Raffila Millgrove: the lighting in the store.. i didn't realize the skin was going to be so pale.. but once i got on.. i just adore it.
Bleu Oleander: you might experiment with different wind lights
Bleu Oleander: yes beautiful
Raffila Millgrove: the neck is very detailed i think it's the best neck in sl skin.
Raffila Millgrove: did you know.. that in Korea. they really admire the collarbones?
Raffila Millgrove: it's a big deal.. how your collar bones look.
Bleu Oleander: interesting
Raffila Millgrove: yeah!
Raffila Millgrove: like in Japan the back of a woman's neck was thought to be very sexy, erotic zone--for looking at it. And that's why on a geisha.. she wears her kimono with the neck--exposed. in the back. lots of back neck skin. a proper lady keeps the kimono tight around her neck in back.
Bleu Oleander: so interesting isn't it?
Raffila Millgrove: that of course is. well known.. but.. this collar bones in Korea.. not so many heard of it.
Raffila Millgrove: in Korea. esp in entertainment business. but in general population as well.. terrific emphasis on appearance.
Raffila Millgrove: i have been busy studying about Korea past couple years.. I am thinking .. should i visit or not?
Bleu Oleander: what drew you to Korea?
Raffila Millgrove: where i live--huge population of Korean peoples.. so... my children had close friends. best friends were both Korean. of both my girls.
Raffila Millgrove: however, wow. they are so hard to get to know.
Raffila Millgrove: very.. insular. not open like Americans. hard to .. get understandings of the adults. easier for children of course.
Bleu Oleander: nice for your girls to have that interaction with other cultures

Raffila Millgrove: lot cheaper to goto JApan and then take flight to korea from there.
Raffila Millgrove: i wonder how they are doing in Italy. they are there now in VEnice right?

Raffila Millgrove: finances. didn't permit. so lucky to go during Biennale
Korel Laloix: WOuld love ot get there as well.
Raffila Millgrove: if you are going.. that is the best time!
Raffila Millgrove: to see the Architecture, the art exhibits and the music fest. the film fest over already.
Raffila Millgrove: i was studying that too.. because i was in this interior design contest.. in SL.. voting and awards are tomorrow. theme was Venetian Dreams.

Raffila Millgrove: i went to lots of Italy but i didn't get down to Venice or Sicily/Palermo. wish i could have. you're been to Italy bleu?

Raffila Millgrove: my son went twice there. i love his photos. he saw so much.

Raffila Millgrove: wow i can't believe i missed it. Bryn Oh coordinated it. i thought i was in her group. bummer. it closed on Sept 1. raffi sighs with disappointment. must have been so challenging.. to use only a black or white cubes.. maybe i can catch that video.. later.

Raffila Millgrove: that is what i remember.. how beautifully.. you integrated the music.
Bleu Oleander: I did the music on most of them
Raffila Millgrove: yes. i remember your film for the music. so.. unique.. so rich.
Bleu Oleander: and involved a couple of my friends to do music on a couple of them
Raffila Millgrove: even tho they were visual.. it's the sound that stays with me.. as memorable.

Raffila Millgrove: the visual.. was illustrating the music somehow rather than.. the other way around as is usually case.
Raffila Millgrove: they were well integrated tho... meshed. together.

Raffila Millgrove: Sl is such an ideal venue for artists.. it has so much to offer. for creativity and imagination.
Korel Laloix: I just have not had the time.
Raffila Millgrove: not me. seems like the groups all formed up fast ...
Korel Laloix: I have an idea.. just not able to get it to paper.

Bleu Oleander: it was interesting how the 4 of us all participated with designing the concept
Bleu Oleander: hard to do with so many
Bleu Oleander: but it flowed rather well

Bleu Oleander: and each added to it
Bleu Oleander: well, we haven't written it up yet
Bleu Oleander: so I don't want to speak for everyone until we solidify our concept in words

Korel Laloix: I did my tatoos.. but really need to update them to match my RL ones better.

Korel Laloix: I got a bonus from work so I went and got my frist two and a bunch of peircings done all at the same time.
Korel Laloix: So not a good start.

Bleu Oleander: have you regretted any?
Korel Laloix: Well.. looking back.. no.. but at the time I was really happy.
Bleu Oleander: I have a friend who had to have one of his removed
Korel Laloix: I had to let a lot of my peircings go as they were in places that were too sensative for me to run with them in.
Bleu Oleander: was of his ex-wife
Bleu Oleander: his new wife didn't like it :)
Korel Laloix: That I would not do.. a person.. no
Bleu Oleander: he's covered in tats
