[00:59] Bhang Tyran: hahaha yes its been a while since ive been on im glad the last place was here :)

    [00:59] Catrinamonblue Resident: smiles
[01:03] Catrinamonblue Resident: nice change :)
[01:03] Catrinamonblue Resident: more comfortable for sitting?
[01:04] Wol Euler: hello bhang, catrina
[01:04] Wol Euler: nice to see you both again
[01:04] Catrinamonblue Resident: Morning Wol :)
[01:05] Bhang Tyran: hello wol long time no see :)
    [01:05] Wol Euler smiles.
    [01:05] Wol Euler: how've you been`?
[01:05] Bhang Tyran: been busy but doing good

[01:06] Bhang Tyran: how the pavillion?
    [01:07] Wol Euler: round
    [01:07] Bhang Tyran: hahaha
    [01:07] Catrinamonblue Resident: :)
    [01:07] Wol Euler smiles.

[01:09] Bhang Tyran: we grew a 5 pound zuchinni this year!
[01:10] Wol Euler: that's pretty huge
[01:10] Wol Euler: was it tasty?
[01:10] Catrinamonblue Resident: wow awesome :)
[01:10] Bhang Tyran: i was surprised but im sure it will be very tasty
[01:11] Catrinamonblue Resident: I love to make sweet zuchinni relish, relly good on hamburgers :)
[01:11] Bhang Tyran: and my hops are blooming can almost taste the brew now
    [01:11] Catrinamonblue Resident: :)
[01:11] Bhang Tyran: relish? never thought of that
    [01:12] Catrinamonblue Resident: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/sweet-zucchini-relish/
[01:12] Catrinamonblue Resident: that's the recipe I use

[01:12] Wol Euler: ah, I remember now, Bhang. Perhaps the last time we met you were talking about starting an organic specialty-hops business
[01:12] Wol Euler: for local microbreweries
    [01:13] Bhang Tyran: correct !
    [01:13] Wol Euler: did you?
[01:14] Bhang Tyran: we started some things yes ;)
[01:14] Bhang Tyran: top secret you know
[01:16] Bhang Tyran: the vines just started to flower last week so time will tell what we can do with it
[01:16] Bhang Tyran: it will be another month or so until they are ready

[01:17] Wol Euler: and then the fun starts: harvesting :)
[01:18] Wol Euler: picking hops used to be a "working holiday" for poor people in the East End of London, they'd go off into Kent in busses and trains and pick hops for the day, kids too
[01:18] Wol Euler: fresh air, exercise and a small amount of money :) plus a free beer at the end
    [01:18] Catrinamonblue Resident: :)
[01:19] Bhang Tyran: that is very interesting

[01:19] Wol Euler: my father talked about doing htat when he was a kid
[01:19] Wol Euler: before the war
[01:19] Bhang Tyran: days gone by when things made sense
[01:20] Bhang Tyran: maybe ill try and recruit labor that way
    [01:20] Wol Euler smiles.
[01:20] Wol Euler: well, also: days when the air quality in London was so awfully bad that people were glad to work hard for a day in a different place, to escape it
[01:20] Bhang Tyran: maybe some mead

[01:22] Bhang Tyran: honey is another crop we are considering
    [01:22] Wol Euler: interesting
[01:22] Bhang Tyran: the bees manage thamselves and such a tasty recource
[01:23] Bhang Tyran: but mmy wife is alergic to bees hahaha its her idea
[01:24] Bhang Tyran: im not sure how i feel about the risk
[01:24] Bhang Tyran: to her i mean
[01:24] Bhang Tyran: and im kind of afraid of bees from a childhood incedent
[01:25] Bhang Tyran: i got swarmed once
    [01:25] Bhang Tyran: no bueno
    [01:25] Wol Euler nods.
[01:25] Wol Euler: sounds like a bad match for you two, then :)

    [01:26] Catrinamonblue Resident: http://knatolee.blogspot.ca/
[01:26] Catrinamonblue Resident: a blog I read she keeps bees :)
    [01:26] Catrinamonblue Resident: very informative
[01:26] Catrinamonblue Resident: though talks about other things too
[01:27] Bhang Tyran: yes i know there are ways to keep them safely and fear is no reason to do good

[01:27] Catrinamonblue Resident: from what she has said it helps to have a mentor, someone who is very knowledgeable to help you get started
    [01:28] Wol Euler nods.
    [01:30] Bhang Tyran: shhh hahaha
[01:32] Bhang Tyran: we just mad our own pickles last week and they turned out fantastic
[01:33] Bhang Tyran: garlic chli dills
    [01:33] Bhang Tyran: chili
    [01:33] Catrinamonblue Resident: :)
    [01:33] Wol Euler grins.

[01:33] Bhang Tyran: i am trying to play with being hahaha
[01:34] Bhang Tyran: i only meant to eat one and finished an entire jar
    [01:34] Wol Euler: heheheh
[01:35] Bhang Tyran: luckily we made 6 jars
    [01:35] Catrinamonblue Resident: :)
[01:35] Bhang Tyran: hmm green chili IPA?
    [01:36] Bhang Tyran: beer?
[01:36] Bhang Tyran: maybe for the adventurous drinker
[01:37] Wol Euler: people drink stranger things than that :)
[01:37] Wol Euler: there may be homebrew recipes for it
[01:38] Bhang Tyran: probably are in oregon people make very odd brews some are not for the faint of heart

[01:40] Catrinamonblue Resident: I'm going to head out on my morning walk, very restless this morning as yesterday was difficult and I want to breathe and let go :)
[01:41] Wol Euler nods and gives your hand a squeeze.
[01:41] Catrinamonblue Resident: it was nice to talk with you guys this morning :)
[01:41] Wol Euler: take care, cat.
[01:41] Bhang Tyran: yes good waling
    [01:41] Bhang Tyran: walking
    [01:41] Catrinamonblue Resident: :)
[01:42] Bhang Tyran: i froget that ther is an ivisible time difference in SL
    [01:42] Wol Euler nods.
[01:42] Wol Euler: and geography :)
[01:42] Wol Euler: matters little here
[01:42] Wol Euler: well, RL geography does

[01:43] Bhang Tyran: hard to believe people are still on here after so long
    [01:43] Wol Euler: why?
[01:43] Wol Euler: people still listen to Mozart
[01:44] Bhang Tyran: well conversation is almost a lost art nowdays
    [01:44] Wol Euler: ah
[01:44] Wol Euler: okay, I'll grant you that
[01:44] Bhang Tyran: and patience too
[01:44] Wol Euler: but we (PaB) are a subset of a subset (SL)
[01:44] Wol Euler: people who aren't afraid of words
[01:44] Wol Euler: of reading and writing
[01:44] Wol Euler: people who don't like reading and writing don't last long in SL
[01:47] Bhang Tyran: must be why i still log in hahaha
    [01:47] Wol Euler smiles.
[01:47] Wol Euler: I don't do much except talk in SL, nowadays
[01:47] Bhang Tyran: the company aint half bad either

[01:47] Wol Euler: even when I go to dance events it's at least in part for the chat
[01:48] Wol Euler: I haven't built anything in years
    [01:48] Bhang Tyran: oh?
[01:49] Bhang Tyran: i dont think many do really. i play around and give things away but nothing big
[01:50] Bhang Tyran: i know a couple of people who are really good

[01:50] Bhang Tyran: but playing is the most important
[01:51] Bhang Tyran: to play is important
    [01:51] Wol Euler nods.
[01:52] Wol Euler: I do a different kind of playing mostly, since three years now I've been playing World of Warcraft
[01:52] Wol Euler: that cuts into the time and energy that used to go to SL
[01:52] Bhang Tyran: uh oh hahaha
[01:53] Bhang Tyran: thats another world all together i tried and liked wow but couldnt see paying for time on it

[01:53] Bhang Tyran: it is fun though. whats it like fighting the pandas?
[01:54] Wol Euler: well the races in WoW are mostly decorative to be honest
[01:54] Wol Euler: there are racial qualities but they are insignificant after the first ten levels or so
    [01:54] Bhang Tyran: right
[01:54] Wol Euler: by then your class and your equipment far outweigh those differences
[01:54] Wol Euler: if one embodies in virtual worlds, then pandas are fun in WoW
[01:55] Wol Euler: they have great body shapes
    [01:55] Wol Euler: pudgy :)
[01:55] Wol Euler: and they have nice animations
[01:55] Bhang Tyran: and zero damage from falling is a mjor perk
[01:55] Wol Euler: no six-packs on the pandas :) which is actually very nice
[01:56] Bhang Tyran: but kung fu style i a most needed change if you ask me. brute force and magic were old a long time ago
    [01:56] Wol Euler nods.

[01:57] Wol Euler: well yes but to be pedantic that is the new "monk" class rather tahn pandas as such
[01:57] Wol Euler: most races can be monks, and pandas can be most classes
[01:57] Wol Euler: the tanking monk is great fun to play, and also easy to heal
[01:58] Wol Euler: I mostly play tank and healer in WoW, I prefer roles with responsibility
[01:58] Wol Euler: and a serious chance to fail :)
[01:58] Wol Euler: DPS is too easy
    [01:58] Wol Euler: no responsibility
[01:59] Bhang Tyran: right i have a friend who DESTROYS people its fun to watch but it doesnt look like fun for the others haha
    [01:59] Wol Euler nods.

[02:01] Bhang Tyran: im trying to focus on the non aggressive side of life and its kinda hard. my viking blood wants to rage on.
    [02:01] Wol Euler: hehehehhe
    [02:01] Wol Euler: a challenge!
[02:02] Wol Euler: the chilli peppers of life
    [02:02] Wol Euler smiles.
    [02:02] Bhang Tyran: hahaha right

[02:03] Bhang Tyran: i am my own greatest challenge maybe im a panda monk
[02:04] Wol Euler: most people are their own hurdle to vault, bhang :)
[02:04] Wol Euler: at least in my observation
[02:04] Wol Euler: no bar so high as the one we set before ourselves
[02:05] Wol Euler: and no criticism so devastating when we fall as our own

[02:05] Bhang Tyran: have you ever watched the original muppet show? jim henson?
    [02:06] Wol Euler: yes.long ago :)
[02:06] Bhang Tyran: i have those 2 old guys in my head
[02:06] Bhang Tyran: statler and waldorf
[02:06] Bhang Tyran: those two hecklers
    [02:07] Wol Euler nods.
[02:07] Bhang Tyran: sorry that was an odd reference
[02:07] Wol Euler: no, it was entirely apt :)
[02:07] Wol Euler: the inner critics
    [02:07] Bhang Tyran: phew
    [02:07] Wol Euler smiles.

[02:09] Bhang Tyran: did i mention im studying renewable energy?
[02:09] Bhang Tyran: has brittain adopted much that you can tell?
[02:10] Wol Euler: I live in Germany :) and yes, Germany is definitely going renewable
[02:11] Wol Euler: there are windmills on every hill and solar panels on every roof
[02:11] Bhang Tyran: oh yeah ze germans are very far ahead from what i have heard
[02:12] Wol Euler: the german attitude has been quite refreshing: "we all know that renewable energy will be necessary, so stop dicking about and just do it."

[02:13] Bhang Tyran: it almost makes me embarrassed to be american at this point.
[02:13] Wol Euler: I hear you
[02:13] Wol Euler: American politics is owned by too few people, who have a vested interest in things not changing
[02:14] Bhang Tyran: yeah and anyone who disagrees is borderline terrorist
    [02:14] Wol Euler: yep
    [02:14] Bhang Tyran: fuckin insane
    [02:14] Wol Euler: <wp>
    [02:14] Wol Euler: *yep

[02:15] Bhang Tyran: its actually illegal to have a self sustaining property disconnected from"public utilitiess"
[02:15] Bhang Tyran: they can condemn your home

[02:16] Wol Euler: I read that in some states it is actually illegal to collect rainwater on your own property
[02:16] Wol Euler: and they talk about small government! bullshit!!
[02:17] Bhang Tyran: small as the sun yeah
    [02:17] Wol Euler: yep

[02:18] Wol Euler: in my observation when people talk about smaller government, what they mean is that they are being prevented by law from exploiting nature or other people, and want to be able to do so
[02:18] Wol Euler: they don't give a damn about government intruding in other areas
[02:19] Wol Euler: case in point: governor candidate Ken Cuccinelli is proposing making oral sex illegal even within marriage
    [02:19] Bhang Tyran: whaaaat!
[02:19] Wol Euler: really, America, have you gone completely insane?
[02:20] Wol Euler: what the fuck is wrong with you that you vote for *garbage* like this?
[02:20] Bhang Tyran: its the religious right wing they have gone nuts and have the money to pay for their crazy ideas
    [02:21] Wol Euler: http://bit.ly/13Ch1hH
[02:21] Wol Euler: okay, sure, they are insane. Agreed. But why do the rest of you go along with them?
    [02:21] Bhang Tyran: most dont
[02:21] Wol Euler: why do the rest of you allow these lunatics to set the tone and the content of the discourse?

[02:22] Wol Euler: perhaps not, but that is how it looks from outside the US
[02:22] Wol Euler: we see that lunatics like this are reported favourably in the press there
[02:22] Wol Euler: nobody laughs at him, as they would here
[02:22] Wol Euler: at least not in the media we see reported
[02:23] Bhang Tyran: thats the problem the average person here is a pot smokin beer drinkin semi liberal with a gay brother
[02:23] Wol Euler: if a German would-be politician made a statement like that, he'd be laughed at on the street. His children would have to change schools.
[02:23] Bhang Tyran: its so sad
[02:24] Bhang Tyran: please tell me that some Europeans have a better verry of my poor country?
    [02:24] Bhang Tyran: better view
[02:25] Wol Euler: oh, we are not anti-American
[02:25] Wol Euler: we are anti-bigot
[02:25] Wol Euler: we are anti-stupid
[02:25] Wol Euler: we are anti-intrusive and arrogant
[02:25] Wol Euler: which mostly means we hate a lot of your politicians
[02:25] Wol Euler: the rest of the world would have voted 85% for John Kerry, btw
[02:26] Bhang Tyran: agreed we do have plenty of those stupid bigots sad to say but they are illiterate swine unfortunately they buy into the bullshit and vote.
    [02:26] Wol Euler: yep
[02:27] Wol Euler: and as long as the rich tell their media pets to talk down education, that will continue
[02:27] Bhang Tyran: the worst part is that the sane folks see through the bullshit and figure that their vote wnt count and dont bother to
    [02:27] Wol Euler: yes

[02:27] Bhang Tyran: it makes me cry really
    [02:27] Wol Euler nods.
[02:28] Bhang Tyran: when bush the 2nd won i knew it was the end
    [02:28] Wol Euler nods.
[02:29] Bhang Tyran: obama wis a sham however well intentioned there was no way a kind of black guy would make a dent

[02:30] Bhang Tyran: im worried who is gonna run next probably mit romney god forbid and im not even religous im a fuckin taoist
[02:31] Bhang Tyran: wwIII is around the corner. did you know that we cant even buy ammunition any more the government has bought out every contract for the next 5 years!
[02:32] Wol Euler: is there any evidence of that? I can't imagine how it could be true
[02:32] Wol Euler: and if it were, the right would be shooting at this very moment
[02:32] Bhang Tyran: they cant get bullets.
    [02:32] Wol Euler: who "they"?
[02:36] Bhang Tyran: the right. plus they know that they dont stand a chance
    [02:39] Wol Euler frowns.
[02:39] Wol Euler: Are you seriously saying that every guns-n-ammo in the country has empty shelves right now?
    [02:39] Wol Euler: *every store
[02:41] Bhang Tyran: almost the supply has been so massively restricted that unless your camped out in front of walmart on the right day its a six month waiting list no bullshit
    [02:42] Wol Euler: amazing.
[02:42] Wol Euler: I can't imagine how the government that is derided on all sides for slowness and incompetence succenly became competent and fast enough to do this :)
[02:43] Bhang Tyran: big brother doesnt want a black eye

[02:44] Bhang Tyran: i am a optimist and it doesnt look good
[02:45] Bhang Tyran: when i was a child there was no fear america was the toughest kid on the block so to speak but the terrorists may have won ut they are not foreign they are domestic
    [02:46] Wol Euler nods.

[02:47] Bhang Tyran: im not paranoid im paying attention
[02:47] Bhang Tyran: i think guns are way to big of a part of american culture
    [02:48] Wol Euler: agreed
[02:48] Bhang Tyran: but thats mostly because of the ridiculous positions our leaders take
    [02:48] Bhang Tyran: "leaders"

[02:48] Wol Euler: I had a discussion about Zimmerman in which the guy seriously said that killing in self-defence with a gun was okay, but killing in self-defence by hitting somebody with your fist was not okay
[02:49] Wol Euler: what the fuck?
[02:50] Bhang Tyran: right he should have gone to jail for unlawful use of force and antagonized assault. he gave that kid reason to worry for his own safety
[02:52] Bhang Tyran: and on the other hand the "hip hop" culture is so negatively represented that zimmerman kinda had reason to be suspicoius the media here twisted things to where people dopnt know what to think
    [02:52] Wol Euler nods.
[02:52] Wol Euler: I'm sorry, this is fascinating and welcome, but I just noticed the time. I've got to get out and do my shopping before the local stores close
[02:53] Wol Euler: nice to see you again, bhang, and I hope your businesses thrive :)
[02:53] Bhang Tyran: thank you wol a wonderful talk once again
    [02:53] Wol Euler smiles.
    [02:53] Wol Euler: take care
    [02:53] Bhang Tyran: later skater
    [02:53] Wol Euler: in a while, crocodile</wp>/p>
