Threedee and I arrived a few minutes early, and sat in the pavilion waiting to see who would arrive. Doug showed up a few minutes after the hour, and Neela followed a few minutes later. Doug was wearing his new, non-albino skin, and Neela was a snow leopard.

Adelene Dawner: Hm, getting the photo into SL is going to be a more complicated process than I thought, mostly 'cause the camera's being a pain about talking to the computer.
Adelene Dawner: So I'll just describe it.

Adelene Dawner: I started with a circle I cut out of scrapbook paper, purple with a light blue ring on it, hand-drawn-looking, imperfect. I cut that out and glued it to the nearest handy scrap of paper, and cut it out again, leaving a ring of the new paper. I repeated that 5 times, just grabbing paper at random.
Adelene Dawner: From the outside in, the colors are green, copper, gold, yellow, red, and the blue-on-purple scrapbook thing.
Adelene Dawner: It looks like a cutaway pic of the earth.
