At the library, with internet still out at home (seems a major cable was cut, hm). Reading my post from yesterday I can see how it could be seen otherwise but my intention is to see my own way of things... of projecting needs 'out there', that are really quite deeply personal. So far it seems a worthy exercise, this stepping back for a few days, to see that, as well as my own rhythms. One doesn't realize just how often they "check one thing" online, until that option isn't there. :)
My direct experience today is of a runny nose, watery eyes, a headachy feeling and a feeling of tiredness.I'm thinking it might be hayfever instead of a cold, the symptoms are very similar, but I haven't had any hayfever for maybe five or six years. I have been sitting outside in the sun the last few days though, and there is a lot of grass pollen around at this time of year. I'll get some antihistamine tablets tomorrow and see if that helps. I did some painting in the afternoon and that served as a distraction for a while. Not exactly transcending but not making it worse I think...
Bought a bunch of spices from Denver's only Indian grocery. Which was moving. No till working yet in the new location, nor in the old one. Got the spices on trust that I'll pay next time. :))
Helping with new exhibits in the Art Dome. Installed one myself... teaser pic above!
