Dash Earthboy: the weather service says severe lightening storms with up to 2 inch hail and up to 70 mph wind gusts

Dash Earthboy: had more hail a couple hours ago than i've seen in 10 years here

Rhiannon Dragoone: It has some annoying features, though, like you crash more and it goes black sometimes, when things change
Rhiannon Dragoone: And I have to have my screen move controls on, to click on walk, but then I can use my arrows on my key board, which is nice
Dash Earthboy: since my computer resources are already "insufficient" for SL standards, I'm trying to stay as basic as possible in the graphics features dept

Dash Earthboy: i'm grateful for the rain we're having
Dash Earthboy: it just should be gentler to nourish the crops

Dash Earthboy: most of the earlier hail was the size of blueberries

Rhiannon Dragoone: I always think of the benefits of rain when it gets annoying
Dash Earthboy: and a noteworthy amount half the size of a golf ball
Dash Earthboy: first stime i ever saw the ground after a hailstorm here look like it was blanketed in snow
Rhiannon Dragoone: When I was a little girl, I visited relatives who had a hail storm; first I had seen of it, i yelled, "It's rainiing popcorn" They've never let me forget that. lol

Dash Earthboy: if it wasn't for the expected hail i'd have my car out from under the tree cover for a good bath...i haven't done car washes proper in 12 years
Dash Earthboy: i just go out in light rains or after heavy rains with a rag and wipe it down
Dash Earthboy: no chemicals except what is washed out of the air :)
