  Grendel's Children is a store in SL where many animal avatars can be found. Most of us at this gathering have been there and purchased avatars.

Sylectra Darwin: Grendels is where I got the beetle avatar.

Threedee Shepherd: So, here is an interesting question: Buddhist practice and dharma suggests not getting too attached to anything. Yet, by now I am *attached* to this Lion Av in a way that makes it feel "funny" to think of coming to PaB as my human Av. Is this a dangerous attachment?

Adelene Dawner: I don't think it is, Three. When I had the other av, it was 'right' and would have felt funny to wear another av as the default. When it was time to change I did - the old av no longer felt 'right' and so I don't wear it any more.

Fael Illyar: come to think of it, I had slight reluctance switching to this dragon but ... it was gone after switching.
