Lucinda Lavender: well you chop apples in half/quarter...send through a disposal, then press between cheese cloth like material

Santoshima Resident: really, then you just scoop up the shreaded stuff?
Santoshima Resident: what a great method
Santoshima Resident: {sorry ... intrigued by the 'how" of food prep}
Lucinda Lavender: yes...and place on a try covered with acloth and then you use a car jack to press the blocks of wood that press the tray
Lucinda Lavender: tray
Lucinda Lavender: the liquid then comes down out of a tube at the base of the tray
Lucinda Lavender: and into a 5 gallon bucket
Paradise Tennant: must be yummy

Lucinda Lavender: yes we do but just one and we will be using apples people bring over
Lucinda Lavender: and the ones we get from a fruit stand
Lucinda Lavender: we have already had to press the apples from our tree
Lucinda Lavender: they were getting ripe

Paradise Tennant: fubu is missing ... mostly unhappy I think ...
