stevenaia Michinaga: nice of you to join us, well, me at the moment, please let me know if you have any questions, there is usually someone here (like me) who records the log and posts it to the Wiki afterwards, usually after an hour, at the 1/4 hour hour we take a 90 second break to observe, clear the moment and see what arises, a way of opening up to ourselves

stevenaia Michinaga: you will see the like red ring around the "Playgota" go solid red, a chime will ring and the fountain will mist as a gentile treminder to take a break from the conversations for a time
stevenaia Michinaga: on the 1/4 hour
stevenaia Michinaga: so even if there is no conversation , yu can still take a mental break to observe, your thought, yur surroundings, and if the moment presents itself, you are free to duscuss what you saw and felt

TwitchyEars Resident: normally just warnings if others are around. people sometimes bears or cougar
TwitchyEars Resident: ravens and wolves have a symbiotic relationship. theyll lead each other to food and share at the same time. i think humans used to do this too before we forgot how to live
