stevenaia Michinaga: after a few discussions recently I was thinking about "letting go" seem I have observed much stress around me , the holidays, people running from place to place getting irritable, not celebrting Christmas myself, it makes this more obvious to me

stevenaia Michinaga: seems it does lower blood pressure

stevenaia Michinaga: the pressures put upon you that get internalized and , well, for one thing, raise your blood pressure and other than that doesn't get a heck of a lot done

Alexander Lavendel: Well surly if you don't let go of the thing which is stressing, you don't get rid of the stress then?

stevenaia Michinaga: some people seem to be able to do it easier then others

stevenaia Michinaga: well we all breath, hardly a topic of dicussion, but stress is something some have more of than others

stevenaia Michinaga: dfferent things have diferent affects on people, for some it's the holidays, for others it's other people,

stevenaia Michinaga: some affects are stressfiul, some are joyful, we usually don't let go of joy so easily either, but that seems to reduce stress

Squee: I can not tell you who God is, or what God is. But I am not concerned about that because neither can any one else.  All I can really tell you is how I've experienced God.
