The Guardian for this meeting was Adams Rubble. The comments are by Adams Rubble.

Sharon and I were alone for most of the session. We had a visitor near the end who wished not to be recorded.

Adams Rubble: Good Morning Sharon :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Good morning Adams!
Adams Rubble: I hope you RLer is warm
SophiaSharon Larnia: :D my fingers are cold, I keep the heat down in my house
SophiaSharon Larnia: but warm for the most part thanks :)
    Adams Rubble: :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: hope yous is too
    SophiaSharon Larnia: yours*
Adams Rubble: My RLers got a new more efficient heating system so it is warmer than past winters
SophiaSharon Larnia: oh great, replaced, or something different?
Adams Rubble: the old 100 year gravity ehat furnace broke down last Spring and filled the house with C)2
    Adams Rubble: heat
SophiaSharon Larnia: oh yes (looks around her alost 100 yr old house) hehe
Adams Rubble: The fire department had to come and get everyone ut
    Adams Rubble: out
    SophiaSharon Larnia: oh no
    SophiaSharon Larnia: thats awful
Adams Rubble: thank goodness for Carbon Monoxide detectors
    SophiaSharon Larnia: yes
Adams Rubble: 100 years of dirt came out of the furnace (giggles)
SophiaSharon Larnia: ack! poor furnace guy hehehe
Adams Rubble: blew all over the house
Adams Rubble: the cleanup was ghastly
SophiaSharon Larnia: now that is awful too jeez
    SophiaSharon Larnia: omg
Adams Rubble: the ducts had been gravity heat and for the first time there was a blower
SophiaSharon Larnia: ohhhh i understand now
Adams Rubble: evrything was covered with black dirt
Adams Rubble: funny that I thought of that this morning
SophiaSharon Larnia: how distressing, for a long time too and expensive
Adams Rubble: the new furnace was expensive :)
Adams Rubble: but the heat is nice :)
Adams Rubble: are you going to New Orleans?
SophiaSharon Larnia: woulndnt want to say on the log that i live alone but, keep the heat down because there are so few of us here :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: hehe
Adams Rubble: we kept the heat low when there were lots of here (giggles)
SophiaSharon Larnia: no Im not and ive been feeling sad about it
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :) adams
SophiaSharon Larnia: feel left out, again. lol
    Adams Rubble: I understand
SophiaSharon Larnia: i started a new job a few months ago and didnt think asking for a week off during my interview was a good idea
Adams Rubble: maybe you can do the SL retreat
    Adams Rubble: hehe
SophiaSharon Larnia: i was going to :D
Adams Rubble: I know about asking for time off during an interview. I had to do that once
    Adams Rubble: Hello observrm
SophiaSharon Larnia: I was dying to know how the hotel situation turned out, texted Eliza hahahha
    SophiaSharon Larnia: hi Observerm :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: i think now i wouldve gotten it too
    observerm Resident: hello
SophiaSharon Larnia: 'now that ive been working there
    SophiaSharon Larnia: too late now
Adams Rubble: It is nice to know that you have a job that would give it though
SophiaSharon Larnia: i was thinking of flying there and jumping off the plan, like, surprise!
    SophiaSharon Larnia: giggles
    Adams Rubble: hehe
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes, to ask later was awkward
Adams Rubble: there will be many more retreats but I understand your feeling left out
SophiaSharon Larnia: :) I see youre not going either?
Adams Rubble: no, will not be there
Adams Rubble: but I have gotten over the feeling of feeling left out now
    --BELL--
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles
SophiaSharon Larnia: watching the fish swim in the fountain for the 90 seconds
    Adams Rubble: :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: and wondering if the fountain is getting rather littered hahah
    Adams Rubble: :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: it reminds me of walking into a room that someones using
SophiaSharon Larnia: rather than a blank space
SophiaSharon Larnia: like our minds are littered with 'stuff', signifying a space being used
Adams Rubble: my mind is very used then (giggles)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :D
Adams Rubble: So nice to learn to watch it sometimes
Adams Rubble: and realize it is not us
SophiaSharon Larnia: Ive been noticing my tendency to think of those things as debris
Adams Rubble: Caledonia used to say that
SophiaSharon Larnia: is in worthless, when thats not necessarily the case
    SophiaSharon Larnia: as in*
SophiaSharon Larnia: or to look down on it, like its debris
Adams Rubble: Pema pointed me to the Rumi poem Guest House
    SophiaSharon Larnia: oh?
Adams Rubble: it is nice to think of them as guests too
Adams Rubble: I posted a copy here: http://rubblebornthoughts.wordpress....i-guest-house/
SophiaSharon Larnia: unruly messy guest who dont know when to say bye layghs
    SophiaSharon Larnia: nice, thank you
Adams Rubble: hehe, like stinking fish
    SophiaSharon Larnia: eek
    SophiaSharon Larnia: lovely poem
Adams Rubble: yes, I often think of it when I am feeling overwhelmed by thoughts
SophiaSharon Larnia: Id like to know more about what he calls the True Human Beings
Adams Rubble: I never noticed that in there :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
Adams Rubble: I expect he is pointing to the essence of what we are
    SophiaSharon Larnia: yes
Adams Rubble: of course it is a traslation too
SophiaSharon Larnia: oh yes how easy i forget
SophiaSharon Larnia: at one time i wanted to learn hebrew and other languages for that reason
Adams Rubble: the idea of all those worrying thoughts that seem to overwhelm us sometimes are just aprt of being human
Adams Rubble: we can just watch them and let them go. Unlike those guests you mention, they go if we do not keep them :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: its a poem of appreciation, really
Adams Rubble: we can just wave bye to them :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: hehe
    Adams Rubble: open the window
Adams Rubble: (as long as it is not 9 degrees ourtside)
SophiaSharon Larnia: but i read things weird ways because of where i am, i read it at first that if i cant wave bye to them, then i am not a true human being
    --BELL--
    SophiaSharon Larnia: lol Adams
Adams Rubble: [apologizes to the people living in truly cold areas where 9 degress is a heat wave]
    SophiaSharon Larnia: giggles
SophiaSharon Larnia: wow now thats an exercise for the imagination, 9 degrees as a heat wave hahah and worth to keep in mind too
    Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble: we all are true human beings :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
Adams Rubble: no one gets kicked out of the human race
    SophiaSharon Larnia: laughs!
Adams Rubble: unless maybe we become a werewolf or a zombie
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: i know some people that seem like zombies, but not in the hollywood way
SophiaSharon Larnia: they like books and good conversation, but dont think very deeply
SophiaSharon Larnia: that sounds judgemental, i dont mean it to sound that way
SophiaSharon Larnia: but have to guard my words or ill say something that sounds off the wall
    SophiaSharon Larnia: to them
Adams Rubble: judgmental is just one of the guests :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: or so comsumed by worry about fulfilling their present needs with things such as financial or health worries that anything else is foreign
Adams Rubble: we often forget we are connected
    SophiaSharon Larnia: (awkward sentence sorry)
SophiaSharon Larnia: some dont think of these things at all
SophiaSharon Larnia: and its hard for me to move in a world like that
SophiaSharon Larnia: i have compassion for that though :)
    Adams Rubble: :)

    --BELL--
Adams Rubble: I had always thought life was much simpler in the past not complicated like today but Rumi made me realize that they fel THEN was complicated
    Adams Rubble: felt
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :) yes
Adams Rubble: we can make today simpler

Adams Rubble: just wave "bye" to all the guests

SophiaSharon Larnia: i would be lonely without guests
Adams Rubble: they are a gift that keeps coming Sharon :)
    Adams Rubble: always new ones
SophiaSharon Larnia: speaking in a literal fashion, oh yes Adams, right :D
Adams Rubble: it is easy to come up with a new worry
Adams Rubble: hmmm...or maybe the new worry just comes on its own

SophiaSharon Larnia: or what was perceived as a worry becomes an a situation to deal with as a part of embodiment, and dealt with whatever way it can be and then let go

SophiaSharon Larnia: the door opens.... That undressing, and the beautiful naked body underneath,is the sweetness that comes after grief.
    SophiaSharon Larnia: bittersweet that
    Adams Rubble: yes

SophiaSharon Larnia: walter wink wrote a book called The Human Being: Jesus and the Enigma of the Son of the Man that I read years ago, I seem to zero in on anything that says True human being
Adams Rubble: I do not know that book
SophiaSharon Larnia: i have it here somewhere :)
    Adams Rubble: :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: rather progressive writer

    --BELL--

SophiaSharon Larnia: Ive read a lot of books that would be considered progressive christian

Adams Rubble: what do mean by progressive Christian Sharon?
SophiaSharon Larnia: well, may be easier to give you a link
    SophiaSharon Larnia: https://www396.ssldomain.com/tcpc/template/index.cfm
    SophiaSharon Larnia: umm hold on
    SophiaSharon Larnia: oh thats right
SophiaSharon Larnia: as a general definition
Adams Rubble: Thanks I will look at it more closely later
    SophiaSharon Larnia: haha
SophiaSharon Larnia: going to the guardian meeting now :)
Adams Rubble: I get the definition though
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
Adams Rubble: bye for now :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: see you in minute maybe lol
    SophiaSharon Larnia: b4n
Adams Rubble: thanks for the talk :)
