Bertram Jacobus: not me. i mostly appreciate what comes up, even when it´s silence
Xirana Oximoxi: usually when I come and we ask about a topic it never comes... and when we let conversation flow spontanously it is easy to find :))

Xirana Oximoxi: I don't do in any way... but I go walking regularly with my dogs... and somehow it can be a way to meditate too
Rhiannon Dragoone: I do katas, which are a form of moving meditation

Bertram Jacobus: ah - that is a thing which one can hear so often : that so many things would be (like) meditation. but in a way i would disagree : meditation has also a very special own character ... although there are many forms of it
Xirana Oximoxi: also, I'm learning a lot of things since I come here...for exemple, 'katas' I think it's the first time I hear about it

Bertram Jacobus: i don´t know what katas is either but may be something with sword and art of fighting ?

Xirana Oximoxi: yes Bert... you're right, meditation must be something you must be aware of doing... and when I go walking I'm not

Rhiannon Dragoone: Bert, a kata is a kind of encyclopaedia of movements, which wire in self defense motions, but when you do them, you are in extended awareness, or Hakulau, and focused on the moment.
Rhiannon Dragoone: In fact I didn't really understand how you could livve in the moment and move through time until I started doing them

Bertram Jacobus: yes. and it´s going TOTALLY inside of us , without doing anthing (else) ...
