[19:13] FcSeeker Resident: well...think that the most prob concerning that is that people do no use to want to learn so much of anything; many many people I mean

[19:14] FcSeeker Resident: well...there's many things which makes people unwilling to learn

[19:16] FcSeeker Resident: one is that so many are embarrassed that they dont already know something that other people do know

[19:17] Lia Rikugun: but then i want to understand
[19:17] Lia Rikugun: some people are happy to explain
[19:17] Lia Rikugun: others are too proud

[19:22] FcSeeker Resident: I have met many such people who's stressed themself by undone work for the graduating; such big thing people need to make for such when studied much already..
[19:22] FcSeeker Resident: donno that in english...do you know what I mean ?
[19:23] Lia Rikugun: you mean they are stressing out for they studies even though they already have a high degree?
[19:23] FcSeeker Resident: ah no; but for such certain 'master pieace of work'; needed to ww
[19:24] FcSeeker Resident: write much onto the paper which 'story' is then examined by a group of professors and such

[19:24] Lia Rikugun: the stress can keep you moving forwrd
[19:24] FcSeeker Resident: and it must be something new always

[19:25] FcSeeker Resident: such special work; to show that they have learned all needed and discovered something new by themself
[19:25] FcSeeker Resident: do you know now what I mean ?

[19:25] Lia Rikugun: yes like for your PhD research, you need to have a novel finding

[19:25] FcSeeker Resident: yes
[19:26] FcSeeker Resident: I donno the words for those letters, but I feel them to mean what I mean

[19:26] FcSeeker Resident: so; I have asked those people to pay their attention to those things that they have been doing for which that work has been undone and in delay based on their own opinions

[19:26] Lia Rikugun: but what I have learned through my experiences is that through stress you block the ideas as well
[19:27] FcSeeker Resident: that it'll 'just come' when the time is right for that
[19:27] FcSeeker Resident: that's so very true
[19:27] FcSeeker Resident: and they listened to me
[19:27] FcSeeker Resident: and all got their that work 'just done' easy, when the right time came

[19:44] stevenaia Michinaga: I had a stress moment that I never wanted to relive and I know this sounds simplistic... but I stopped

[19:44] Lia Rikugun: i thought i had had the same experience and I was over it, but it came back

[19:46] Aphrodite Macbain: Yes- it's an interesting story Stecve. The world wont fall apart when we stop trying to hold it together.

[19:46] stevenaia Michinaga: you might say I hit bottom and realized that stress added nothing to the moment, solved nothing, accomplished nothing, and I had better things to do with my time, even now when I am in a "appearently stressful situation" and I can change nothing, I jsut relax and let it pass

[19:53] stevenaia Michinaga: but you can think your way through it
[19:53] Aphrodite Macbain: I find the biggest stress reducer is giving myself enough time to do things, which usually means planning ahead, whcih usually means I get stressed!

[19:54] stevenaia Michinaga: I think the opposite of stress is acceptance
[19:54] FcSeeker Resident: agrees
[19:55] stevenaia Michinaga: you can be stressed if the situation is accepted a for what it is... now
[19:55] stevenaia Michinaga: no one stresses over now, it;s usually about something in the past or future
[19:56] FcSeeker Resident: lol...comes one saying I told to one young girl who was so busy to do 'everything' that she couldn't do anything at all

[19:56] FcSeeker Resident: I said; 'what you cannot have time to do in this life, you can do in the next'
