Joolan Resident: and my experience in other areas like my home there is lag .. this makes me feel frustrated, so here is a good experience
Xirana Oximoxi: yes... it is a wonderful place with wonderful people..if you come more oft you will see:)
Joolan Resident: funny .. can sort of 'feel' that :)
Xirana Oximoxi: for me SL is such a big place that finding this group makes me feel a little more at home:))
Joolan Resident: I know what you mean .. not the standard experience of SL
Joolan Resident: and I like the round shape of this building, suggests equality and friendship to me
Xirana Oximoxi: I like to chat, so at the moment I have not thought about having a land here... but I think at least I will:)
Joolan Resident: I want to build a roundhouse here, have been searching to buy one as I'm not a skilled builder
Xirana Oximoxi: I like to see art exhibitions and in this group there are amazing artists too:))
Joolan Resident: but open land is important to me, reflects my RL

Xirana Oximoxi: lately they have built a theater... and are preparing and learning how to do shows:)
Joolan Resident: I have been since I got up this morning .. yesterday I got a LM for a russian church (I'm researching them) and when I got here there was not one around, so its great I found here

Xirana Oximoxi: yes...At 1:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 7:00 PM Second Life Time
Joolan Resident: yes, I hung around for an hour before this time started :)

Joolan Resident: my sense of 'being' is activated here because it is agenda-less :)
Joolan Resident: so I will be a frequent visitor .. technology permitting

Joolan Resident: yes I visited all around prior to this starting but havent really digested the sacred museum .. have the LM for future
Joolan Resident: That is mainly what I do in SL .. churches, sacred places, temples etc

Xirana Oximoxi: ahh I've forgotten to tell you, that every 15 minutes we stay 90 seconds sharing silence

Joolan Resident: its a wonderful idea
Xirana Oximoxi: it's like our clock for this 90 seconds of silence
Xirana Oximoxi: do you practice meditation?
Joolan Resident: yes I used to teach it also
Joolan Resident: and I meditate in favourite places here also .. like the forest floor in winterfell
Xirana Oximoxi: well... then you will be able to take more profit of these 90 seconds than me:))

Xirana Oximoxi: I've never done and my mind never stay quiet
Joolan Resident: I know what you mean
Xirana Oximoxi: I will try to learn ...it's an interesting way to improve our health too
Xirana Oximoxi: learning to be silent and aware of things in a different way
Joolan Resident: I wasnt fully able to meditate until I learned self hypnosis, I needed to learn to relax first
Joolan Resident: and yes if we are calm it lowers stress levels, which are no good for us
Xirana Oximoxi: I agree:)
Joolan Resident: if we are stressed it releases harmful 'cortisol' into our systems .. this is cause of heart problems and cancer
Joolan Resident: so it is very healthful to meditate
Xirana Oximoxi: yes! :)
Joolan Resident: and deep breathing is a way to help meditation
Xirana Oximoxi: I live in a very quiet place... and go walking every day three times.. but it's not the same
Joolan Resident: oh that is wonderful .. me too I live in the countryside
Xirana Oximoxi: I have dogs that 'take me out' to walk:))
Joolan Resident: haha my dog does too .. here in SL I go horseriding, I find that so relaxing
Xirana Oximoxi: Joolan...I don't know if you have noticed... but English is not my language... so, sorry if I do a lot of mistakes:)) I'm from Spain:)

Xirana Oximoxi: yes... from Catalonia:) so Catalan is my first language

Joolan Resident: I am happiest with my animals and with nature around me
Xirana Oximoxi: one of the things I like from SL is that you can meet and learn from people from around all the world
Joolan Resident: I think it is marvelous .. all last week I couldnt rezz in my home .. I missed SL terribly
Xirana Oximoxi: me too.. I like to go to Barcelona, to visit exhibitions, sometimes theater..and so on, but i prefer to live in the country

Joolan Resident: I think I may buy a ready built house and I have a friend who could build for me .. but I suppose I should learn as it would be very satisfying for me

Joolan Resident: I went to SL8B and met a singer there who is going to help me perform here, but there is equipment I need first and my priority is a new pc next week in order to get into SL .. the graphics card on this laptop isnt too good
