[13:08] Wol Euler: hello korel
[13:15] Korel Laloix: Heya
[13:15] Korel Laloix: Sorry, was busy.
[13:15] Wol Euler: no worries :)
[13:17] Korel Laloix: Big crowd today.
[13:17] Wol Euler: heheh
[13:17] Korel Laloix smiles
[13:17] Wol Euler: small but fine, as they say
[13:17] Wol Euler: have you had a good weekend?
[13:20] Korel Laloix: Spent most of today helping my cousins clean up their place from the Earthquate last night.
[13:20] Korel Laloix: Nothing serious, but a bit of a mess.
[13:20] Wol Euler: O.O
[13:20] Wol Euler: wow, hadn'T heard about that
[13:20] Wol Euler googles
[13:20] Korel Laloix: Biggest earthquake in Oklahoma history.
[13:21] Korel Laloix: Just a 5.6 I think.
[13:22] Wol Euler: yep, 5.6
[13:22] Wol Euler: almost a year after a 5.1
[13:22] Korel Laloix: It was funny though....
[13:22] Wol Euler: on october 13, 2010
[13:22] Wol Euler: mmm?
[13:22] Korel Laloix: Without going into details.....
[13:23] Korel Laloix: I was right in a extreamly extreamly intencse and very personal moment when it started....
[13:23] Korel Laloix: And when I was done shaking and the room wasnt...... lol
[13:23] Korel Laloix: wow... what went through my head..... smiles
[13:23] Wol Euler grins
[13:23] Wol Euler: "the earth moved" ;)
[13:24] Korel Laloix: In a big way....
[13:24] Wol Euler chuckles.
[13:24] Korel Laloix: Will remember that one for ever...
[13:24] Wol Euler: yeah :)
[13:24] Korel Laloix: lmbo
[13:24] Korel Laloix: My cousins are OK though... just shelves knocked over and the like.
[13:24] Korel Laloix: Nothing big, no one hurt.
[13:24] Wol Euler: good
[13:25] Wol Euler: but according to google Oklahoma gets a lot of earthquakes
[13:25] Wol Euler: at least four last year
[13:25] Wol Euler: all smallish
[13:25] Korel Laloix: And you can't get earthquake insurance on mobile homes anyway, so they are OK that way.
[13:25] Korel Laloix: Never detectable.
[13:25] Korel Laloix: This one was... as I mentioned... smiles
[13:26] Wol Euler grins.
[13:28] Korel Laloix: Not sure how people live in California.
[13:28] Wol Euler: carefully
[13:29] Korel Laloix: I will take a tornado over and earthquate any day.
[13:29] Wol Euler: and I can tell you, they think exactly the same of your tornados
[13:29] Wol Euler: it's all what you are used to, I guess
[13:29] Wol Euler: the risks you know seem less threatening than those that you don't
[13:30] Wol Euler: example: nearly a hundred times as many people die in traffic per month as in earthquakes per year, worldwide
[13:30] Korel Laloix: Very true.
[13:30] Wol Euler: why do we not fear traffic?
[13:30] Korel Laloix: OH I fear it...
[13:30] Korel Laloix: Espescially on the bike...
[13:31] Wol Euler nods.
[13:39] Wol Euler: sorry, being distracted in several media :)
[13:41] Wol Euler: hello stevie
[13:41] Wol Euler: overshot? :)
[13:41] stevenaia Michinaga: waves
[13:41] stevenaia Michinaga: hi Lorel, Wol, ZOn
[13:42] Wol Euler: had a good weekend?
[13:43] stevenaia Michinaga: cleaning fallin limbs from last week's storm all day, heavy snow split many tree branches
[13:43] stevenaia Michinaga: but the weather was cool and clear
[13:43] stevenaia Michinaga: lovely to spend outside
[13:44] stevenaia Michinaga: you not able to get any closer Zon?
[13:44] stevenaia Michinaga: :)
[13:44] Zon Kwan: leaving soon
[13:46] stevenaia Michinaga: with change of time it;s 5:00 and the sun is setting :(
[13:47] Zon Kwan: gtg, see ya
[13:47] stevenaia Michinaga: was thinking of Tai Chi to put the day to rest
[13:47] stevenaia Michinaga: bye Zon
[13:47] Wol Euler smiles.
[13:47] Wol Euler: bye zon, take care
[13:48] stevenaia Michinaga: how is Korel, Are yo close enough to Oklahoma to feel the earthquakes?
[13:48] Korel Laloix: lol
[13:48] Korel Laloix: OH yes... I felt it...
[13:48] Wol Euler grins.
[13:48] Wol Euler: we were just talking about that :)
[13:48] Korel Laloix: Stil feeling the aftershocks.
[13:49] stevenaia Michinaga: when the had the one out east I was driving and felt nothing
[13:49] Korel Laloix: I was in the middle of .... private moment when it hit... was very memorable... smiles
[13:49] Wol Euler smiles.
[13:52] Korel Laloix: My cousins down in Prage though had a lot of small damage.
[13:52] Korel Laloix: Things off of shelves.
[13:53] Korel Laloix: One mobliehome off the blocks.
[13:53] stevenaia Michinaga: wow
[13:53] Korel Laloix: Wtih cracked plumbing.
[13:53] Korel Laloix: No one hurt though.
[13:54] Korel Laloix: For Oklahoma, it was a big deal.
[13:54] Korel Laloix: The aftershocks still are.
[13:54] Korel Laloix: But barely feelable now.
[13:54] stevenaia Michinaga: don;t remember one there ever
[13:54] Korel Laloix: If that is a word.
[13:55] Korel Laloix: We have small ones allt he time.
[13:56] Korel Laloix: Just very slight.
[13:58] Wol Euler: well, I never knew that
[13:59] Wol Euler: I thought the midlands were stable, geologically speaking
[13:59] stevenaia Michinaga: I thought the East coast was, until it wasn't :)
[13:59] Wol Euler laughs.
[13:59] Wol Euler: true enough
[14:02] Wol Euler: thought that surprises me less, because the east coast has mountains
[14:02] Wol Euler: earthquakes are the birthpains of mountains :)
[14:03] Wol Euler: oh, it#s time for Bert's meditation
[14:03] stevenaia Michinaga: old mountains relative to west coast
[14:03] stevenaia Michinaga: I may join you
[14:03] Wol Euler: goodnight, take care, be safe and happy
[14:03] stevenaia Michinaga: bye Korel
[14:04] Korel Laloix: ciao
