Wol Euler was guardian for this session.

    Wol Euler: hello sam
    oO0Oo Resident: hello Wol :)
Wol Euler: how does the weekend look so far?
    Wol Euler: hello bert
Bertram Jacobus: hey , good morning dear freinds ! :-)
oO0Oo Resident: hey! good morning dear friends!
    Wol Euler smiles.
oO0Oo Resident: weekend looks like a new beginning Wol
    Bertram Jacobus: hehe - sam ? ;-)
Wol Euler: that sounds about right, Sam
Bertram Jacobus: my weekend ... interesting again ... may be i'll buy a suit for a new job *grin*
Wol Euler: mine feels more like an ending, I have a sleep deficit to make good on
    Wol Euler: ah! interesting.
    Yakuzza Lethecus: good morning
Wol Euler: hello formal and elegant yaku :)
Wol Euler: I like the new appearance
Bertram Jacobus: hey yaku ! good morning ! :-)
    oO0Oo Resident: hey yaku!
    Yakuzza Lethecus: ah, thx :)
    Wol Euler: awww :(
Yakuzza Lethecus: but i don't wear it right now
oO0Oo Resident: new job Bert ~ congradulations?!
    Wol Euler: ty :)
    Wol Euler: yes, well done!
Bertram Jacobus: noo sam - not yet - just a try ...
Wol Euler: ah. good luck, then.
oO0Oo Resident: May they pick the best Bertram that applies then
Bertram Jacobus: actually, i don't like working for money ... ;-)
    Wol Euler: !
Wol Euler: if there were a nicer way to acquire money, I'd agree with you
Bertram Jacobus: i like more work for spiritual life ...
Wol Euler: oh, I see :) I misunderstood where you were heading.
Bertram Jacobus: ah - no. i don't think, that you misunderstood me wol ! ...
    --BELL--
Bertram Jacobus: but may be, some work can be interesting. but, on the other hand, i find it fascinating and a nice so to call "example", that from the buddha is said, that he, as an enlightened being, didn't accept any profane orders anymore ! ...
Bertram Jacobus: oops - sry pls
oO0Oo Resident: I enjoy your enthusiasm for spiritual things Bertram
    Wol Euler nods.
Bertram Jacobus: ty. i'm glad, that at least i "have" that *smile* - may be that simply my life led me to that. and yes : it's the essence in my life ...
Yakuzza Lethecus: well, there is pressue in germany to get back into work, but at least the existence is secured
Yakuzza Lethecus: we are still at a good level when it comes to that on from an international perspective
Wol Euler muses. How could you work for spiritual things? Rahter than just a job for money
Wol Euler: it would be nice to combine the two
Bertram Jacobus: i know some people who try to do so
Bertram Jacobus: and there are different options i guess
    Wol Euler smiles and nods.
Yakuzza Lethecus: you can't join bolo right ? :)
Bertram Jacobus: as yaku said, in germany we get at least the needs paid to live. that's fine and it's for lifetile. that's even nicer
Bertram Jacobus: and others work in simple jobs often, to get the money for their spiritual work
Bertram Jacobus: and others get support from their students
Bertram Jacobus: and there are mixed forms of those variations and / or so to say aspects
oO0Oo Resident: Yaku appears as classical pianist to 0
    Wol Euler: :)
    Wol Euler: a silent pianist
Yakuzza Lethecus: what i am often scared about is that the pressure forces to take, any job but it really depends on the perspective in a new job if it's percieved as an healty job or not and how the coworkers are
oO0Oo Resident: actually I hear music! lol
    Wol Euler: :)
Bertram Jacobus: join bolo ? what did you mean by that yaku pls ?
Yakuzza Lethecus: hehe, talking about making a living on contemplation
Wol Euler: how does he do that?
Wol Euler: is he in a community?
    Bertram Jacobus: no
Bertram Jacobus: but he works as "heilpraktiker" - that is a kind of alternative doctor - sry - don't know the word in english for it and as yoga teacher ...
Wol Euler: hmmm, I didn't know that. Interesting.
    oO0Oo Resident breathes out
Wol Euler: the English word is apparently "heilpraktiker" :) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heilpraktiker
Wol Euler: the job doesn't exist outside of DE and AT
    Wol Euler: (germany and austria)
Yakuzza Lethecus: well they translate it with "natural health professional"
Wol Euler: that probably is different from "holistic medicine"?
oO0Oo Resident: It sounds like a good thing
    --BELL--
    Wol Euler nods.
oO0Oo Resident: I like the idea to bring ones spiritual values to whatever job is at hand. At the same time, one can gently create causes and conditions for what could be called "right livlyhood" in Buddhist parlance.
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: perhaps any job is spiritual if one does it in the right state of mind.
Wol Euler: if washing dishes can be meditation when you do it at home mindfully, perhaps it could be meditative when you do it for money in a restaurant kitchen
    oO0Oo Resident: agreed
Bertram Jacobus: hm. i found it difficult as i met some times ago a really kind man who worked for experimets on animals ! ... that was and is heavy to me ...
Wol Euler: well ... perhaps not *every* job :)
Bertram Jacobus: and i think, the right livelyhood was teached because there are also some things which would better be avoided ...
oO0Oo Resident: If one could work alongside such a man/woman, one could work with them in a most meaningful way, I think.
oO0Oo Resident: Take some of the karma
oO0Oo Resident: and show some sanity
    Wol Euler nods.
oO0Oo Resident: it could be the best job
Bertram Jacobus: this man is one of the nicest persons i met since a long time (!) ...
Bertram Jacobus: friendly and supporting his wife who does a lot of buddha dharma and such ...
oO0Oo Resident: Wisdom and skillful means
oO0Oo Resident: and never give up on anybody
    Wol Euler: absolutely
Bertram Jacobus: that's the bodhisattva vow : exclude not ONE single being ...
Wol Euler: including perhaps oneself :)
    Bertram Jacobus: not perhaps ;-)
    oO0Oo Resident: :)
Wol Euler: forgive oneself for having to do an "impure" job
oO0Oo Resident: I hear weatherperson is a good path
Bertram Jacobus: i think, it's a matter of seeing so to say, of awakening ...
Wol Euler: weatherperson :) that could be nice, yes.
    --BELL--
oO0Oo Resident: Is there an occasion for your new appearance Yaku?
Bertram Jacobus: hey friends, i'll do some fl stuff .. so bye and have a nice day. thx for your company and may all beings be happy pls ! ...
    Yakuzza Lethecus: take care bertram
Wol Euler: bye bert, enjoy your saturady
Yakuzza Lethecus: you'll find something good!
Wol Euler: and good luck wht the job
    oO0Oo Resident: bye bert...tyvm
    Yakuzza Lethecus: namaste
    oO0Oo Resident: gut gluck!
    oO0Oo Resident: mit arbeiten
Bertram Jacobus: ty all again and yes : namasté (which means, i greet your inner light, if i'm informed correctly - what i hope, for sure) ... :-)
    Bertram Jacobus: danke :-)
oO0Oo Resident feels pure heart of Bertram
Wol Euler: oh yes, definitely :)
Wol Euler: I hope he can either find a "spiritual" job, or accept doing non-spiritual work to support his spiritual life.
oO0Oo Resident: i feel whomever he is near will benefit in ways known and unknown
Wol Euler: ... which I think he does not see, or doesn't properly value.
oO0Oo Resident: do any of us?
    Wol Euler laughs.
    Wol Euler: fair enough.
oO0Oo Resident: I love that phrase "fair enough"
    Wol Euler smiles.
    oO0Oo Resident: it suggests forgiveness
Wol Euler: also acceptance, which is perhaps nearly the same thing
    oO0Oo Resident nods
    oO0Oo Resident: Hi observerM
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hello observerm
    --BELL--
Wol Euler: he never sits, and never speaks :)
Wol Euler: really just an observer
Yakuzza Lethecus: well he spoke once in a while
Yakuzza Lethecus: not too much tho
Wol Euler: I've started not greeting people unless/until they come into the circle, or they speak to us. Because so many people who land out there just walk away after a while
    oO0Oo Resident: fair enough!
    Wol Euler chuckles.
oO0Oo Resident: I IMed him once, and he said a few things to me, and I joked that his words were so valuable because he spoke so rarely, and he laughed
    Wol Euler: ah :)
oO0Oo Resident: My feeling is, he or she is doing a study, and cannot say too much
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: that is my impression too
Wol Euler: sociologists have all kinds of rules about dis-engagement and critical distance
oO0Oo Resident: it creates a very interesting energy over time though, don't you think?
oO0Oo Resident: To feel the social expectation nuances, and my projections, on someone like ObserverM
Wol Euler: it can be disturbing too. I suppose it depends on your understanding of their motives
    Wol Euler: exactly
Wol Euler: the energy around them, in large measure your own energy you project at them
    oO0Oo Resident: agreed
Wol Euler: silence can be comforting or companionable or frightening, it's up to you :)
    oO0Oo Resident: like the weather
    Wol Euler smiles.
Wol Euler: so a weatherperson might be somebody who tells us how to properly interpret the silence of a bystander
Yakuzza Lethecus: as long as the ppl are opening up as soon as you talk to em it's usually fine, i never shared to much around here before i even became a guardian, but i was always open with my idenity when ppl asked and i guess that created trust
oO0Oo Resident: or the watcher of our own mind states
    Wol Euler nods.
Yakuzza Lethecus: i was invited to be a guardian even know knowingly anything about contemplation and for example wol suggested me some mindfullness cd's by the time :)
    Yakuzza Lethecus: "not knowingly"
oO0Oo Resident: there is an edge of unpredictability in most everything
    Wol Euler: :)
Wol Euler: the time was right, the Moment spoke :)
    --BELL--
Wol Euler: when I took on guardianship I felt unqualified and very inadequately informed
Wol Euler: felt that I wasn't ready
Wol Euler: but I grew into the role
Wol Euler: insofar as I fill it
Wol Euler: pema and adams were quite determined that I should join, because they saw there a great chance for me to grow
Wol Euler: and they were right.
Wol Euler smiles at Yaku. Perhaps it was the same for you.
Yakuzza Lethecus: /for me it's a place for being, not knowing, i am scared of ppl whom judging me on the basis of what i all don't know, do you have to know mathematics when you study hard and freak out about it and don't recall ? if you understand something right away you can still tell you've been studying hard but you can't verify that you studied if you fail and nobody's seen you, i liked to BE here because nobody was ever judging on the basis of what "i know"
Yakuzza Lethecus: my general approach to secondlife consists in "exposure" and having the feeling of "being studied" rather then to study
Yakuzza Lethecus: exposure creates a flow of being surrounded by new idea's every day, but can be hard as soon that i don't have trusted persons to reflect about perceptions
    Wol Euler: you have us.
oO0Oo Resident: people want to be loved and accepted unconditionally, for whover they are, and I know I want that, and I would like to regard others that way
Wol Euler: somebody who would judge you as a social being by how much you know about mathematics, cannot be comfortable or happy or confident in themselves.
oO0Oo Resident: yes, it is a narrow way of seeing
Wol Euler: I don't imagine that Albert Einstein spent much time at dinner parties wondering how much people knew about relativity
Wol Euler: he didn't have to.
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey boxy
    Alfred Kelberry: hey you :)
    Wol Euler: boxy!
    oO0Oo Resident: hey boxy! :)
Alfred Kelberry: woly sexy girl :)
    oO0Oo Resident: lol
    Wol Euler: :)
    oO0Oo Resident: true
Wol Euler: flattery will get you everywhere.
    Alfred Kelberry: :P
    Alfred Kelberry: sam agreed :)
    Wol Euler chuckles.
oO0Oo Resident: sam will find everybody sexy at some point
Alfred Kelberry: um, sam are you a guardian?
Wol Euler: it's a wonderful ability
oO0Oo Resident: no boxy, not a guardian
    Alfred Kelberry: ok
Alfred Kelberry: i missed the 1 am guardian session
Yakuzza Lethecus: well, you didnt :)
    --BELL--
Wol Euler: only the beginning of it
Alfred Kelberry: yaku looks fancy :)
    Alfred Kelberry: yaku bond :)
Wol Euler: I love the quality of light in SL at this time of day
    Wol Euler: just after sunset
    Alfred Kelberry: *looks around*
    Alfred Kelberry: stars popping up
oO0Oo Resident: Yaku... Yaku Bond :)
    Alfred Kelberry: :)
    Wol Euler: shaken not stirred.
Yakuzza Lethecus: i need a vodka martini :)
    oO0Oo Resident: lol
    Yakuzza Lethecus: yeah :)
Alfred Kelberry: i didn't get to the place where the last bond's movie was filmed :/
Alfred Kelberry: although, i was close
    Wol Euler: huh
oO0Oo Resident: the box office boxy?
Wol Euler: do you visit them all?
Alfred Kelberry: um, i actually forgot the name... in the alps
oO0Oo Resident: just as well you've worn a scarf
Alfred Kelberry: heh, no woly :)
Wol Euler: well, htere are people who do that :)
Alfred Kelberry: i found out about it from a group of geologists who were going there :)
Alfred Kelberry: but i was heading the other direction
oO0Oo Resident: they were rocking, you were rolling?
    Wol Euler: :)
    Alfred Kelberry: cardboard rolling :)
oO0Oo Resident: in that special corrugated way
    Wol Euler: :))))
oO0Oo Resident: generous of you Wol
    Wol Euler: it amused me
    Alfred Kelberry: wait, what?
Alfred Kelberry: did i miss something?
Wol Euler: scroll up a minute or two :)
    Alfred Kelberry: :/
    Alfred Kelberry: who's playing chess?
Wol Euler: [02:35] boxy (alfred.kelberry): cardboard rolling :) [02:36] Samud (oo0oo): in that special corrugated way
oO0Oo Resident: that's just me trying to be funny in long reaching ways boxy
    Alfred Kelberry: :/
Wol Euler strokes your arm. It was just a joke, and meant kindly.
oO0Oo Resident: I could refer to myself more often, it's true
    Alfred Kelberry: ok :)
    oO0Oo Resident: bald jokes anyone
    oO0Oo Resident: ?
Wol Euler: not in the present company :)
Wol Euler: I'm in a minority here
Wol Euler: you could all make hairy jokes
Alfred Kelberry: i don't know any jokes
Yakuzza Lethecus: well, you have enough hair for all of us
    Wol Euler: :)
oO0Oo Resident: but you kidneys might be cold?
Wol Euler: this isn't even my hairiest-est
Wol Euler: yeah, this is not for winter.
Yakuzza Lethecus: hehe, i wonder why we can't go anticyclic with the circle
Alfred Kelberry: are you bald in rl, yaku?
Yakuzza Lethecus: only since most of the pabers are from the northern hemisphere we have an icering
    Yakuzza Lethecus: on the well
Yakuzza Lethecus: well, i try to prevent that right now boxy
Yakuzza Lethecus: at least i don't try to eat "at the computer" and try to go to the kitchen for every "single piece of sweets"
Yakuzza Lethecus: instead of bringing the package
Alfred Kelberry: yes, whoever invents a hair loss pill, we'll be a billionaire
    --BELL--
Alfred Kelberry: wait, how does eating at the computer relate to hair loss?
    Alfred Kelberry: :/
oO0Oo Resident pun! pun! there is a pun!
    Yakuzza Lethecus: lol
Yakuzza Lethecus: i thought of "dick"
    Alfred Kelberry: :/
Yakuzza Lethecus: bald as being fat
Yakuzza Lethecus: i had that word wrong
Wol Euler: ooh, sam has hair
    Wol Euler: nice :)
oO0Oo Resident: eating at the computer can get a little hairy for if the crumbs spill into the keyboard
Yakuzza Lethecus: no i have hear in rl :)
Alfred Kelberry: um, woly... you're grey to me :(
Wol Euler: now you tell me?
    Alfred Kelberry: wee!
    Alfred Kelberry: :)
Alfred Kelberry: um, what's in your little purse?
Wol Euler: no idea :) I guess they are suggesting weapons of some kind
Alfred Kelberry: oh, femme fatale :)
    Wol Euler: :)
oO0Oo Resident: mein kopf ist dick mit apfulmuss und shlagsahne
    Wol Euler: heheheheheh
    Wol Euler: du glückliche!
    Alfred Kelberry: apfelmuss?
oO0Oo Resident: und kartoffelpuffe gefault mir sehr gut
    Yakuzza Lethecus: apple uree
    Alfred Kelberry: mashed potato?
    Wol Euler: yep
    Yakuzza Lethecus: apple puree
    Alfred Kelberry: neat
    Alfred Kelberry: i like it
Alfred Kelberry: sam, you typed apful
oO0Oo Resident: und irgenwelche gemuse auch
Wol Euler: es ist wirklich erstaunlich wieviele menschen mindestens ein bisschen Deutsch sprechen können!
Yakuzza Lethecus: yeah, apple puree is usually served with potato pancake's
oO0Oo Resident: Ya! Yaku! und pfeffer und salz und sugar
    oO0Oo Resident: mmmmmm!
Alfred Kelberry: pepper on apple puree?
Alfred Kelberry: i'll go with cinnamon
    oO0Oo Resident: naturlich
Wol Euler: try it before you reject it :)
    oO0Oo Resident: alles ist gut!
Alfred Kelberry: english is so much easier than german
    Wol Euler: :)
Yakuzza Lethecus: well, it's a bit simpler yes but it's also what we are constantly surrounded by so it's generally easier to aquire
Alfred Kelberry: still german is easier than japanese :)
Wol Euler: probably, at least the characters are recognizable
    Alfred Kelberry: :)
Wol Euler: well it makes a great difference!
    oO0Oo Resident: Kadawa hotondo byokides
Wol Euler: much easier to learn a language if you have a chance of spelling out words phonetically
oO0Oo Resident: oh that was shooting from the hip
Alfred Kelberry: woly has nice hips
    Wol Euler grins
    --BELL--
    Wol Euler: schmeichler :)
    Alfred Kelberry: wait, what?
Alfred Kelberry: "Er war der perfekte Schmeichler und die Frauen lagen ihm zu Füßen."
    Wol Euler: exactly.
    Alfred Kelberry: :)
    oO0Oo Resident: :) Wunderbar
Alfred Kelberry: i found out the other day that arabic has a separate form for 2 objects apart from singular and plural
    Alfred Kelberry: peculiar
Wol Euler: what, "one, two, many"?
    Alfred Kelberry: yes
    Wol Euler: fascinating.
Wol Euler: I wonder what was so special about "two-ness" that it needed to be specially expressed?
oO0Oo Resident: that is a difficult language to learn
    oO0Oo Resident: for me
Wol Euler: ooh, did you try? I'm impressed
    oO0Oo Resident: not hard enough
oO0Oo Resident: the calligraphies are so beautiful
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: my dears, I must leave you for the delights of Saturday shopping.
oO0Oo Resident: Shade, muss ich gehen
Wol Euler: it was a great session, thank you all very much.
Alfred Kelberry: yay! new dresses and shoes! :)
Yakuzza Lethecus: ok, take care everyone
    oO0Oo Resident: ja Danke sehr
    Wol Euler: of course, boxy.
    Yakuzza Lethecus: bis bald
    oO0Oo Resident: 0 fugit!
    Wol Euler: o mores
    Alfred Kelberry: auf
    Wol Euler: wiedersehen
    Alfred Kelberry: :)
