Zon Kwan: drink some hot tea with honey
Korel Laloix: Been having ginger tea... lovely stuff.
Zon Kwan: yes, thats good for infections
Korel Laloix: Just good taste as well.
Korel Laloix: Love teh spicy warm.
Zon Kwan: i also eat it sometimes
Zon Kwan: ginger
Korel Laloix: Yes... great in some dishes.
Korel Laloix: The candied ginger I don't care for though.
Zon Kwan: nope, without sugar
Korel Laloix: There are som asian dishes with it that I love.
Korel Laloix: DOn't remember the names though.
Zon Kwan: i think it is used as a general cleanser in chinese and indian medicine
Korel Laloix: Not sure..
Korel Laloix: But if it is done wrong, it getss sort of soapy.
Korel Laloix: Is this anyone;s session?
Korel Laloix: Else I can claim it.
Zon Kwan: do you put it on your tea or is it baked into it
Korel Laloix: I grate fresh ginger.
Korel Laloix: Then poor boiling water over it and let it sit about three mins for the first batch.
Korel Laloix: 5 for second.
Zon Kwan: and not tea, just ginger ?
Korel Laloix: Just ginger.
Korel Laloix: Then I put some honey with it.
Korel Laloix: A nice light honey like acacia or clover.
Zon Kwan: honey ?
Korel Laloix: Yes.
Korel Laloix: You should try it.
Zon Kwan: i put it in green tea

Korel Laloix: I go in phases with tea.
Korel Laloix: More of a coffee sorta person really.
Zon Kwan: they have different effects on me
Korel Laloix: That is true.
Zon Kwan: tea is more subtle
Korel Laloix: I do like strong coffee.
Korel Laloix: But there seem to be a lot different forms of tea than coffee... not sure though.
Zon Kwan: nowadays i see many different coffe types too
