Oh I seemed to have lost a lot of my afternoon, can't remember parts of it. Careworkers have sent for ambulance for checkup in case it was a mild stroke. Hope I will be ok.

Thanks everyone. Everything checked out ok when ambulance arrived. I must have had a TIA or something. Weird - I had hired a couple of guys to tidy up my garden but they told careworkers that I didn't recognise them. I have no recollection of speaking to them. I had decided to work on music instead of having a nap, but maybe should have had my usual nap! I feel fine now anyway.
