Auguste Wolfhunter: Well, the knowledge is implicit in what we already know; like all knowledge. But divinition, I think, is just a way to focus the mind and project it non locally
Archmage Atlantis: I may know something, yet be unaware of it......that is my best answer at the moment
Auguste Wolfhunter: Tossing sticks or reading cards or moving a planchett doesn't really do anything by itself.
Storm Nordwind: So you would both subscribe to the model that one's self (in some form) drives the divination process?

Auguste Wolfhunter: Storm, well 'self' is tricky, but I subscribe to the Huna belief, which is also in the Gospel according ot Mary Mageleine, that you divine things by first going, in a trance, deep into your unconscious, and then up to higher consciousness.
