    --BELL--

Lucinda Lavender: Interesting to go to school and have facebook work that sort of thing part of ones job...
stevenaia Michinaga: :) who would have thought
Lucinda Lavender: right! who would have...and I bet it happens alot these days
Lucinda Lavender: part of ones job being keeping up a presence
Lucinda Lavender: AS my boss would say...the sales job
stevenaia Michinaga: yes, smeone thinks it;s important, hehe
    Lucinda Lavender: :))
Lucinda Lavender: so my morning session went towards the topic of contentment...any thought on it?
stevenaia Michinaga: interesting counterpint to Hypocricy
Lucinda Lavender: not a focussed question I guess
    Lucinda Lavender: yes
Lucinda Lavender: I was just pondering it from my yoga class
stevenaia Michinaga: it is a worthy state, easilly attainable when you drop the clutter as it is what remains
stevenaia Michinaga: when everything is a gift
    Lucinda Lavender: yes
stevenaia Michinaga: the older I get , the more contentment there is, I suspect it's a matter of acceptance
Lucinda Lavender: yes perhaps so! for me it is also amazement...
stevenaia Michinaga: but no, I really haven;t given it much thought... grins
    Lucinda Lavender: grins also
Lucinda Lavender: oh the places to go!
stevenaia Michinaga: I am more amazed how much gets in the way of people seeking it, when that usually get's you a journy, not contentment
stevenaia Michinaga: but if you travel with contentment, you are always at your destination
stevenaia Michinaga: a bad mix of metaphors
    Lucinda Lavender: that is ok...
Lucinda Lavender: this morning we were looking at what is undergirding contentment...that is not material i guess
    stevenaia Michinaga: undergirding?
stevenaia Michinaga: will look that up
Lucinda Lavender: well it came ain the latter part of the 7 am
Lucinda Lavender: a pillar of sorts
stevenaia Michinaga: I think when you are born, all you ahve is contentment, perhaps until you are hungry, anyway, then you spend the rest of your life on the return trip
    Lucinda Lavender: :))
Lucinda Lavender: lucky to have food, shelter, friends, etc
stevenaia Michinaga: yes, many things count toward contentment
stevenaia Michinaga: the trick is to nor get burdened by the "other" things
    stevenaia Michinaga: *not
Lucinda Lavender: when contentment arrives without things...
    --BELL--

    Lucinda Lavender: contentment without consumption
    stevenaia Michinaga: or possessions
Lucinda Lavender: I love the contentment from consumption too:)
Lucinda Lavender: but there is a certain quality that comes from watching things unfold perhaps
Lucinda Lavender: everything on its track of unfolding
Lucinda Lavender: when I worked on the dream art show...I saw something unfold there
Lucinda Lavender: ...dreaming brought teachers, teachers inspired dreaming...and dreaming created som art.
    Lucinda Lavender: some
Lucinda Lavender: the art show simplified that idea for me
Lucinda Lavender: mainly when trying to explain to people who are new to me
Lucinda Lavender: contentment at seeing it
    stevenaia Michinaga: yes, it;s a process...contentment
stevenaia Michinaga: something that finds you, you don;t seek it
    Lucinda Lavender: right!
Lucinda Lavender: exactly...not exactly sought for...
Lucinda Lavender: Thanks Stevenaia for your help in thinking about contentment
Lucinda Lavender: have a good weekend!
stevenaia Michinaga: you are welcome, somethimes the words here are on targer and get things going nicely
    stevenaia Michinaga: *target
    Lucinda Lavender: great!
Lucinda Lavender: helping to see a balance perhaps
stevenaia Michinaga: after a week of hypocricy, it helps
    stevenaia Michinaga: :)
    Lucinda Lavender: :)
    stevenaia Michinaga: night Luci
Lucinda Lavender: just happenstance by way of going to my yoga class.
Lucinda Lavender: night to you too
