    Pema Pera: heya Eden!
    --BELL--
    Eden Haiku: Hi Pema.
Pema Pera: anything on your mind?
    Eden Haiku: So many...and you?
    Pema Pera: hahaha, sure . . . . endless
    Pema Pera: hi Gen!
    Eden Haiku: Feelong overwhelmed.
    Pema Pera: overwhelmed?
genesis Zhangsun: Hi Pema! Hi Eden!
Eden Haiku: Emotions, things to do, Trying to see it as a witnes, a Goddess, as Being...;-)
    Pema Pera: :)
    Eden Haiku: Hello Genesis,
Eden Haiku: Emotional triggers playing with me.., Feeling powerless.
    Pema Pera: good evening, Widget!
    Widget Whiteberry: good evening
    Eden Haiku: Hi Widget.
    genesis Zhangsun: Hi Widget!
    Widget Whiteberry: ☆smiles☆
genesis Zhangsun: do you want to say more Eden about the emotional triggers?
Eden Haiku: Thinking how mechanical I am when I react the same way I react to the same emotional trigger. How I forget being then...
    genesis Zhangsun: Hi Calvino!
    Pema Pera: Hi Calvino!
    Widget Whiteberry: welcome, Calvino
genesis Zhangsun: welcome to the club Eden :)
    Pema Pera: indeed!!
    Eden Haiku: :-)
genesis Zhangsun: I think everyone grapples with that well...all their lives probably
    Calvino Rabeni: good evening/day everyone!
genesis Zhangsun: it seems verys positive that you were able to recognize it though
genesis Zhangsun: the trickiest triggers are the ones we don't notice we are being triggered by
    Widget Whiteberry agrees
Eden Haiku: Yes, the fun parft is that we know for sure this is the best permanence we can count on ;-) everything being impermanent yet the «machine» runs wild foerver
genesis Zhangsun: could you say more about that?
Widget Whiteberry imagines machines running wild on a racetrack shaped like a mobius strip
    Eden Haiku: Hi Calvino
    Pema Pera: :)
genesis Zhangsun: nice image Widget I was getting something similar :)
    Pema Pera: belly-up machines . . . .
    Calvino Rabeni: Hi Eden :)
Eden Haiku: I like the Moebius strip image
Widget Whiteberry: Eden's metaphor linked in my mind to the notion that
Widget Whiteberry: in SL we can visualize any metaphor
Eden Haiku: Like a squirrel in a wheel
    Widget Whiteberry: like that, yes
Widget Whiteberry: getting nowhere, very fast
Eden Haiku: And the dream to break through the cage
Eden Haiku: Getting nowhere very fast: a good description of my day!
    Pema Pera: :-)
Widget Whiteberry: some of my weeks
genesis Zhangsun: where are we trying to go?
Eden Haiku: Though I had very good news, the trigger triggered the machine on fast-lane!
genesis Zhangsun: sometimes good news can do that
genesis Zhangsun: good or bad, both can throw us off balance
Eden Haiku: No, good news were not conncted to the trigger. Both things happen in the same moment, but independently.
Widget Whiteberry: sounds like a vulnerable moment
    genesis Zhangsun: /m nodes
    genesis Zhangsun: *nods
    --BELL--
Eden Haiku: Yes, well, here I am, happy to be here now.;-) feeling better.
Widget Whiteberry: in my most vulnerable moments, negative triggers have the tinge of betrayal.
    Eden Haiku: Betrayal?
Widget Whiteberry: and I think "how did I let that get by me"?
Widget Whiteberry: well yes, a negative trigger, launched by another
Eden Haiku: How can I let this happen to me...yes.
    Widget Whiteberry nods
genesis Zhangsun: interesting how quickly we can go from "something is happening" to "something negative is happening" to "I am to blame for this negativity"
genesis Zhangsun: like in a flash
Widget Whiteberry: or 'this negativity is about me*"
    genesis Zhangsun: yes
genesis Zhangsun: or "this negativity says something about who I am"
    Widget Whiteberry: yes
Eden Haiku: I can feel my thoughts going by me, through me and they are so dark, so terribly biaised, so sexist even, I'm almost afraid of them
Eden Haiku: I'm not always like that ;-)
Eden Haiku: I know this is not me Being. This is my ego giving darshan...
    genesis Zhangsun: darshan?
Widget Whiteberry: hmm, might also be you repeating messages you have heard, and absorbed
Eden Haiku: Like the Indian guru giving blessing to her devotees...(they call that darshan)
Pema Pera: (nice twist to darshan :-)
    genesis Zhangsun: :)
    Eden Haiku: Yeah, I'm twisting...
genesis Zhangsun: Stim has this great image of the ego as a sort of politician constantly pushing for your vote :)
genesis Zhangsun: and somehow we constantly get pushed/tricked into voting
    Eden Haiku: Good one!
genesis Zhangsun: voting for samsara as opposed to choosing nirvana
Eden Haiku: Yes, going for the wheel...Back to the squirrel ;-)
genesis Zhangsun: and its odd but that squirrel is so tempting, so cute :)
    Pema Pera: :)
    Pema Pera: and so active!
Eden Haiku: «reperating messages you have heard» is certainly an important part of the trigger.
    Eden Haiku: *repeating
Pema Pera: (beautiful typo: choice between repairing and repeating mistakes . . . )
Eden Haiku: I was trying to« repair» the wound by visualizing the end of my boundaries like a thin layer of pink color, healing and clear.
genesis Zhangsun: was this while this was happening?
Eden Haiku: No, after I start recovering.
    Eden Haiku: *started
genesis Zhangsun: and did it help?
    --BELL--
Eden Haiku: I found it was a good idea, but it did not work, no.
Eden Haiku: I'm witnessing the fact that I am taking a lot of space sharing this.
genesis Zhangsun: sometimes we need to share :)
genesis Zhangsun: and I think we can all relate :)
    genesis Zhangsun: on some level
    Pema Pera: Hi Arch!
    Calvino Rabeni: Greetings, AA
    genesis Zhangsun: Hi Arch!
Pema Pera: Yes, Eden, so much better to talk about our lives than about our ideas, thank you !!
Widget Whiteberry: you do us a service, eden
Eden Haiku: I'm trying to see poor Eden from the Goddess's compasionate point of view...
Eden Haiku: ASnd the arrival of Arch and Koya on her shoulder makes me smile...
    Archmage Atlantis: Greetings all
Eden Haiku: And the Dalmatian arms too..
Archmage Atlantis: Well, that is my snow pather part showing thro
Eden Haiku: And the next step I read on the wiki is to see as Being. I don't know how to do that now.
genesis Zhangsun: Pema would you like to say something about that?
Eden Haiku: A snow panther amongst us. Waht would she say about Being?
    genesis Zhangsun: Seeing as Being
Archmage Atlantis: I could not figure out how to disguise it without missing the meeting
Pema Pera: it is hard to describe, Gen and Eden
genesis Zhangsun: yes or snow panther :)
Pema Pera: the best way is to just do it, and then share what happens, and we can all recognize bits and pieces
Pema Pera: and give each other feedback
Eden Haiku: The snow pnather is very much welcomed Arch, don't worry ;-)
    Archmage Atlantis: ty, eden
Eden Haiku: Like , to see what i feel as Being is bringing it to this circle and see what happens? And then a snow panther appears and everything shifts?
    Pema Pera: hahaha
    Pema Pera: sure
    Eden Haiku: It did shift!
Eden Haiku: All these dark archeological prejudices gone!
Pema Pera: let yourself be seen, is one way to point to it, letting yourself be seen not by another object, but by "all that IS"
Eden Haiku: Yes, I see what you mean.
Pema Pera: it has a devotion side to it, it has a scientific lab side to it, it has a therapy like "letting go" side to it, and much more . . . .
Pema Pera: it is so rich, it trips and confuses the ego :-)
Pema Pera: that's the main part perhaps
Eden Haiku: An onigokko side to it...
    Pema Pera: hehehe
    Eden Haiku: onigokko
    Eden Haiku: stop
genesis Zhangsun: I see it as going beyond the projects of the ego to see what is really there beyond those projects
    Eden Haiku: AAAAhhhhh! Feels good!
Pema Pera: now that completes the shift started by Arch entering!
genesis Zhangsun: you love onigokko Eden don't you :)
Eden Haiku: Kind of addicted to it, I must admit!
Archmage Atlantis: To dance, is to be alive
    Pema Pera: onigo
    Calvino Rabeni: onigokko
    Pema Pera: onigok
    genesis Zhangsun: human as dancer
    Calvino Rabeni: stop
Pema Pera: you Dancing Being Dancing
Calvino Rabeni: thanks, that was good
Eden Haiku: Going beyond the projects of the ego, yes Genesis, nice way to see it!
Widget Whiteberry: hmm, projects or projections, genesis?
Pema Pera: Eden, Gen, and all: shall we do the "Being Seeing" part during the next 90-sec break?
    Eden Haiku: Yes.
    --BELL--
Archmage Atlantis: In moments when I am free I try to run But that brings no comfort Only to be that which I am So if I hear, feel, think It shalll be
genesis Zhangsun: or it already is
    Pema Pera: beautiful, Arch!
genesis Zhangsun: yes nice Arch :)
    Widget Whiteberry nods to Arch
genesis Zhangsun: was that written in the 90 seconds?
Widget Whiteberry: reminds me of 'where ever you go, there you are'
Eden Haiku: «whatb is really there beyond those projects»; theproject of the ego was to run its old program but then beyond it, reality poured through like sun in a room: words were being said, signs appeared on the screen ;-) and nods and avatar,s gestures and a snow panther showing up and onigokko and all this light dispelled the darkness
Archmage Atlantis: Yes, just now, in the meditation
    Widget Whiteberry: and yours, Eden?
Widget Whiteberry: what talent we have around the pool tonight!
    genesis Zhangsun: wow nice :)
    Pema Pera: indeed!!
Eden Haiku: I'm more likely to write a loooong novel now ;-)
    Pema Pera: :-)
Pema Pera: all through the night?
Eden Haiku: But you are right, I should me true to my name. I"ll haiku something...
    Eden Haiku: *be
Eden Haiku: Dark night of the soul
Eden Haiku: Do onigokko with friends
Eden Haiku: And thou shall be free
Pema Pera: clap clap clap !!
    Eden Haiku: Humbly bows...
    Archmage Atlantis: Tis a gift
    genesis Zhangsun: Hi Alice
    Pema Pera: Hi Alice!

Pema Pera: I don't have a note card at hand, but I can summarize the main idea
Pema Pera: We meet here four times a day
Pema Pera: and we talk about the nature of reality, what reality really is, but not on the level on ideas, more directly connected with our experience
