    Wol Euler: hello korel
Korel Laloix: Hello dull person... smiles

A reference to Wol's group tag, "Token dull person".

    Wol Euler smiles.
Korel Laloix: How is your day going?
    Wol Euler: nearly over :)
    Korel Laloix: Great...
Wol Euler: slept until 11 or so, worked the afternoon; now tomorrow off
Korel Laloix: A coupe more hours at work.
Wol Euler: and the weekend free.
    Korel Laloix: That sounds lovely.
    Wol Euler: yeah :)
Wol Euler: I'll probably spend much of it asleep :)

    --BELL--

Korel Laloix: That does sound lovely
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: I've been really short-changed on sleep the last few weeks
Korel Laloix: I thanfully don't have a lot going on this weekend.
Korel Laloix: I know that feeling.
Korel Laloix: But having a nice long ride with some friends.
    Wol Euler smiles.
Wol Euler: that sounds great too
Korel Laloix: And going to see a friend's brother's band play.
    Wol Euler smiles.
Korel Laloix: Will be fun, at a two-stepping place.
    Wol Euler grins.
Korel Laloix: Looking forward to it.
    Wol Euler: sounds great
Korel Laloix: I do love to dance... just hard to find a good partner near my height that knows what is going on.
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: actually we tall people have the same problem :)
    Wol Euler: hello aggers, zen
Zen Arado: Hi Wol, Korel, Aga
    Agatha Macbeth: Whap'n guys
    Wol Euler: whappen?
    Wol Euler: wuzzat?
Agatha Macbeth: How's the token dull person?
Wol Euler: tired, full of food and beer, sleepy
    Wol Euler: happy
    Agatha Macbeth: Beer?
    Wol Euler: yeah
    Agatha Macbeth: You?
Wol Euler: one glass and I am tipsy
    Agatha Macbeth: Sad ;-)
    Wol Euler <- cheap date
    Agatha Macbeth: Seems so HA
Korel Laloix: I will keep that in mind.
    Wol Euler chuckles.
Korel Laloix: I can drink way to much for my size.
    Agatha Macbeth: I'll bet
Wol Euler: I just got out of the habit, that glass was the first alcohol I've had in weeks
    Korel Laloix: Understandable...
Agatha Macbeth: Nuns do that sometimes too
    Wol Euler smiles.
Korel Laloix: I am sort of like that as well.. for no reason I will go without for weeks, then make up for it all in one sitting... smiles
Agatha Macbeth: K, I'd love these cushions if they kept to one pose for more than ten seconds :p
Wol Euler: we were wondering about that :)
Korel Laloix: Agreed.. but you get what you pay for.
    Agatha Macbeth: Yeh
    Agatha Macbeth: Well, true
Wol Euler: I guess free is worth what you pay for it :)
    Wol Euler: is it modifyable?
    Korel Laloix: Exactly.
Agatha Macbeth: Can't we get Boxy to rescript them or something?
Korel Laloix: Of course not... lol
    Wol Euler: no
    Agatha Macbeth: Bum
Wol Euler: well we could put a brand new script in it, that wouldn't be too hard
Korel Laloix: They had to make sure they were annoying but still slightly interesting.
Agatha Macbeth: Like some people in SL [grin]
Wol Euler: easy enough to put a change-when-I-click-on-it in
    Agatha Macbeth: Aha
    Agatha Macbeth: Ari dear :)
Wol Euler: hello ari, nice to see you again
    Zen Arado: Hi Ari
Agatha Macbeth: Nice to see you again
Arisia Vita: Hi all, so good to be with you all again
    Agatha Macbeth: Snap
Agatha Macbeth: Not blue today tho?
    Wol Euler: hmmmmm
Agatha Macbeth: Ari was a navi last time i saw him
    Wol Euler: ah :)
Zen Arado: long time ago Aga
    Agatha Macbeth: Er, monday actually
Arisia Vita: oh, I like to be Na'vi in paradise
    Zen Arado: oh
    Agatha Macbeth: :)
Arisia Vita: it seems to fit there
Agatha Macbeth: Navi in paradise sounds like a song
Zen Arado: hadn't seen Ari blue for a long time
Agatha Macbeth: He was at PP for a while when we were dancing
    Wol Euler smiles.
Agatha Macbeth: I think I just missed you
Zen Arado: I had a tarot reading
    Agatha Macbeth: Ooh
    Arisia Vita: I enjoyed watching
    Wol Euler: do tell
Arisia Vita: so did I Zen
Agatha Macbeth: Will you meet a tall dark stranger?
    Zen Arado: ha ha
    Wol Euler: or be one?
    Zen Arado: tall dark woman
Korel Laloix: I can do your cards if you like sometime.
    Agatha Macbeth: Yeh
Korel Laloix: I am a bit rusty though.
Zen Arado: death card turned up
Agatha Macbeth sprays some oil on K
    Wol Euler raises an eyebrow.
Zen Arado: shse said it isn't really death
Agatha Macbeth: Death just means change tho i think
Korel Laloix: More on my back please.
    Zen Arado: yeh
    Zen Arado: but still....
    Agatha Macbeth: (damn kb)
Korel Laloix: Yes... but depending on what other cards support it, it can be bad news.... even of death.
Agatha Macbeth: Do you really want change at your time of life Zen?
Zen Arado: some woman is going to take over my life
    Zen Arado: unlikeley ;)
Agatha Macbeth: Well there's a bonus anyway :p
Agatha Macbeth: Wish I could be so lucky
Agatha Macbeth hums a Kylie Minogue tune
Korel Laloix: That could be me.
Korel Laloix: I am pretty good at taking over things... smiles
Agatha Macbeth: Yeh, you need a good woman too K [grin]
    Wol Euler: :)
    Korel Laloix: I wish.
    Agatha Macbeth: Heh
Zen Arado: 10 of pentacles too
Agatha Macbeth: Finding em is not so easy
Korel Laloix: I am enjoying being unattached this time more than normal.
    Wol Euler: good :)
Korel Laloix: Usually I get pretty misserable very quickly.
Agatha Macbeth: Ah, doesn't that mean wealth?

    --BELL--

Zen Arado: Tuppence Aubin: People who draw the 10 of pentacles here come from a family with economic stability
Korel Laloix: Depending on your reader... ten is too much of....
    Agatha Macbeth: Abundance+
Zen Arado: but... Tuppence Aubin: Sometimes the reality of our families is dark and mysterious
    Agatha Macbeth: HA!!!
Zen Arado: Tuppence Aubin: Pentacles while being about money are also about deep thought contemplation
    Agatha Macbeth: Hmmm
Zen Arado: Tarot whispers: III - The Empress [Reversed]: Vacillation, inaction, lack on concentration, indecision, anxiety, infidelity
Zen Arado: didn't like that much :)
Agatha Macbeth: Lack of concentration sounds like me
    Wol Euler smiles.
Zen Arado: but she said it is the positive qualities of tyhe feminine
Agatha Macbeth: 'I have a very short attention....what was I talking about?'
    Zen Arado: I forget
    Agatha Macbeth nods
    Zen Arado: or maybe not
    Zen Arado: :)
    Agatha Macbeth: No Fonzie tonight?
    Wol Euler: not yet
Wol Euler: did he beg off?
Agatha Macbeth: Dunno, I'll check the email
Zen Arado: you should start readins Korel
Zen Arado: you get good tips
Korel Laloix: I would do for free.. it is a good excuse for a chat.
Agatha Macbeth: Ah yes, he did
    Agatha Macbeth: can't get here
    Zen Arado: it is?
    Arisia Vita: welcome Clyte
    Zen Arado: Hi Cly
Zen Arado: I wasn't sure if I should say anything
    Wol Euler: hello clytemnestra
Zen Arado: in case I would be telling her what to say
    Clytemnestra Resident: Hello Wol
    Agatha Macbeth: Hello Clyt ;-)
    Clytemnestra Resident: Hello Agatha
Wol Euler: have you been here before, Cly?
Clytemnestra Resident: No Wol, my first visit
Wol Euler: okay, then I'll give you an introduction in IM
Wol Euler: and a notecard :)
    Clytemnestra Resident: thank you :)
    Arisia Vita: ty Wol
Wol Euler: clearly nobody else was going to :)
    Clytemnestra Resident grins
Zen Arado: I assumed hse was here before
    Arisia Vita: wb Aggers
    Wol Euler: wb aggers
    Zen Arado: wb Aggers

    --BELL--

Agatha Macbeth: As Macarthur said 'I'll be back'
Wol Euler: did he actually return? I don't remember
    Zen Arado: in Terminator?
Agatha Macbeth: Think so, in the end
Clytemnestra Resident: No he didn't, I thought/me frowns
    Agatha Macbeth: Yelling banzai ;-)
Zen Arado: should I put any faith in a Tarot reading?
Agatha Macbeth: He invented atoll hopping
    Korel Laloix: Yes.....
Korel Laloix: ONly becuase they give you things to reflect on.
    Wol Euler: agreed
Agatha Macbeth: Er, not sure Zen
    Clytemnestra Resident: I agree
Korel Laloix: That otherwise you would not entertain.
Zen Arado: I acted on the last reading I got
    Wol Euler: ah :)
Korel Laloix: And a good reader is more of a psychogist then card dealer.
    Wol Euler: exactly!
    Zen Arado: suspected that
    Clytemnestra Resident: oh yes
Agatha Macbeth: Can't beat a good psychogist
Wol Euler: I was starting to tell a story about that
Zen Arado: you can tell a lot from a profile
    Clytemnestra Resident chuckles
Korel Laloix: A lot of shrinks use similar methods, but charge a lot more... grins
Wol Euler: a famous physicist was asked why he didn't loudly decry tea-leaf readers and the like
Wol Euler: his reply was the same, that a good card/tea leaf/palm reader is principally somebody who has a fine understanding of human nature
Wol Euler: and uses the cards/tea leaves as a vehicle to transmit that to the listener
Arisia Vita: The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe is as good as dead; his eyes are closed... - Albert Einstein
    Wol Euler nods.
Agatha Macbeth: Jung said 'superstition and accident maifest the will of God'
    Agatha Macbeth: Was he right?
Zen Arado: well could i be a tarot reader then?
Clytemnestra Resident: anyone can be a tarot reader
Zen Arado: looks on Amazon for Tarot cards
    Zen Arado: or SL marketplace
Zen Arado: I would be bad at it
    Clytemnestra Resident smiles
Zen Arado: my mother read cards and tea leaves
Clytemnestra Resident: to be honest when I read the cards I had an excellent book to guide me
    Clytemnestra Resident: to start with
Wol Euler: I'm inclined to say that if you think you would be bad, you'd definitely be bad :)
    Zen Arado: yeh self fulfilling
    Wol Euler: mmhmm
Clytemnestra Resident: but then my intuition and instrinct came into play
Zen Arado: I would be good then :)
    Wol Euler nods to Cly
    Zen Arado: sixth sense
Clytemnestra Resident: Also whenever i got `stuck' in my thinking or had a problem
Clytemnestra Resident: I would do a reading for myself
Clytemnestra Resident: it let me stand outside the problem
    Wol Euler nods.
Zen Arado: the reader said it is a form of meditation
Clytemnestra Resident: not so much providing an answer, as a different way of looking at things
Zen Arado: I think she was disappointed I didn't ask questions
    Clytemnestra Resident smiles
Clytemnestra Resident: you didn't give her any clues to work with
Zen Arado: I didn't know the etiquette of readings
    Zen Arado: yes
Zen Arado: I am suspicious of 'fishing'
Wol Euler: oh, I think there are always clues for someone whose eyes and ears are open :)
    Clytemnestra Resident nods
Agatha Macbeth: Professor Plum in the library
    Wol Euler: with a theorem
    Agatha Macbeth: Yeh
Zen Arado: I'm too skeptical maybe
Clytemnestra Resident: scepticism is good I reckon
Zen Arado: but even going for a reading is being open
    Clytemnestra Resident: oh yes

    --BELL--

Zen Arado: L$1400 for tarot set
    Clytemnestra Resident: what !!
    Agatha Macbeth: Where?
    Agatha Macbeth: Sue them!
    Zen Arado: sl marketplace
Clytemnestra Resident: I know somewhere and someone who would do an SL reading for you
Zen Arado: was thinking I could do one
Korel Laloix: Or again, I can do one for you as well.
    Zen Arado: for people
Korel Laloix: WIll just need a bit of time.
    Zen Arado: needs training?
Wol Euler: I think people would want to see the cards ...
Korel Laloix: That is what I would have to work out.
Zen Arado: there's a cheaper version at L$500
Wol Euler: when I think of the scripting involved, and the images, 1400L$ doesn't seem too high
    Wol Euler: IMHO YMMV
    Zen Arado: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p...oration/825701
Zen Arado: yeh cheap enough I guess
Wol Euler: that sounds pretty good actually
Wol Euler: and I like that they have a location where you can see it in use
Clytemnestra Resident: ah probably the same as the one I was talking about then
Wol Euler: korel, if I break this cushion, can you rez anohter one?
Agatha Macbeth: The phantom cushion vandal
    Wol Euler: heheh
Wol Euler: not intending to break it, but accidents happen
    Korel Laloix: Nice
    Clytemnestra Resident grins
    Korel Laloix: Several... smiles
    Wol Euler: okay :)
Wol Euler: I wrote that script while we were talking :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Smartarse
    Korel Laloix smiles
Korel Laloix: But it is a nice smart arse.
Korel Laloix: At least in my view.
    Zen Arado: :)
Agatha Macbeth: I think I must have Aph's keyboard or something
Wol Euler: ah, it#s still not going to work :( I can't delete their scripts out of it
    Agatha Macbeth: Major bummer
Wol Euler: I'll have to put something togehter to test it
Arisia Vita: I must leave at 2 my friends...it was great being with you all, be well and happy till we meet again, which will be soon I hope
Wol Euler: bye ari, nice to seey ou again too
Agatha Macbeth: Be careful out there Ari

    Zen Arado: bye Ari
Clytemnestra Resident: Bye Arisia, thank you for inviting me :))
Arisia Vita: ty, see you all soon
    Wol Euler: aha!
    Wol Euler chuckles.
    Zen Arado: heh
Wol Euler: sorry, I knocked us off course
Wol Euler: we were talking about tarot decks
Wol Euler: and ships and sealing wax
    Agatha Macbeth adjusts the compass
    Agatha Macbeth: NNW me buckos
    Agatha Macbeth: Arrr

Agatha Macbeth: What does she think of the long hours
    Agatha Macbeth: ?
Wol Euler: she doesn't do them.
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah
Wol Euler: was there for about eight hours on saturday
Wol Euler: left every day at 8pm at the latest
Agatha Macbeth: So you are the resident workhorse?
    Wol Euler: yep
Agatha Macbeth: Your mouse seems rather active ;-)
    Wol Euler: heheh
