    Korel Laloix: heya
    Lucinda Lavender: Heya Korel!
Lucinda Lavender: Nice to see you...
Lucinda Lavender: I have not been around much.
    Korel Laloix: No worries..
Korel Laloix: I am logged on a lot, but not actually here.... so we are probably even that way.
Korel Laloix: How have you been?
Lucinda Lavender: pretty good...bought a car this week and weather is beautiful here...getting plans for wedding next week in view...
    Korel Laloix: Who's wedding?
Korel Laloix: I am doing the bridesmaid thing again in August... fun.
    Lucinda Lavender: My daughter
    Korel Laloix: OH lovely.....
Korel Laloix: Going to be a big affair?
Korel Laloix: Finally getting rid of her?.. grins
Korel Laloix: That sounds like a great sort of relationship.
Korel Laloix: Wonder what they thought when they first met vs now.
Lucinda Lavender: no...pretty small for the ceremony and then a picnic on the next day where all aunts and uncles and cousins come.
Korel Laloix: That sounds deliciously simple.
    --BELL--

    Korel Laloix: Oh wow... lovely
Lucinda Lavender: It will be catered
Lucinda Lavender: so we just bring flowers , extra chairs etc
Korel Laloix: Best that way for sure...
    Lucinda Lavender: i think so
    Korel Laloix: Sounds perfect.
    Lucinda Lavender: thanks:)
Korel Laloix: Very interesting how differently people do weddings.
Lucinda Lavender: for a small group
Lucinda Lavender: yes...we all have different ideas I guess
Lucinda Lavender: I was married in a park
Korel Laloix: And weddings are more for the family than the married.
Lucinda Lavender: turns out to be so...
Lucinda Lavender: how is your weather?
    Lucinda Lavender: hot?
Korel Laloix: It is something that I have been thinking of recently.... do I want a church ceremony or native or both or a mix... and what would I wear.
Korel Laloix: Been lovely and hot and humid with some on and off thunderstorms.
Korel Laloix: Friday it is supposed to storm all doay though.
Korel Laloix: But only getting up into the low 90s recently.
Lucinda Lavender: well you could have several outfits for different parts of the event:)
Lucinda Lavender: that is done I think in many cultures...a variety of clothes
Korel Laloix: I am not going to get ahead of myself on that one at all though.. still a bit away.
    Lucinda Lavender: understandable!
Korel Laloix: Well I am Cherokee, Reeba is Comanche, she is Catholic, I am Protestant... so lots of things going on there.
    Lucinda Lavender: I nods:)
Korel Laloix: Lot's of traditions to work with.
Korel Laloix: And that whole two women thing adds a bit of a twist as well... lol
Lucinda Lavender: Luci thinks of a basket with different colors and threads
    Lucinda Lavender: colors
    Korel Laloix smiles
Korel Laloix: I like the thought.
Lucinda Lavender: weaving is such a nice metaphor
Korel Laloix: I do like it.
Lucinda Lavender: creation of one new thing out of several
Korel Laloix: I know.. lovely thoughts really.
    Lucinda Lavender: Any more dreams?
Korel Laloix: I had on little snippet that I remember.
Korel Laloix: I dreamed I was looking at this window with brown textured class.
Lucinda Lavender: I remember brown was in another dream you had...
Korel Laloix: And I reached up and pulled the criss cross supports on the class off an then realized it was just something fastened to a double pain window.
    Korel Laloix: That was it.
Lucinda Lavender: was the texure created by the supports?
Korel Laloix: That is right.. but this was a different shade of brown I think... definitely a different texutre.. cloth vs glass.
Korel Laloix: No, it was like bathroom glass.
    Lucinda Lavender: I see..
Lucinda Lavender: I have not even had a snippet since May 24
Lucinda Lavender: sometimes we save up perhaps
    Lucinda Lavender: energy
Korel Laloix: My sleep was messed up with migraine meds for the onther one.
    Lucinda Lavender: just a thought
Lucinda Lavender: right I remember that now
    --BELL--

Korel Laloix: This one I went to bed really wired, aroused and drunk... so that was probably part of it.
Lucinda Lavender: Do you like to camp out?
Lucinda Lavender: sleep on the ground
    Lucinda Lavender: ?
    Korel Laloix: I love it.
Lucinda Lavender: dreaming outside is interesting
Korel Laloix: After this class is done and I do my defense Reeba and I are going off for a week of camping.
Lucinda Lavender: i think it might be fun to assemble some brown items that are meaningful to you
Lucinda Lavender: things that have a centering affect
Lucinda Lavender: and create a little altar for them
Korel Laloix: That is an intersting Idea.. thanks.
Korel Laloix: And I do have a few.
Lucinda Lavender: it seems like an earth tone...so it could be an honor of the earth
Lucinda Lavender: how we see the earth and what gets made of earth
Korel Laloix: Glass is made of sand.
    Lucinda Lavender: so true...
Lucinda Lavender: a little tiny window to open
Lucinda Lavender: and let the fresh air in
Korel Laloix: IT could be interesting.
Lucinda Lavender: a way to play
Lucinda Lavender: i like to play that way...make little assembleges
Korel Laloix: Jsut strange having these pop up though.. maybe a trend I hope... would like to remember more.
    Lucinda Lavender: of items
Korel Laloix: Especially when I am kicking and the like.
    Lucinda Lavender: nods
Korel Laloix: I destraoy a sheets bed if I try to sleep like that.. I normally get in a sleeping bag.
Korel Laloix: And I have been told I am very difficult to sleep with I am so active.
Lucinda Lavender: so sleeping is very active...very interesting and challenging I guess
Korel Laloix: I have bad in/parasomnia for sure.
Lucinda Lavender: is it hard to settle the mind...?
    Lucinda Lavender: before sleep?
Korel Laloix: I am good about that.
Korel Laloix: But lots of issues pile up.
Korel Laloix: Been to a week long sleep clnic a while back.. really helped.
    Lucinda Lavender: great..sounds helpful!
Korel Laloix: It was.. got me about an hour fifteen more a night.
    Korel Laloix: Maybe 90 mins.
Korel Laloix: It was a while ago now though.
Lucinda Lavender: I have heard that pulling ones range of sight in helps...don't drive for instance
    Lucinda Lavender: read a book
    Lucinda Lavender: in low light
Korel Laloix: There are things that really helped.. with not using the bed for anything but sleep.
Lucinda Lavender: I sometimes wake up and don't go back to sleep for a while
Korel Laloix: Certain foods to get and ones to avoid.
Korel Laloix: Some meditaion like thintgs.
    Lucinda Lavender: nods
Korel Laloix: i very much try to stay away from the drugs..
Korel Laloix: Those really mess me up for a while.
Lucinda Lavender: I notice that when I wake and worry I just need to be qieter inside my head:)
    Lucinda Lavender: quieter
Korel Laloix: That is hard to do sometimes.
Lucinda Lavender: then the words fall below a level of hearing them
Korel Laloix: Or quieting your heart.
    Lucinda Lavender: ah yes
    Lucinda Lavender: that too
Lucinda Lavender: if I sit up and meditate it gets better too
Lucinda Lavender: then I can just tilt over and go backj into the sleep
Korel Laloix: I wish i could do that.
Korel Laloix: Lots of options and methods.. but I found a bunch that work for me.
    Lucinda Lavender: great:)
Korel Laloix: Maybe those methods are why I never remember dreams.
Lucinda Lavender: do you think that might be?
    Korel Laloix: No idea.
Korel Laloix: But I did not remember dreams when I was little either.
    Korel Laloix: So probably not.
    --BELL--

Lucinda Lavender: I hear my neighbor vacuuming
Lucinda Lavender: nothing much else to hear at the moment
Lucinda Lavender: oh...a basketball being dribbled
Korel Laloix: I need to do a bit of that.
Lucinda Lavender: a car going by
Korel Laloix: Had the repair folks in over the last couple of weeks fixiing some things.
Lucinda Lavender: heard any new music lately?
Korel Laloix: New appartment that was build poorly.
Lucinda Lavender: I hear about that alot from my husband who is a carpenter
Korel Laloix: NOt realy new.. but rediscovered.
Lucinda Lavender: he has to go in a fix what others did not do well
Lucinda Lavender: ah! what might that be?

Korel Laloix: And learning more about cello music as Reeb used to play
Lucinda Lavender: wow! my mom and step dad and grandma were cellists
Korel Laloix: Not my thing... but learning of course... smiles
Lucinda Lavender: there is the brown window
    Lucinda Lavender: or was
    Korel Laloix smiles
    Korel Laloix: Odd video.
Lucinda Lavender: I love Italian for singing...
    Korel Laloix: It is lovely.
Korel Laloix: And I love that song.
    Korel Laloix: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=msRy4vcSX4k

    Lucinda Lavender: :))
Lucinda Lavender: not sure till I hear it...
Korel Laloix: Not for everyone for sure.
Lucinda Lavender: I may have to listen later since it is not starting up...
    Korel Laloix: Oh OK.. smiles
Lucinda Lavender: I like the Italian song tho
Lucinda Lavender: I heard that one
