Eliza Madrigal: I was musing on different kids of insght last night and this morning, in part because I've not been feeling so well and was sleeping a lot yesterday...

Eliza Madrigal: my eyes are having some trouble so I am closing them and actively daydreaming a bit, tasting the flavors of hm, well the word brilliance is a nice one
Eliza Madrigal: like, there is a more mind kind of insightfulness, and a more heart-centered...
Eliza Madrigal: sometimes these things feel clearer in dreaming
Eliza Madrigal: dreaming as a tool/instrument of awareness perhaps
Lucinda Lavender: yes...as if in the dream something is pouring through...or enriching the images and the feelings
Eliza Madrigal: pouring through, yes
Eliza Madrigal: beautiful image in itself
Lucinda Lavender: like when you look at a sunset and see the colors slowly transforming..and you get to observe because everything is slowed down
Eliza Madrigal: and you feel like you've never seen a sunset before

Lucinda Lavender: in parts of the body do you mean?...a wisdom of some sort?

Eliza Madrigal: yes, like hm... there are thoughts and then 'mind' insight is thoughts perhaps but with the brilliance...?
Lucinda Lavender: I bet so
Eliza Madrigal: so body insight perhaps is what practices like yoga may be helping come forward?
Lucinda Lavender: yes..for a first time the other day I felt this energy come up from my feet
Eliza Madrigal: ooo
Lucinda Lavender: energy is a word that is confusing
Eliza Madrigal: agree
Lucinda Lavender: I was angry at the time

Lucinda Lavender: accepting that this was a big knowing

Lucinda Lavender: good question...receiving first as the flow came up from my feet...then holding it
