stevenaia Michinaga: that's just it, not steps, jsut a frame of mind, a choice from one moment to another
Eos Amaterasu: "a choice from one moment to another"....
Eos Amaterasu: what is that choice, or is there a choice?
stevenaia Michinaga: you can choose to "Be" confident in what you do, even if you don;t know the dance moves... no one knows you don't know
Eos Amaterasu: :-)
Eos Amaterasu: we're all improvising

stevenaia Michinaga: yes, the moves are all yours, the confidence is all yours, how could they be "untrue"
Eos Amaterasu: perhaps we meet not in the right move, but in between the moves, in the making of the moves, imperfect though they may be

stevenaia Michinaga: seems "lack of confidence" takes a lot more work (questioning, doubting, judging)
Eos Amaterasu: takes lots of energy, occupies all our time
Eos Amaterasu: frittering away from that openness, scary from the outside
stevenaia Michinaga: draws you into the past
stevenaia Michinaga: destroys the view ahead
Eos Amaterasu: you're pre-occupied, so you don't attend right where you are

stevenaia Michinaga: gets to" letting go"
Eos Amaterasu: that's the "everyday practice": moment by moment to be let go
Eos Amaterasu: then you are a child of the universe
Eos Amaterasu: learning to be human
stevenaia Michinaga: seems if you recognize that you will excel, human has that quality
Eos Amaterasu: I guess Tai Chi is one practice of both letting go and having confidence in both space and intention
stevenaia Michinaga: it creats an environement of open ended learning... some thing you can never complete, you can only get better each time you do it
