Pema Pera: sleeping a lot helps, and not hurrying -- giving your body the time to adjust
Eden Haiku: Yesterday I committed to do the 9 secs and forgot as soon as the 3rd one or so

Eden Haiku: Hum. It is my 3rd time in India. I spent almost 2 years here a long time ago. Every time is so different. I am different. This is the unexpected part.

Pema Pera: I would say so, yes :) We had ten theme sessions in which we reported our experiences, one by one
