Bruce Mowbray: oh yes, Xir, one could spend one's full time in-world. . . i have to plan ahead just to have time available for "real" life chores and duties.

Bruce Mowbray: Every 15 minutes we "drop" -- when a bell rings -- for 90 seconds of silence.
Bruce Mowbray: Although we usually say "Drop what you have to see what you are," there are also many other ways to "drop"
Bruce Mowbray: Sometimes I simply drop all discursive thinking. . .
Bruce Mowbray: sometimes I drop what I am "carrying" -- and wait to see if anything larger than myself might be carrying me.
