    Eos Amaterasu: Hi Eliza
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Eos :)
Eos Amaterasu: I'm feeling agenda-less tonight.....
    Eos Amaterasu: HI Korel
    Korel Laloix: Heya
Eliza Madrigal: can jibe with that....
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Korel :)
Eos Amaterasu imagines Eliza as a ship
    Eliza Madrigal: slip sliding away....
    Eos Amaterasu: let 'er slip

    Eos Amaterasu: where's starling?
Eliza Madrigal: and who is starling...
    Eos Amaterasu: a "test" identity.....
    Eliza Madrigal: nice idea
Eos Amaterasu: helping the Droplet button
    Eliza Madrigal: drop testing...
Eos Amaterasu: I think that could be one way to carry over from SL to Rl in moments
    Eos Amaterasu: shared

    Eos Amaterasu: Hi San
Eliza Madrigal: Hi San... curious look :)
    Santoshima Resident: hello :)
    Santoshima Resident: haute couture
Eos Amaterasu: on your way to an underwater wedding
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Santoshima Resident: it's the non-smoking area
    Santoshima Resident: inside the mask
    Eos Amaterasu: hmm

    Santoshima_PaB_aug28-1900_001.jpg

    Santoshima Resident: how're you all?
    Eliza Madrigal: agendaless... yo
Eos Amaterasu: slip sliding care freein'
Korel Laloix: Ignoring some homework.. so feeling lovely.
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Santoshima Resident: a day of agendas: painting and fixing things
    Eos Amaterasu: true here also
Eos Amaterasu: taking care of business....
    Eliza Madrigal nods...
Eos Amaterasu: the hand moves purposefully in the kitchen, glowing in rich echoes of no agenda....
Eliza Madrigal: bubble bubble toil and trouble
Eos Amaterasu: we should try it: let go into the space of no agenda
    Eos Amaterasu: [ for 90 seconds ]
    Eos Amaterasu: get a taste
    Eos Amaterasu: then bottle it
Eos Amaterasu: and take it with you through RL
    Eos Amaterasu: and SL
    Eos Amaterasu: and DL
Korel Laloix: I usualy like having an agenda.. gives me some structure for the day.

    Korel_PaB_aug28-1900_002.jpg

Eliza Madrigal: I like to construct an agenda in retrospect sometimes... let the day go where it goes then look back and find 'to do' to write
Korel Laloix: I like that approach.
Korel Laloix: I have a little journal that I make to do lists in.
Eliza Madrigal: sort of amazing to unpack what happens in a day
Eliza Madrigal: but nice to float, too : )
Eos Amaterasu: to do lists can be like beads on a string
Korel Laloix: Beads on a string?
Eos Amaterasu: in between is space ahead and behind and under and above
    Eliza Madrigal: mmm
Eos Amaterasu: "do the right thing" is perhaps agendaless purposefulness
Eos Amaterasu: or, the world does me the right thing
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Eos Amaterasu: ouch
Korel Laloix: So you are saying that doing right excludes an agenda?

    --BELL--

    Eliza Madrigal: HellooO0Oo
Eos Amaterasu: Can we go around and do short reports on the preceding 90 secs, which may or may not have been framed around "being in no agenda"
    Eos Amaterasu: ?
    oO0Oo Resident waves
    Eos Amaterasu: ~~

Eos Amaterasu: I find that dropping into no agenda means noticing all the agendas that come up
Eos Amaterasu: it kind of clarifies them
Korel Laloix: I actually grabed my to do list book.. smiles
Eos Amaterasu: so re Korel's question, I think a space of no agenda can make the next thing to do obvious, or the next 5 things
Korel Laloix: I might be addicted to agendas come tot hink of it.
    Eliza Madrigal: :)) Korel
Eos Amaterasu: I've been finding this space very intriguing the last week or so.
    Eos Amaterasu: (done)
    Korel Laloix: How so?
Eliza Madrigal: would be interested to hear as well
Eos Amaterasu: What I mean is that here I've dipped into that space, just a little toe, during 90 seconds little labs
Eos Amaterasu: just try to "be" without "agenda"
Eos Amaterasu: in tiny time slices
Eos Amaterasu: so I've found that echoing into RL
Eos Amaterasu: and every now and then dropping into such a tiny time slice
Eos Amaterasu: it has a very fresh feeling
    Eos Amaterasu: that's it :-)

Eos Amaterasu: it doesn't at all prevent having agendas and acting purposelfully
Eos Amaterasu thinks of Varela's Ethical Know-How
Eliza Madrigal: so much in there... time slices... that is just the feeling when unpacking a day, regardless of intended agenda or even particular script
Eliza Madrigal: "more time in time" a line from Time Space Knowledge I think... spontaneous welling up of time...
    Eos Amaterasu: being timing
Eliza Madrigal: like "I didn't know that was in there" (not that any of this was in mind during 90 seconds which I now forget) : )
    Eos Amaterasu: :-)
Eos Amaterasu: In fact what we do is have an agenda item, to every 15 minutes have a 90-second no-agenda time slice
    Eliza Madrigal: yes!
Eos Amaterasu: we fully embrace both sides :-)

    --BELL--

Eliza Madrigal: :) Korel's "ignoring homework" fits funnily well.... not exactly holiday unless there is something else to do

    Korel Laloix: True... smiles
Korel Laloix: Will be doing homework over the long weekend though for sure now.
    Eliza Madrigal: "labor day"
    Eliza Madrigal: for resting in

Eos Amaterasu: In this last session I was paying attention to both agenda and no-agenda. Agenda had a quality of commitment, committing to the 90 seconds
Eos Amaterasu: which gave it a kind of strength
    Eos Amaterasu: like sitting upright
Eos Amaterasu: we perk up when we pay attention
Eos Amaterasu wonders if there's a financial system in there :-)

Eos Amaterasu: I think the sense of commitment is part of what gives SL retreats their strength
Eos Amaterasu: it is a real agenda (with lots of items :-)
Eos Amaterasu: I would like to encourage Eliza and Wol in that direction
Eliza Madrigal: really agree... and hope Eos is on board....
Eos Amaterasu: Yes, would love to do it
    Eos Amaterasu: exciting experiment
Eliza Madrigal: the pre retreat and post retreat times ask for commitment too, is one thing I feel we learned in some of the others
Eos Amaterasu: can you say more about that?
Eliza Madrigal: there felt to be something important about the communication beforehand, that made showing up possible in the moment, even when something may have come up unexpectedly... some 'something' to work with that...
Eliza Madrigal: and when not considering the after as much, or the closing as much, I felt something to dissipate, but that may just be me
    oO0Oo Resident: honoring a view?
Korel Laloix: Back to my statitstic agenda.
Eliza Madrigal: it is a good question.... just felt there was a taking seriously - commitment - each coming with own "there" there
    Eos Amaterasu: :-)

    Eos Amaterasu: bye Korel
Eliza Madrigal: :) Bye Korel , Hi Stevie
    stevenaia Michinaga: waves
oO0Oo Resident: bye Korel, Hi Stev
    Korel Laloix: ciao
    Eos Amaterasu: hi stevie, oOo
    stevenaia Michinaga: greetings

    Stevenaia_Aug28-1900_001.jpg

Eliza Madrigal: then again it is so hard to 'plan' these things... can not bank on it : )
Eos Amaterasu: but there are patterns that emerge...
Eliza Madrigal: and I realize I like ritual generally
    Eliza Madrigal: yes
    Eliza Madrigal listens
oO0Oo Resident: inspiration finds its inspiration
Eos Amaterasu: entering and leaving are as important as being-in
    Eos Amaterasu: like prepping dinner
Eos Amaterasu: and then there can be after-period
Eos Amaterasu: that way it's not isolated thingies that are sacred

Santoshima Resident: see you soon ~
Eliza Madrigal: echoes into the 'rest' of life....
Eos Amaterasu: community here helps echo
    Eliza Madrigal: mmm

oO0Oo Resident wonders about talking about these experiences.. ways that can be shared effectively with others. Sometimes I notice, my vocabulary or phrasing, can seem hackneyed, repetitive, implimented in short hand, asking in ways for pre-shared knowledge or experience for others to relate to it. The fresh contacts with mind in lab space. Finding words and timings, is a real practice in and of itself, and I find requires a bit of space.
    Eos Amaterasu nods, and hmms
    Santoshima Resident: hums
oO0Oo Resident: yet, I suppose that is the group lens aspect.. unfolding each and every time
oO0Oo Resident: something new can always be touched
    oO0Oo Resident: [done]

Eos Amaterasu: I think going around in circle fashion forces people to dig deeper into what actually they experienced, (if they can remember :-), and so makes it more personal, fresh
Eos Amaterasu: also, as has been pointed out, there is more listening
Eliza Madrigal: even on the page, following, posted
Eliza Madrigal: room for lots of patterns but do like circles :)
    oO0Oo Resident laughs
Eliza Madrigal: Thanks so much Eos, San, oO0Oo, Stevie
    Eos Amaterasu: _/|\_
    oO0Oo Resident: bye Eliza.. ty
    stevenaia Michinaga: bye San
    stevenaia Michinaga: smiles

    --BELL--

stevenaia Michinaga: was thinking conversation is like a lovely stream, always takes time to "get into it" but once you dip your toe in, then you slowly become more with the flow and the temperature until.. you're in
Eos Amaterasu: joining the school of fishes
Eos Amaterasu: However, this fish must vanish - thanks Stevie, San, Sam
    stevenaia Michinaga: byr Eos, gtsy
    Eos Amaterasu: good night!
    oO0Oo Resident: Night Eos
    stevenaia Michinaga: san poofed (again)
oO0Oo Resident: I like your metaphor Stev.. and wonder, as a stream seems a continuous thing.. what is in and out of it, and is anything ever out or in, yet for awareness.. yet understanding, or atuning to other fishes, is to imagine oneself as a fish, which may be adding extras to the meta stream.. dunno
    stevenaia Michinaga: :)
    stevenaia Michinaga: thank you
stevenaia Michinaga: is was also the state of my "in-ness" to the conversation I walked in to rather late.... and was not quite in the flow of the conversational stream
oO0Oo Resident: sure.. but the stream simply includes all that.. which is the flow of everything.. I guess I wonder.. how to be in a group of diverse people, some of who i have had common experiences with.. and how to speak to everyone, in the moment.. that does not necessarily hearken back to common ground/streams with some others.
    oO0Oo Resident: * of whom
stevenaia Michinaga: the stream varying depths and you can touch different parts in defferent ways. I think that is what is important, walking in deeper over time

    --BELL--

oO0Oo Resident: that seems worthwhile, yes.
stevenaia Michinaga: I;m off to the lilly pad, night, Samú
oO0Oo Resident: In a group like this, where anybody can show up.. and any form is set to varying degrees.. often there is the form, like a circle round, and then there can be meta comments that play around that. My hope is, that genuinely interested people, do not feel marginalised by not understanding what some share.
    oO0Oo Resident: Okay Stev.. tc
stevenaia Michinaga: I belove people feel a stigma by passing, that should somehow be lessoned, if they feel that way,
stevenaia Michinaga: so listening is also acceptable
    oO0Oo Resident: [that's a title] :)
    stevenaia Michinaga: scraches head... where?
    stevenaia Michinaga: smiles
oO0Oo Resident: [20:21] stevenaia Michinaga: I belove people feel a stigma by passing, that should somehow be lessoned, if they feel that way,
    stevenaia Michinaga: some title
    stevenaia Michinaga: :)
    oO0Oo Resident laughs
    stevenaia Michinaga: night
oO0Oo Resident: something to chew on.. nightStev :)
