    Hana Furlough: Hi Rrose
    Rrose Millar: Hello Hana!

    Yakuzza Lethecus: hiya everyone
Rrose Millar: Soory gfor the cam movements...
    Hana Furlough: Hi Yaku
    Hana Furlough: ~
    Rrose Millar: Yaku hi!
    --BELL--
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hi pema
Pema Pera: Hi Rose, Hana, Yakuzza!
    Hana Furlough: hi pema~
Eliza Madrigal: Hi Hana, Rrose, Yakuzza, Pema :)
Pema Pera: It's a busy day today for me, this morning I realized I had invitations for seven different SL events, all of which I was participating in already in some form or other . . . .
    Pema Pera: Hi Eliza!
    Hana Furlough: hi eliza~
Rrose Millar: Nice to meet you Pama.
Pema Pera: I decided to go to "only" three and a half :)
Pema Pera: Yes, Rrose, nice to meet you here!
    Rrose Millar: *Pema
    Eliza Madrigal: apologies, brb
Pema Pera: (here as opposed to reading about you in the chat logs :-)
Hana Furlough: so did everyone have a look at my scribe essay for 1 to 3 november?
    Hana Furlough: http://playasbeing.wik.is/PaB_Scribe...First_to_third
Eliza Madrigal: Yes, and thanks Hana. I really enjoy your scribes :)
    Hana Furlough: just (in case)
Pema Pera: yes, I enjoyed reading it, and I also enjoyed reading your opening poem!
    Hana Furlough: thanks, eliza!
Eliza Madrigal: Oh, yes very much so. Nice touch
    Hana Furlough: blushes
    Pema Pera: :)
Eliza Madrigal: :) Was that something you wrote recently?
Hana Furlough: oh yeah i wrote it right after i made the scribe log
    Eliza Madrigal: Oh wow
Hana Furlough: i kind of want to rework it though
    sophia Placebo: greetings
    Hana Furlough: hi sophiap~
    Pema Pera: Hi Sophia!
Eliza Madrigal: It has a kind of movement to it
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Sophia :)
    Hana Furlough: thanks, eliza
Hana Furlough: i felt like there was a special kind of flow in the logs of the three days
Eliza Madrigal: (Sophia, I'm sending you a link to Hana's scribe)
    sophia Placebo: ok
Hana Furlough: i literally just cut an pasted and it felt like a spontaneously unified conversation
    Hana Furlough: voices and echoes
    Hana Furlough: from adjacent mountains
Rrose Millar: I read parts of your scribeֲ» earlier on, and I like this form very much Hana.
Eliza Madrigal: It does read that way, one conversation into another
    Hana Furlough: thank you, rose
    Hana Furlough: yes!
Hana Furlough: it was quite incredible in that fashion
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Sharon :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Everyone!
Hana Furlough: there were many key issues brought up over those three days
Rrose Millar: It makes more sense cause you see the whole picture,
    Hana Furlough: hi sophias
    Pema Pera: Hi Sharon!
    Hana Furlough: a mosaic
Rrose Millar: Sophia and Sophia, hello!
Hana Furlough: or one jewel reflecting every jewel
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
Rrose Millar: Lots of red haired people here today ;-)
SophiaSharon Larnia: I like how the text after the poem seemed to 'explain' it :)
    Hana Furlough: : )
    SophiaSharon Larnia: (stealing ideas ;p)
Hana Furlough: no such thing as stealing
    Pema Pera: borrowing?
Hana Furlough: nothing to lend in the first place
Pema Pera: like in Japanese temple gardens that borrow the neighboring scenery?
    Hana Furlough: yes!
    Hana Furlough: imitating the pattern/principle
    --BELL--
Eliza Madrigal: Hi Zon . We are talking about Hana's November Scribe Hana Furlough: http://playasbeing.wik.is/PaB_Scribe...First_to_third
    Hana Furlough: hi zon~
SophiaSharon Larnia: was thinking during the 90 sec how often it is that we similiarly write 'mind poems' like that based on our daily experiences, and if we can re-write them, or develop new ways to write them....
    Pema Pera: Hi Zon!
    Eliza Madrigal: Hey Fef! :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Zon and Fefonz
    Fefonz Quan: Hey all!
    Pema Pera: nice thought, Sharon!
Hana Furlough: can you say more about that sophias?
    Zon Quar: hi all
    Hana Furlough: hi fefonz~
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hiya fef
    Yakuzza Lethecus: and zon
SophiaSharon Larnia: if experiences are encapsulated in short 'impressions' that we carry with us, if this in turn affects how we experience other things
    Hana Furlough: nods emphaticaly
Hana Furlough: how does this relate to poetry in yor view?
SophiaSharon Larnia: well, it didn't, until your essay *grins*
    Hana Furlough: i see!
SophiaSharon Larnia: but the idea that long stretches of text (experience) can be translated into short bits,
SophiaSharon Larnia: the short bits being put together, affecting further experience
SophiaSharon Larnia: just rambling thoughts :)
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Zen :)
    Hana Furlough: this is interesting
    Hana Furlough: hi zen
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Zen
    Fefonz Quan: hi Zen
    Zen Arado: Hi All
Hana Furlough: sophia, how might this affect further experience?
    Zon Quar: zen
    Pema Pera: Hi Zen!
SophiaSharon Larnia: well, part of it may be, if you choose some text over others, you can wrie entirely new poems
    SophiaSharon Larnia: (experience-interpretation)
Hana Furlough: yes the interplay between the two is quite interesting
Hana Furlough: but i wonder, how is experience different from interpretation?
Eliza Madrigal: Maybe that question touches on one of the themes of the scribe, which seems to be 'helping'?
sophia Placebo: interpretation is experience in slow motion me thinks
Fefonz Quan: surely it isd different then post-interpretation
    Hana Furlough: that's nice, sophias
    Hana Furlough: !
SophiaSharon Larnia: (last one wasnt me)
Fefonz Quan: i see interpretation more as compressing the experience
    Hana Furlough: eeek sorry
Fefonz Quan: and in a quite lossy way
    SophiaSharon Larnia: giggles
Hana Furlough: does it always have to compress the experience?
Hana Furlough: how about recreate, improvise, reontextualise?
SophiaSharon Larnia: on a conscious level experience couldnt be remembered in its entirety, could it?
Fefonz Quan: yes, lossy compression with artifacts :)
    Hana Furlough: just an artifact?
Fefonz Quan nods to sophia, that's what i meant too
Fefonz Quan: i didn't say just
    Hana Furlough: smiles
Hana Furlough: then why the dinosaur bones, fefonz?
Fefonz Quan: cause it was hot?
SophiaSharon Larnia: the autonomic nervous system, for one, may hold the compressed experiential impressions
    Hana Furlough: really?
SophiaSharon Larnia: well, fight or flight
sophia Placebo: on a conscious level one cant be conscous of every thing and not many things during experiance
Pema Pera: I think it is a circle: experience triggers interpretations, which can in turn trigger fresh experiences, over the centuries when written down . . . like what Sharon said: [13:20] SophiaSharon Larnia: the short bits being put together, affecting further experience
Fefonz Quan is still curious about the dinosour remark and its meaning...
    Pema Pera: heya, Wol !!
    Hana Furlough: hi wol~
    Fefonz Quan: Hey Wol!
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Wol
    Wol Euler: hello everyone
    Rrose Millar: I'm loosing concentration...
    Zon Quar: wol
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Wol :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles at Rrose
Rrose Millar: ;-) smiles back at Sophia.
    Zen Arado: Hi Wol
    Rrose Millar: Hi wol
Fefonz Quan will take smiling over concentration every time ;-)
Wol Euler smiles and waves to all
    SophiaSharon Larnia: me too!!
Hana Furlough: sorry dinosaur bones was meant to allude to artifacts
    --BELL--
Fefonz Quan: (i thought they were real...)
Hana Furlough: need smiling and concentration be mutually exclusive ? : )
    Hana Furlough: lol
    SophiaSharon Larnia: laughs
    Pema Pera: :)
Hana Furlough: eeek sorry stepped on the silence
    Hana Furlough: tripped the quiet
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hi arch
    Wol Euler: hello arch
    Pema Pera: Hi there, Arch!
Rrose Millar: I closed my eyes during the silence and spiraled down a concentre of previous meditation moments...
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Arch
    Hana Furlough: hi arch~
    Zon Quar: arch
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Arch
    Zen Arado: Hi arch
    Rrose Millar: *Concentrate
    Zon Quar: smile
    Rrose Millar: Hi Ac
    Rrose Millar: Arch...
Pema Pera: what happened then, Rrose?
    Archmage Atlantis: Hello all
Rrose Millar: It was like being in a seed and the seed opening into multifold memories and me witnessing t and interpreting it at the same time...
    Fefonz Quan: hello archmage
    Hana Furlough: that's so nice
    SophiaSharon Larnia: brb
    Pema Pera: nice image!
    Wol Euler: :)
Rrose Millar: I know the word in French: une mise en abyme...Abysmal something?
Zen Arado: sorry have to go
    Zen Arado: bye
Wol Euler: bye zen, take care
    Hana Furlough: bye zen~
    Qt Core: hi all
    Fefonz Quan: bye Zen
    Fefonz Quan: hi QT
Rrose Millar: Enchֳ¢ssement? Metonomia? A thing in a thing in a thing...
    Rrose Millar: Bye Zen
    Hana Furlough: !
    Hana Furlough: like nesting dolls?
    Eliza Madrigal: embeddedness?
Fefonz Quan thought about nesting dolls too
    Hana Furlough: smiles!
Rrose Millar: Yes, something like that, I will check for the word in English,
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Pema Pera: more than dolls I think, more like copies
Zon Quar: must go too, c u all
    SophiaSharon Larnia: !
    Rrose Millar: That's the idea.Nesting doll.s
Pema Pera: dolls in dolls are different, but here more like mirrors?
    SophiaSharon Larnia: yes
    Wol Euler: bye zon
    Hana Furlough: bye zon~
    Fefonz Quan: by zin
SophiaSharon Larnia: bye all who left :))
    Pema Pera: :-)
Hana Furlough: can you say more, pema?
    Fefonz Quan: Zon*
Archmage Atlantis: Like Russian nesting dolls, where when one opens one, there is another inside?
    Fefonz Quan nods
SophiaSharon Larnia: thinking as in layers
Pema Pera: Rrose can describe in her words?
Rrose Millar: many memories of being still on one 90 seconds, like ...needles, lots of needles in just one place?
    Pema Pera: :)
Rrose Millar: My English is going dwon the drain sorry...
    Hana Furlough: not at all
Pema Pera: oh no, another nice image, Rrose
Hana Furlough: your english is beautiful
Fefonz Quan: needless to say... in a hay
    SophiaSharon Larnia: haha
Rrose Millar: I do not capture what I mean with it but maybe words, anyway...
Archmage Atlantis: Words are only tools
    Rrose Millar: Yes, t
Eliza Madrigal: Its lovely, Rrose.. we can sense what you mean
    Hana Furlough: yes
Pema Pera: You talked about seeing with the heart the other day, didn't you, Rrose?
Rrose Millar: abd they are so inadequate...
    Rrose Millar: Yes, i d
Archmage Atlantis: Yes they are Rrose
Hana Furlough: but words do not have to be inadequate
Rrose Millar: I did. Or was it my twin sister Eden? I doN't remember.
Pema Pera: that in itself is a nice exercise, for example something you can do in the 9 seconds
    Wol Euler smiles
    Pema Pera: :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles
Wol Euler: strangely enough, there's one coming up in two minutes.
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Hana Furlough: perfect timing
Wol Euler: shall we pick an image and try?
Rrose Millar: 2 minutes is a loooooong time
Pema Pera: do we get to see you and Eden here at the same time, Rrose :-) ?
Rrose Millar: yes, let us try.
Wol Euler: give us an idea, a starting image?
Rrose Millar: I meant the exercice. Which image ? Ok sisters., That would be an image?
    Archmage Atlantis: yes
Rrose Millar: It reminds me of a dream I had when I came back from India. Two women in a garden.
    Rrose Millar: Cu;tivators maybe...;-)
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Wol Euler smiles
    --BELL--
Archmage Atlantis: Seeds are planted Like small life pieces Cast forth to live or not But with meaning Always with meaning
    Rrose Millar: Beautiful Arch!
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Wol Euler: nice
    Hana Furlough: yes lovely
SophiaSharon Larnia: painting an image with words...changing the interpretation of the image, but the image is still just an image regardless how it is seen, image in an image.
Rrose Millar: I became aware of my body, the sounds around me and the word ֲ«story-tellingֲ» kept reaperating itself in my mind.
Hana Furlough: as with everything else
Fefonz Quan: yet one nice thing, is that for those words, each of us gets a different image :)
Rrose Millar: You make me realize something here Fonz,,,
Hana Furlough: a different image of the same image
Rrose Millar: Saw my experince in another light,
Rrose Millar: To answer Pema's question about both Eden and Rrose at PaB at the same time. Yes, it happende, But Rrose was on a vow of silnce then.
sophia Placebo: we should used our hearts in that excersie no?
Wol Euler: ah, right, I remember that now.
    Fefonz Quan: yep me too
Rrose Millar: I'm in bed with a cold, hence the laptop's avatar. We are alts.
Pema Pera: I'm always pleasantly surprised how a switch to "looking with the heart" rather than with the eyes, immediately causes so many shifts in bodily awareness
Pema Pera: this time too, during the 90 sec
    SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles
Rrose Millar: I realized only recently that one of the reasons I created twin sisters on my 2 differwnt computers, is that in RL I'M estranged from my sister.
    SophiaSharon Larnia: ((Rrose))
    Wol Euler nods
Rrose Millar: The pain and the longing made me do that bewfore it became conscious.
Hana Furlough: i'm so sorry to hear that, rose
    Rrose Millar: Yes, thnaks Hana.
Wol Euler reaches across and gives your hand a squeeze.
Rrose Millar: I realized today I got the cold when I heard she is not coming to New year celebration,
Archmage Atlantis: I have often asked does suffering have purpose...... I begin to receive the answer
    Hana Furlough: what's that, arch?
Fefonz Quan nods (to Rrose), the body react to all kinds of climate shifts
Rrose Millar: Sophia recommanded to listen to fools, I liked that. I'm on a watch for fools ;-)
Eliza Madrigal: Rrose, yes that's so difficult... good to give it time and 'cultivate' your own open heart in the meantime perhaps :)
    sophia Placebo: :)
Eliza Madrigal: I have some furniture arranging to do in the village now...book chat in just a few minutes at my spot. Thanks so much Hana and everyone :) Very soft session.
sophia Placebo: wisdome of the absent minded *
    Eliza Madrigal waves
SophiaSharon Larnia: see you in a min Eliza :)
Rrose Millar: My friend is bringing me ginger tea and asking if I'm still sad about that,
Wol Euler: bye eliza, see you soon
    Hana Furlough: thank you, eliza~
Hana Furlough: have a great day~
    sophia Placebo: bye Eliza
    Fefonz Quan: Bye Eliza
    Pema Pera: bye Eliza!
    Rrose Millar: Bye Eliza!
    Yakuzza Lethecus: bye eli
Fefonz Quan votes for ginger tea too.
Rrose Millar: Please, have a cup!
    Fefonz Quan: thanks )
Rrose Millar: here you are! Anyone else?
Wol Euler smiles and raises her own cup of Darjeeling.
Rrose Millar: PaB is a kind of dollhouse game at level 10...
    SophiaSharon Larnia: grins
Archmage Atlantis: I will have one Rrose
Rrose Millar: Sure, dear fellow poet...
SophiaSharon Larnia: interesting outlook Rrose, i think i understand that
Pema Pera loves darjeeling but has to leave now . . . .
    SophiaSharon Larnia: bye Pema
    Hana Furlough: bye pema~
    Pema Pera: bye everyone!
    sophia Placebo: bye pema
Rrose Millar: Don't you experince the same kind of pleasure here Sophia?
    Wol Euler: bye pema
    --BELL--
    Rrose Millar: Bye Pema!
SophiaSharon Larnia: sl is more my dollhouse, pab is more real to me than that
    Fefonz Quan: Bye Pema!
SophiaSharon Larnia: an insight to the psyche of the masses type of dollhouse *laughs*
Rrose Millar: I see what you mean.
Wol Euler: much like RL, then...
sophia Placebo: sophia is a doll ,what she look like , what she wears , and sometimes how she moves , but the one behind the keyboard isnt
Hana Furlough: thank you all for the wonderful session
Rrose Millar: But this is the best place I found to mply with words and ideas, paper dolls of thoughts in a way.
SophiaSharon Larnia: thank you! hana very much
    Fefonz Quan: Thank you Hana!
Hana Furlough: have a wonderful day!
Wol Euler: bye hana, thank you too.
Rrose Millar: Thank you Hana, nice meeting you!
    sophia Placebo: bye hana thnx
SophiaSharon Larnia: bye all, to the book discussion :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: waves
    sophia Placebo: bye all :)
Fefonz Quan: (which book discussin if i may?)
    Rrose Millar: Bye Sophia!
    Fefonz Quan: bye Sophia
Wol Euler: oh, didn't you get the e-mail? Eos and Eliza are talking about a book they're reading
SophiaSharon Larnia: Francisco J Varela's > "Ethical Know-How (Action, Wisdom, and Cognition)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: 3rd meeting
    Wol Euler: right, ty :)
Yakuzza Lethecus: i will check to book session as well for a a few minutes
    SophiaSharon Larnia: brn!!
    Yakuzza Lethecus: bye
Fefonz Quan: oh, i'm reading his 'embodied mind' now...
    SophiaSharon Larnia: oops bfn laughs
    Wol Euler: bye sophia, yaku
    Rrose Millar: Bye!
Archmage Atlantis: words and writing are what we have to pass down
    Wol Euler: indeed.
Archmage Atlantis: those who come after will use them
Archmage Atlantis: this is our legacy
    Rrose Millar: Yes, it is.
Qt Core: images and sculptures, buildings and such ?
Fefonz Quan believes our legacy also follows our actins and the ones we touched, not less thtn our written words
    Fefonz Quan: actions*
Archmage Atlantis: Those are of the moment QT
Archmage Atlantis: The ideas behind them are more permanent
Rrose Millar: Emotions are the best reservoir of being, aren't they?
Qt Core: yes, but i'm thinking about the pyramids and how many ancient egyptian "books" we lost
Archmage Atlantis: We have not lost them, QT, they live in us if we allow them to do so
Wol Euler: well, we can try to intuit what they might hve been, psychic reconstruction
Qt Core: greedy materialst me is having some problem understanding that ;-)
Rrose Millar: I agree with Wold and Archmage, about virtual libraries of untold words.
Wol Euler: like a paleontologist finding a toe and three vertebrae and guessing together a whole skeleton
Archmage Atlantis: Well, there is nothing wrong with wishing for material manisfestation
Rrose Millar: Yes, holographic reconstruction. I used to be able to do that,
Fefonz Quan: me too rrose :)
Qt Core: i'm reading a book about the history of numbers and there are so many lost or incomplete works that almost hurts me
Rrose Millar: So maybe we try?
Archmage Atlantis: To try is to believe
Rrose Millar: Does Aechmage have memories of Atlantis? Who were you then?
Wol Euler bites her tongue to keep from quoting Yoda.
    Fefonz Quan: do quote please!
Rrose Millar: Pleas do quaote, I forgot waht he said...
Wol Euler: "Do, or do not. There is no 'try'."
Fefonz Quan: YEs! those were my thought too, and not from the Yoda direction :)
    Wol Euler grins.
Qt Core: i always found that very funny as we have an opposite way of saying around here
Wol Euler: maybe the Force is simply belief, self-trust.
Qt Core: (or at least that was my father way of saying)
    Fefonz Quan: or no-self trust?
    Wol Euler: ha! yes.
Rrose Millar: Ok, well. Let us say Atlantis . I'm meeting coleagues i9n a submarine station. discussing the dolphins recation to new sounds.
Archmage Atlantis: Trust and belief are not the same
Fefonz Quan: (as long as it's not Lukke's father, all is fine ;-))
Rrose Millar: Whoa are you ?
Qt Core: when trying todo somethink, let say move a big piece of furniture he used to say... "fa finta " (as in fake)
    --BELL--
Rrose Millar: Fa finta con tanto affetto ;=)
Archmage Atlantis: We are small beings with great future we accept or we do not the void will be filled
Wol Euler: tehy are diferent, Arch, but I think there is a kind of overlap.
    Wol Euler: yes, true :)
Qt Core: i love that saying as i heard that only when we were doing something togheter
Wol Euler: "faking it has the same effect"?
Qt Core: domrthing important, not just playing
    Qt Core: something*
    Rrose Millar: Your papa?
    Qt Core: yes
Fefonz Quan: i'll have to leave, it's past midnight nadn working 2morrow
Wol Euler: eeep, goodniht fef, sleep well
    Qt Core: 'night fef
Rrose Millar: Very real these reconstructions...Bye Fefonz..
    Fefonz Quan: night all! namaste.
    Archmage Atlantis: Blessings
    Rrose Millar: Namaste!
    Alfred Kelberry: hi :)
    Wol Euler: hello alf
    Rrose Millar: Hi Alfred!
Alfred Kelberry: i think i freaked fef out a little :)
Wol Euler points to the recorder which is still running, and nods to Alf.
Alfred Kelberry: told him i can see things and that he's sitting besides wol now :)
    Wol Euler: heheheheeh
Wol Euler: is that why he left in such a hurrry?
    Rrose Millar: ;_)))
    Alfred Kelberry: could be :)
Rrose Millar: It was not in a hurry...
Archmage Atlantis: So, fef is responsible for e's own reaction
Wol Euler: well, we all choose how to react to what we *think* we see and hear aorund us
Archmage Atlantis: And are any of us responsible for another's perception?
Rrose Millar: What is it you are bringing to us Alfred? Some space consideration? Some space-fiction?
Wol Euler: nope :) thank god.
    Wol Euler: (to arch)
    Alfred Kelberry: space-what? :)
Rrose Millar: Well, we are kind of spacing out so you arrive just in time ;-)))
Alfred Kelberry: i'm just a passive observer, don't mind me :)
    Alfred Kelberry hides
    Rrose Millar: Tag!
Archmage Atlantis: Have a seat, Al
    Alfred Kelberry: er..
Wol Euler: I was about to say that :)
    Alfred Kelberry: ok
Alfred Kelberry: i like this blue pillow
    Wol Euler: they don't bite.
    Rrose Millar: Welcome Alfred,
    Alfred Kelberry: oh, script error
    Rrose Millar: LOL
Alfred Kelberry: i'm still intact, though. or so it seems :)
Archmage Atlantis: Error implies there is a standard to be measured against
Rrose Millar: You look ok except for this red ball of light on your lap
Alfred Kelberry: ah, invisible qt! i remember you :)
Qt Core: invisible ? i may wish it sometime ;-)
Rrose Millar: Very poerful Jedis here today ;-)
    Rrose Millar: *powerful
Alfred Kelberry: wasn't it you who had an invisible av like a month ago?
    --BELL--
Qt Core: i have a building cube av, but surelyit isn't invisible, maybe less noticeable
Alfred Kelberry: shhh.. it said silence :)
Alfred Kelberry: yes, a cube, indeed
Archmage Atlantis: What is a jedi?
    Archmage Atlantis: Or a knight?
Alfred Kelberry: gee, you got like 3 pets all around you, arch :)
Rrose Millar: The knights in Star wars.
Wol Euler: a Star Wars reference, philosopher warriors
Archmage Atlantis: They are my familiars
Alfred Kelberry: i got one too :)
    Qt Core: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jedi
Alfred Kelberry: he says hello and gives you some fish :)
Qt Core: space age templars ;-)
Archmage Atlantis: There are no pets, only other beings who chose
    Rrose Millar: ;-)
Alfred Kelberry: rose is blingy :)
Wol Euler: hvae you just noticed? :)
    Alfred Kelberry: yep
Alfred Kelberry: must be some fancy shoes :)
Wol Euler: says the man who hasn't changed his scarf since we met.
Alfred Kelberry: hey, i changed my hair color :)
    Wol Euler: ah, true.
    Alfred Kelberry: :P
Rrose Millar: That was my obsessuin when I first got on SL" bling shoes!
Rrose Millar: I grew out of it but I keep wearing thses kinds of shoes...
Alfred Kelberry: wol, why wait till january for this new workshop of yours. how about we start it... next week? :)
    Wol Euler: O.O
Rrose Millar: I was ambitious enough to want to CREATE a pair. But a few scripting classes and I changed my mind..
Alfred Kelberry: rose, they look nice - i like them blinging :)
Wol Euler: I can give you several reasons, but the most honest would be that I have nothing to say or do.
    Rrose Millar: l-)
Wol Euler: yeah, building in SL is challenging :)
Wol Euler: textures are the key, and the hardest part
Rrose Millar: I was On WIkipedia last summer, administrator, learning how to modify. But then I discoverd SL. And kind of abandoned my previous wiki duties...
Qt Core: i thought good taste was the key (and the reason i don't even trry ;-) )
Wol Euler: wow, a wikipedia admin!
Wol Euler: you don't meet them every day of the week.
Alfred Kelberry: good taste is the key in any area
Rrose Millar: I accomplidhed vry little. Maybe not the right word. Just modifier...
Alfred Kelberry: rose, did you at least ban someone? :)
Rrose Millar: I completed a few articles,
Rrose Millar: No, no, just the basic stuff. Not administrator, I don,t know the word. That was in French,
    Wol Euler: moderator?
    Alfred Kelberry: ah, ok
Alfred Kelberry: vive la france :)
Rrose Millar: Fun but very conplicated. SL is much more fun ;-))
Rrose Millar: I'm not french ;-)
Alfred Kelberry: nor am i :)
    Wol Euler: SL is fun.
Rrose Millar: SL is fun and addictive...
    --BELL--
Alfred Kelberry: yes, people quit jobs cause of it
    Alfred Kelberry: ouch
    Alfred Kelberry: :)
Alfred Kelberry: i like this 90 seconds break
Wol Euler: well, people get addicted to all kinds of things.
    Alfred Kelberry: like leather :)
Wol Euler: we (species) seem to have this weakness for obsessing built into us
Wol Euler: I'm not addicted to leather, I wear rubber too.
    Alfred Kelberry: hehe
    Alfred Kelberry: ok, ok :)
Archmage Atlantis: My genetic tests say I am not' what I thought I was That is both dissmissive and oppertunity
    Alfred Kelberry: peculiar white spaces
Qt Core: i'm not addicted to star trek, i read even discworld ;-)
    Wol Euler: :)
Wol Euler: I am addicted to reading, I'll admit that.
Rrose Millar: I like thr two first verses Arch, The other ones are still obscure for me,
Wol Euler: opportunity to reinvent, or to change direction.
    Rrose Millar: dismissive?
Alfred Kelberry: in other words, he's not hopeless :)
Archmage Atlantis: Why express it as "not hopeless" rather than "hopeful" ?
Rrose Millar: I have to leave. Nive talking to you. Have a nice evening! Or good nite...
Alfred Kelberry: i guess the reason is the smiley at the end :)
Wol Euler: bye rrose, take care.
    Qt Core: Bye Rrose
Wol Euler: nice to hear your voice this time
Alfred Kelberry: oh.. i missed the voice part :/
Wol Euler: well, written chat. When she first came here, she was in the middle of a silent retreat and didn't speak at all
    Alfred Kelberry: ah, got it
Archmage Atlantis: A Rrose by any other name.\ *smileI
    Wol Euler: heheheh
Alfred Kelberry: "film buff" - is it like a movie geek?
    Alfred Kelberry pokes wol
Wol Euler: it's a discussion gropu that friend just started, she invited me to join.
    Alfred Kelberry: ok
Alfred Kelberry: well, the last movie i've seen was moon
Alfred Kelberry: mixed feelings about it
Wol Euler: I hven't seen a movie in maybe two years :-/
Wol Euler: too much SL, I guess.
Alfred Kelberry: oh my - you ought to!
Alfred Kelberry: a good movie is like a therapy session :)
Archmage Atlantis: Mixed feelings are a sign of growth
    Wol Euler: true, and true
Qt Core: i llike movies but i don't like cinemas
Alfred Kelberry: mmm.. i like this one, arch
    --BELL--
    Alfred Kelberry: ding
    Wol Euler: dong
    Alfred Kelberry: :P
Alfred Kelberry: er.. what's this hieroglyph on your chest, arch? is it a tree?
    Qt Core: sleeptime here
Qt Core: have fun you all, ciao!
Wol Euler: yes, me too. goodnight qt
Alfred Kelberry: ok, qt - sweet trekkie dreams to you :)
Wol Euler: goodnight arch, take care. It's good to see you again
Wol Euler: bye alf, sleep well.
Alfred Kelberry: guess we're not going to find out about this hieroglyph :)
    Wol Euler: :)
Alfred Kelberry: bye, woly. i'm off too now.
Wol Euler: it's a kanji character, but I don't know which one.
