Today I decided to appreciate the food that is already in my fridge, and I had some leftover lentils for breakfast, the kind that would have normally stayed in the fridge until fuzzy.
I appreciated, and bowed to, the fridge as well.

Continuing my reading in a book by psychologist Charles Tart. He argues that our "normal" state of consciousness is actually a consensual trance induced by our cultural upbringing. Wondering if that has any relevance to our discussions of lucidity in the dream group.

(Thank you for the author, Alma. I was curious and meant to ask during dream session!)

Yesterday I had a reason to try to write out my 'singing gecko' story, but found that I had to add more and more foundation. The next thing I knew, I had 3 small stories. Also, I wrote my PaB poem for the anniversary. Perhaps the tears from the day before, helped to melt some of the ice.

Today, I spent the day in the ER with my daughter... about 8 hrs in possibly the nicest ER one could wish for, with few other cases to detract the care staff from our questions and needs. Migraines are scary. We've been trying to get to the bottom of what has been going on with her for weeks now, and the picture is getting clearer.

There was a lot of meditative, blank time, sitting at her bedside, and pondering of threes. edited 00:20, 24 Mar 2018

So tired after a day of walking and shopping for curtains, trying to find a rental apartment in Paris on
    Internet. Groundbreaking venture.

Some days just do not come off the way one has planned. This was one of them. While disappointed that I did not get any work done on my big project I worked through everything else and kept my peace of mind if not mindful very often. The bright Spring sun has been working hard on the snow today and the green shoots of crocuses and daffodils are beginning to emerge in places.

Probably just out of the dream boundary.
    Laying there... many thoughts.
Ready or time to get up?,
The whats to do today AND thinking up key phrases to remember 2 dreams AND reading an email with an out of character SL photo attaches (this a dream? (yes and no, and levels))
Thinking through the Shamanic dreaming levels is also the golden(silver?) rope/thread/ribbon of astral projections.
Similarities of the teenage readings, 30s studies and yesterday's reading in 2 dreams.
One low (2-4 of 13) level was detailed place, people, animal(not seen), action.
Other was abstract complex high level and then being translated to (different) understandable objects, names, items, thoughts, teachings, actions, etc. repainting the entire dream.
There is still the original memory, yet it was translated to description in two different times/ways.

i.e. Long remembered and used from an influential exercises book.
...was flying over neighborhood and saw neighbor loading a large children's toy into the station wagon. The next day asked the neighbor (who has no kids), who said it was a Van de Graaff generator he was taking to a lecture. You can See things that the mind may not understand/know/recognize, so it may substitute.

Is Eden going to live for a while in Paris? OMG so exciting-something I always hoped to do. My favorite arrondisements 5 and 6 have become in the 50 years since I stayed there: ridiculously costly. Wonder what location in the city Eden is searching? I read a book recently that linked important French people with streets in Paris. It was such a fantastic book, like a small guidebook with lovely illustrations. I almost booked a flight immediately.
