The Guardian for this meeting was Pema Pera. The comments are by Pema Pera.
Pema Pera talking to self: just saw Eos' note on email, that he couldn't get in, so I flew in and grabbed the log. Peaceful evening, especially so after lowering the fountain, while listening to the local birds.
--BELL--
Pema Pera reminiscing about the tea house, four and a half years ago, triggered by these bird sounds . . . . perhaps a good time for a YSBS . . . . .
Pema Pera: you seeing Being seeing . . . . .
Pema Pera: so first me seeing . . . . double seeing, the fountain and environs here in SL, and the room I'm siting in comfortable, laptop on lap, in RL
Pema Pera: like a lucid dream . . . . a lucid SL experience . . . .
Pema Pera: then shifting to Being seeing, or me being seen by Being
Pema Pera: even more relaxing
Pema Pera: no cover, nothing to hide, no need to run
Pema Pera: and . . . Stevenaia seeing and being seen!
Pema Pera: hi Steve!
Pema Pera: I was just talking to myself :-)
stevenaia Michinaga: waves
stevenaia Michinaga: :)
stevenaia Michinaga: and the recoder
Pema Pera: yes, that too
stevenaia Michinaga: recorder
stevenaia Michinaga: :)
Pema Pera: I like recoder
Pema Pera: whatever we try to share, gets recoded by the listener
stevenaia Michinaga: how are you? in which hemisphere are you
Pema Pera: the right one, for a while
Pema Pera: now returning more to the left one
stevenaia Michinaga: smiles

Pema Pera: just about this time, a wee bit later
stevenaia Michinaga: yes, so long ago, but photos are still fresh
Pema Pera: digital ones stay quite fresh :)
Pema Pera: though there must be an app that can add yellowing corners I bet
stevenaia Michinaga: sepia is usually just a click away
Pema Pera: ah, but scratches and corners that turn up and bend . . . .
stevenaia Michinaga: but those zig zag borders are classic scrap book
Pema Pera: spilled coffee rings . . . .
Pema Pera: holes from pinning them up . . . .
Pema Pera: (did my connection freeze?)
stevenaia Michinaga: much of that is lost, potos are just not the same, I chair a photo contest every year, printin g has gotten better but they all have digital copies at this point
Pema Pera: yes
Pema Pera: but action photographs are easier to take: not expensive to just take a hundred shots in rapid orther -- would have cost a fortune (and a lot of environmental damage) ten years ago
stevenaia Michinaga: even hand drawn copies are dgitied at hi rez, we ran into an artist in cape cod , comix book artist from the 70's and asked if we could purchase a peice, he directed us to his web site where we can download a hi rez pic and told us to print it out, a strang twist
stevenaia Michinaga: a pic of his drawing
Pema Pera: yes!
Pema Pera: btw, will have to leave; was in the middle of lots of email when I saw Eos' asking for help to grab the log
