Therapy for the blues

Aphrodite Macbain: they do almost match!
Aphrodite Macbain: This personal depression is going to cost me a lot
druth Vlodovic: are you being treated for it?
Aphrodite Macbain: Not really
Aphrodite Macbain: I have some stuff which helps reduce some anxiety
druth Vlodovic: I gave up on that stuff myself the 3rd time they doubled my dosage to no effect
druth Vlodovic: then I read that suicide is one of the possible side effects of the medication
Aphrodite Macbain: really? maybe it was the wrong family of drugs
druth Vlodovic: lol
druth Vlodovic: I could do that cheaper on my own
Aphrodite Macbain: arggh
druth Vlodovic: probably
Aphrodite Macbain: how bizarre. I suppose some people respond to drugs in the exact opposite way they should react
druth Vlodovic: something to do with getting your energy back before you actually feel better
Aphrodite Macbain: sometimes it takes a while for the effect of the drug to kick in
Aphrodite Macbain: My best therapy is walking - vigorously
Aphrodite Macbain: preferably with a good friend
druth Vlodovic: do you have vigorous walking friends?
Aphrodite Macbain: hehe fortunately yes - but they aren't often available.
Aphrodite Macbain: The seawall is a good route, 10k . It's good for me and it clears the brain and wakes up a few endorphins

Prepping for the Theatre presentation

Storm Nordwind: Just checking the presentation. Now taking a break. I am doing a second one next week too, and I have to finish preparations for that next
Aphrodite Macbain: so it wont simply be a repeat of the first?
Storm Nordwind: No. The second one is quite different
Storm Nordwind: The first one is all about set design - things that need to be considered that many people don't think about
Aphrodite Macbain: Perhaps if I get into doing something like this it will take my mind of other things
Storm Nordwind: The second will be how to use a rezzer system that will allow people to rez the sets they've designed and built
Aphrodite Macbain: yowza
Aphrodite Macbain: There will be sample set forms to start with?
Storm Nordwind: It will all be straightforward, yes. And there will be lots of help available should you feel you need it
Storm Nordwind: I've no doubt you'll be proud of what you can do very quickly!
