Two days ago, a couple of guys from down the road asked if they could dismantle my former home in order to recycle the materials. Since it was collapsing into oblivion anyway, I said, "SURE!" - and for the past two days there's been a lot of background noise and traffic in and out of the driveway. Bear Dog LOVES all the action and attention.
I haven't felt any really strong emotions for quite a while. Moods up and down a bit - but is equanimity absence of any feeling? Don't think so. But maybe dramatic emotions need to whipped up by the mind?
Still canceling RL engagements while we are sick. And staying indoors, so missing the fresh air of walks.
Did rather a lot of meditation today! Wol reported a problem with the voice in the Lokeshvara temple. Part of fixing was testing, and the only way to test it was to sit there and do it the meditation - over and over again!
(The voice works better now. It's still not perfect, but no synchronizing of sound in SL is 100% reliable for every viewer. The fix is an awful kludge, but all more rational and tidy ways - including one suggested by Wol - were even less reliable.) edited 22:47, 20 Apr 2012
