Eliza Madrigal: a few really nice sessions... pema attending two, and yesterday 7am we had an exploration of 'dropping past and future'

Eliza Madrigal: I'll suspend judgment about whether it is an experiiment, for now. There 'are' lots of experiments in my life though... like 'it couldn't be that bad of an idea to have chocolate cake for breakfast could it...' hah

     Try to be happy for a whole day.
     Or if that's too much, just for the morning.
     Or even for an hour.
     Or just for five minutes.

Riddle Sideways: last time the experiment involved Basil leaves on the tomato-mozarella slices too

Eliza Madrigal has heard that basil greatly inceases happiness quotient
     First-hand experience experiment!! Basil plant on windowsill=more happiness.  pick a leaf + put on Tomato slice = more happiness.

Storm Nordwind: I've found that putting others before self increases my own happiness. It would be interesting if others experimented with that. Or with their own methods.
Eliza Madrigal: wonder if anyone has done an experiment around how the ease of saying "I love you" varies by among groups

Xirana Oximoxi: I think hapiness needs to be shared, so, then, if otheres around you arem not happy it's very difficult to feel happy...
Riddle Sideways: singing "I Love You" with the radio is easy. Singing it on stage is a little harder :}
