Nice link Storm and I like the idea of 'dopiaza' exercise :) Funny how we accept so much second hand knowledge from people we give authority to, and then get confused because they say different things, rather than check it out for ourselves.

Some feeling of being rearranged in some way... and of watching that rearrangement with bemusement and curiosity. Tonight I remember a wonderful Trungpa quote that "the masks give themselves up," and think of Jill Bolte Taylor watching herself having a stroke and sort of logging that with interest... getting a peek under the hood, so to speak. edited 01:23, 22 Jun 2012
