: Thanks for teh chat all.
    Wol Euler: good :)
Wol Euler: goodnight korel, sleep well
    Agatha Macbeth: *hugz*
    Agatha Macbeth: TC K
    Korel Laloix: Ciao.
    Agatha Macbeth: She's adorable
    Wol Euler smiles.
Agatha Macbeth: How's everyone at Frac doing?
Wol Euler: mostly good, I'd say
Wol Euler: it's funny that we have all gathered in Guild Wars :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Hm?
Wol Euler: timezones are a problem, obviously, but there is some overlap
Wol Euler: yeah, made a guild of our own and all
Agatha Macbeth: Oh that thing like Elite yeh
Wol Euler: heh, don't know Elite
    Wol Euler: but I guess it's like GW2 :)
    Agatha Macbeth: David Braben
    Wol Euler looks blankly.
Agatha Macbeth: Before your time maybe, 16 bit era
Wol Euler: "David John Braben (born 2 January 1964) is a British computer programmer, best known for co-writing Elite, a hugely popular and influential space trading computer game, in the early 1980s"
Wol Euler: before my time, yes
    Agatha Macbeth: That's the one
Wol Euler: I skipped at least one generation in computer hardware
Agatha Macbeth: You *have* heard of Peter Molyneux I would think?
Wol Euler: I went directly from the school board's mainframe and its punched cards, to UNIX workstations
    Agatha Macbeth: God
Wol Euler: yes, that name I do know :)
    Agatha Macbeth smiles
Wol Euler: godsdamn, he's my age and has fame and wealth and an OBE
    Wol Euler sighs sadly.
Agatha Macbeth: Well you have fame ;-)
Agatha Macbeth: In SL at least

    --BELL--

    Wol Euler: awwww
    Agatha Macbeth: It's true
    Agatha Macbeth: Everyone loves Wollie
    Wol Euler blushes.
    Agatha Macbeth: Matches your hair
    Wol Euler: ha
Agatha Macbeth: Xira gave me a LM to her exhibition
Wol Euler: yes, I got that too
Agatha Macbeth: think I'll take a look before I go shopping
    Wol Euler: let's do!
