Pia Iger was the guardian and she gave the comments.

Only Gaya was at Pavilion when I arrived.

    Gaya Ethaniel: oh hi Pia
Pia Iger: Hi, Gaya, isn't it late for you now?
Gaya Ethaniel: yes <sigh> my mind is very noisy - realise what i need to do to quieten down but then also remembered PaB and i'm here now for a little while
Pia Iger: ok. do you want to talk a bit of what you have in your mind?
    Pia Iger: very quiet tonight
Gaya Ethaniel: sorry just changing camera angle sure i'd like to as you want to hear it
Gaya Ethaniel: is it normally busier than this?
Pia Iger: yes. this time usually is busiest.
Gaya Ethaniel: hm... any thoughts on why that would be?
Pia Iger: no idea, maybe ppl get ready for Monday, rest earlier.
Gaya Ethaniel: yes hard to say really
    Gaya Ethaniel: so my mind...
Gaya Ethaniel: since i've started to come to PaB (then anytime i've spent in SL in general), i see more thoughts appearing in my mind
Pia Iger: have you taken notes?
    Gaya Ethaniel: notes?
Pia Iger: every time doing 9 sec stopping, we are encouraged to take a note of what comes to our mind.
Gaya Ethaniel: yes i do when i remember to do so
Pia Iger: great! this is supposed to be very important part of our practice.
Pia Iger: so you are clearer what are the thoughts appearing in your mind.
Gaya Ethaniel: do you take notes?
Pia Iger: I do. not as often as I want to. but I like what I wrote so far.
Gaya Ethaniel: have you found it 'important'? i guess you mean useful here?
Pia Iger: Mmm sort of. Not sure if they are the same.
Gaya Ethaniel: ok to answer your question on thoughts being clearer
Gaya Ethaniel: my thoughts are clearer because of many different reasons, notes could be one factor - hard to say as i haven't reflected on this for enough time yet
Pia Iger: to me, I notice every day, so many thoughts running through my mind, like wild butterfly
Pia Iger: by taking notes, I sort of catch them and can observe them closely
Pia Iger: either as Fael words, "reveal our hidden assumptions"
Pia Iger: or catching the fleeting realization.
Gaya Ethaniel: how do 'hidden assumptioins' relate to the 'butterflies'?
Pia Iger: butterfly was  a metaphor.
Pia Iger: means the thoughts flying around in my mind
Gaya Ethaniel: yes thoughts... but i'm not sure whether i would equate thoughts to assumptions
Gaya Ethaniel: or fleeing realisation for that matter
    Pia Iger: not equating.
    Pia Iger: just examples.
Gaya Ethaniel: who do they stand in relation to each other for you?
Pia Iger: thoughts are what appears in our mind.
Pia Iger: many of our thoughts, maybe most, have some assumptions inside.
Pia Iger: do you want to give one of your thoughts, so we can discuss in details?
    Pia Iger: Hi, Neela
    Gaya Ethaniel: hi Neela
Neela Blaisdale: Hello Pia and Gaya
Neela Blaisdale: Sorry to be late
    Gaya Ethaniel: np at all
Pia Iger: np. sit with us.
Pia Iger: Neela, we were talking about, by taking note, we can notice the assumption we made in many of our thoughts.
Gaya Ethaniel: and i was going to give one of my thoughts as an example in relation to the statement Pia just typed
Neela Blaisdale: I'll be interested to hear
Gaya Ethaniel: hang on i need to re-read the conversation just before you joined Neela, pls excuse
Gaya Ethaniel: Pia i think you've moved slightly off from where we were
Pia Iger: so where do you want to focus on?
Gaya Ethaniel: we were discussing how thoughts, assumptions and realisations stand in relation to each other and decided to use one of my thoughts for this process
Gaya Ethaniel: not really about notes helping us noticing our thoughts more
Gaya Ethaniel: i'm happy to discuss either - any suggestions?
Pia Iger: I thought we were talking about the benefits of taking notes, which included noticing our assumptions in our thoughts.
Gaya Ethaniel: yes that was the spark - starting point
Pia Iger: anyway, we can start from one of your note.
Gaya Ethaniel: sorry Pia you want my thoughts or note? tonight's thoughts are not on note yet (not sure whether i'd put it in...) but since you asked for a note
Gaya Ethaniel: I was able to watch 'victim' and 'judge' talking within my mind a few days ago
    Pia Iger: ah ha.
Gaya Ethaniel: got there eventually :)
Pia Iger: you are both victim and judge?
Gaya Ethaniel: really my pleasure, thanks to you both for taking time to talk to me
    Neela Blaisdale: anytime
Gaya Ethaniel: no i didn't identify with anyone there... though my emotions did lean onto victim at some point of this event however not fixed throughout
Pia Iger: what kind of victim?
Gaya Ethaniel: what kind? could you be more specific?
Pia Iger: what wrong was done to victim?
Gaya Ethaniel: hmmm hard to say
Gaya Ethaniel: i'm not sure to be honest - i didn't see any harm being done on the victim while i was there
    Gaya Ethaniel: just crying really
Pia Iger: what was hurtful? you don't know.
    Gaya Ethaniel: not sure
Pia Iger: so how can judge work on this case?
Pia Iger: not knowing what is the wrong-do?
Gaya Ethaniel: judge seemed to be just there - recognisable by how it looks with all the trimmings - maybe appearing to be saying something sometime but nothing was heard
Gaya Ethaniel: just both victim and judge appeared - does this make sense?
Pia Iger: so how do you feel when you watch 'victim' and 'judge' talking

Gaya Ethaniel: suddenly realised RL person crying when victim was recognised but then judge came into focus also then RL person started to stop crying

    ....

It was like a riddle. Neela only listened for a short time, then left. I eventually understood what Gaya were talking about. But in respect of her request, I can not post the balance of our conversation. So you have here, just the beginning...
