stevenaia Michinaga: we make sure the smelly things are near each other (if they listen) as we are mostly advisory
Paradise Tennant: smiles the us has such a different regulatory environment than Canada :)
stevenaia Michinaga: we are a regional advisor, then the local towns can do whatever they want and complain when things don’t work out later, this is how Pennsylvania, other states have completely different systems
SophiaSharon Larnia: sounds like there could be a nit of butting heads
Paradise Tennant: yes in Canada - a planning application usually takes 2 years maybe a tad less and sometimes much longer
