Riddle was the guardian this morning.  The comments are Riddle's and should not distract you from what really is being said in the shat :)

Should tag this about Assumptions, Points of View, Money, Cats and Dogs

This was a marithon session.  I was in SL about 3 hours.  New people showed up just as I was leaving so I stayed.  I must try not to do this again.

    Riddle Sideways: good morning avastu
    Avastu Maruti: hello my friend
Riddle Sideways: please excuse me for a few secs, must repair what my kitties did
Riddle Sideways: one of them stepped on the on/off switch of a power strip for my computers
We jump right into the deep end.
Riddle Sideways: I saw you sunday, but did not have the chance to get to know you
Avastu Maruti: what do you want to know?
Riddle Sideways: ha, in this group that is a loaded question
Riddle Sideways: we discuss ways of knowing
Riddle Sideways: and what we are, not what we have or have done
Riddle Sideways: I would have difficulty telling you in words who I am
Avastu Maruti: you ARE what is knowing
Riddle Sideways: and so ARE you
    Avastu Maruti: of course
In totally agreeing with each other there is nothing more to discuss.  I must start again to go further.
Riddle Sideways: given that.. it is where the process of what WE do with it starts
    Avastu Maruti: who can do?
Avastu Maruti: can the knowing DO anything, or only watch?
Riddle Sideways: of this I am unsure
Avastu Maruti: In WHAT is uncertainty arising?
Riddle Sideways: besides DO might not be the correct word
Riddle Sideways: the knowing might not do/go/be anything
Riddle Sideways: yet cause all to be done/gone/be
Avastu Maruti: cause and effect is only a way of thinking
Avastu Maruti: it requires a subject/object relationship
Avastu Maruti: this is only ever conceptual
    Riddle Sideways: ah thank you
Avastu Maruti: pure seeing, pure knowing is non-conceptual
Riddle Sideways: that is more exactly what I meant
Riddle Sideways: and your having said that
Riddle Sideways: leaves us nothing to chat about
    Avastu Maruti: of course
This first hour would have been so easy to just go silent and listen to the wind chimes.
Riddle Sideways: for the sake of conversation
Riddle Sideways: I would that we go one step
Riddle Sideways: and think / conceptualize / test / watch / etc our reactions to the knowing
Avastu Maruti: all appears IN impersonal knowing
Avastu Maruti: even the thought "what am I?" appears like a cloud in the ever-present presence of knowing
Riddle Sideways: do we not find value in further defining the clouds within
Avastu Maruti: definitions are only ever mental activity - this is mistaken to be what we are
Avastu Maruti: these temporary appearances never touch the unchanging ocean of awareness
    Avastu Maruti: THAT - IS
Avastu Maruti: we must use words to define - what you ARE needs no word or concept
Avastu Maruti: it's only ever THIS HERE NOW
    Avastu Maruti: whatever THIS is
Riddle Sideways: on these basics we agree
    Riddle Sideways: now for fun
Riddle Sideways: we play with picking any subject or object or verb
Riddle Sideways: and watch the relationship
Riddle Sideways: and watch the formed clouds
Riddle Sideways: then try another set
Avastu Maruti: isn't that happening already?
    Avastu Maruti: even now?
Riddle Sideways: of course, and it is fun
There is something that I 'feel' not quite correct about this next sentence, but never get to discussing it.
Avastu Maruti: if we make a "practice" out of it, then it is assumed to lead to a "goal"
Avastu Maruti: this play of words is already happening, already clouds floating through awareness
Avastu Maruti: whether we are chatting, eating, using the toilet, we are already "playing as being"
Avastu Maruti: this "playing" is inescapable
Riddle Sideways: so you play and I play and then
Riddle Sideways: we get together here
Riddle Sideways: and have to type words to each other
    Riddle Sideways: and find discriptions
    Riddle Sideways: concepts
    Riddle Sideways: etc
Avastu Maruti: there is no "one" who plays, no "you" or "I" except as appearances, except as conceptual language
Avastu Maruti: but I understand your point
    Riddle Sideways: and I yours
Riddle Sideways: they are convenient words that might convey
Avastu Maruti: you are Life living itself
    Avastu Maruti: Oneness seeing itself
    Avastu Maruti: Being, being itself
Avastu Maruti: no matter what is seen, THAT is it
I had wanted and desired in my selfish mind to discuss "Being Seeing".  I had so many questions.  Those questions disappeared as (IMHO) "Being" contains 'clouds' which viewed from some POV (Point of View) / set of assumtions.
Avastu Maruti: we can discuss spirituality or being or football, it matters not
    Riddle Sideways: true
Riddle Sideways: my favorite subject for some time has been POV, point of View
Riddle Sideways: though we see / watch / are the same Being
Riddle Sideways: our POV might be slighly different
Riddle Sideways: having studied my POV as I can
Riddle Sideways: I wish to meet with you to find our common and different POV
Avastu Maruti: you assume we are already different or separate
    Riddle Sideways: actually I don't
Riddle Sideways: I make a large assume that we have different POV
Avastu Maruti: the entire appearance assumes a different point of view, a separate self-center
Avastu Maruti: and then lots of things are applied to that self-center - mainly that there is an "I" which can suffer
Riddle Sideways: ah, so many directions that statement can take this discourse
Re-reading over and over the last section has opened many least traveled mental passages.  At this session this is the passage that was taken.
Avastu Maruti: directions assume a starting point
Riddle Sideways: usually, but not proven
Riddle Sideways: that "assume" is a powerful word/idea today
Riddle Sideways: it is as if
Riddle Sideways: we agree on the ALL
Riddle Sideways: and then play with a pile of "assumes"
Powerful image of us sitting around, say a pavillion, playing a Parker Brothers board game [more likely a RPG (Role Play Game) like Dungeons-n-Dragons].  Tokens, pieces, icons, etc. are placed all over the board.  Before my player avatar (that itself is a powerful image/situation) is several piles of "Assumtion" cards.  Some of the "Assume such and such" cards are in play.  Some cards are being held for strategies.  Some will be discarded in future turns.
Avastu Maruti: agreement is belief - thought
Avastu Maruti: IN WHAT does thought happen?
    Avastu Maruti: knowing/being
Avastu Maruti: agreement is irrelevant - it takes no belief or agreement to know that you ARE
Avastu Maruti: THAT is evident, obvious
    Riddle Sideways: yes
Avastu Maruti: the idea of a "ME" happens in or on THAT
Avastu Maruti: then we talk about the ME doing this or that, having conversations, playing as being
Avastu Maruti: yet seeing/knowing is primary and prior TO this
Avastu Maruti: and seeing/knowing is not personal, not individual, not a "perspective"
Avastu Maruti: it is THAT IN WHICH perspectives happen, in which points of view appear
Avastu Maruti: and you are THAT already, before any seeking, before any "playing"
Avastu Maruti: knowing isn't the "product" of seeking
Avastu Maruti: seeking is an assumption that something is missing
Avastu Maruti: nothing is missing - nothing can be added or taken away
An important section is interrupted my a phone call I must take.
    Riddle Sideways: brb
Riddle Sideways: sorry, interuptions happen too
    Avastu Maruti: of course
    Riddle Sideways: there is ALL
Riddle Sideways: then there is knowing of that all
Riddle Sideways: then I would put seeing
Riddle Sideways:  then an interuption happens :)
Riddle Sideways: for some reason I feel a difference between knowing and seeing
Avastu Maruti: of course - any time we use words to describe there is limitation
As so often the case, words get in the way of ideas.  SL being such a typewritten word place/mdia it can not help be so.  However, we do discuss words and language being inadaquite so often.
Avastu Maruti: yet we don't need any word to KNOW
    Avastu Maruti: that is effortless
Riddle Sideways: true, we both have the meaning (or precursor to a word) in us
Riddle Sideways: but pronouce or spell it differently
Riddle Sideways: how am I to say your word?
Riddle Sideways: it has created a separation, it creates a you and me
    Avastu Maruti: yes!
Riddle Sideways: from this separation (that is noted as an "assume" in the stack) we
Riddle Sideways: can try our "words"
Riddle Sideways: the we might agree or disagree on
Avastu Maruti: once what we truly are is seen clearly, no words are ever necessary
Avastu Maruti: our true nature is silence
    Avastu Maruti: emptiness
    Avastu Maruti: no-thing-ness
Here we fall silent. What else would we do.  Being almost 8am I am about to pack it up when visitors come a calling.
    Bluechip Spyker: hi
    Avastu Maruti: hello my friend
    Riddle Sideways: hi Blue
Bluechip Spyker: what place is this?
Bluechip Spyker: seems to so serious
Riddle Sideways: this is a group called PaB
    Riddle Sideways: Play As Being
    Bluechip Spyker: difficult
    Riddle Sideways: playasbeing.wordpress.com
    Riddle Sideways: playasbeing.org
    Riddle Sideways: as background
Riddle Sideways: :) yes so seriousness for SL
Riddle Sideways: funny how that happens
Riddle Sideways: we all meet here to discuss our practices
Riddle Sideways: currently, rather then meditate for an hour
    Riddle Sideways: Bluechip left
Bluechip poofs away before I can finish.  Immediately, from a different direction Ajata enters.
    Ajata Quan: like this place
    Ajata Quan: ....
    Riddle Sideways: hi Ajata
Ajata Quan: you know all the zen retires....
    Ajata Quan: hello friends
Riddle Sideways: yes, many very nice retreats here
Riddle Sideways: a little religious center
Riddle Sideways: yes, please join us
Riddle Sideways: we are playing as Being
    Ajata Quan: cool
    Ajata Quan: the better "play"
    Riddle Sideways: as in playasbeing.org
Ajata Quan: some guy want me to play football
    Ajata Quan: ...
Ajata Quan: i said no, hehe
Riddle Sideways: it is a fine play
    Ajata Quan: weel is tired
Ajata Quan: better to look in the tv. but i dont really like football
Riddle Sideways: we are playing mental games here
    Riddle Sideways: just as tiring
Ajata Quan: avastu dont play that
    Ajata Quan: im myself neither
    Ajata Quan: and myself
    Ajata Quan: i mean
    Ajata Quan: where are you?
Ajata Quan: where are you from
Ajata Quan: im still learning the english
Riddle Sideways: I am in California
Riddle Sideways: I am 50 years old and still don't speel english very good
Riddle Sideways: besides wrestling with how to get concepts across between 2 people
Riddle Sideways: I seem to have pictures in my mind of chasing a football
Riddle Sideways: what words do I use to convey that concept/image
Riddle Sideways: is always the problem
Riddle Sideways: these are what we play with here
Riddle Sideways: a game of toss the concept
Ajata Quan: avastyu are you there?
    Avastu Maruti: of course
    Ajata Quan: witnessing
Ajata jumps right into it and Avastu gets going again.
Ajata Quan: today i haved no dreams
    Ajata Quan: when sleeping
Riddle Sideways: I do not remember any dreams from my sleeping last night either
Avastu Maruti: yet YOU were there to witness the passing of the waking, dreaming and sleep states
    Ajata Quan: yes. is effortless
Avastu Maruti: the limited appearance of "Sergio" only comes and goes
Avastu Maruti: and that appearance includes all these thoughts
Ajata Quan: really is that "sensation" ? for a better word, in being nobody. just this witnessing
Avastu Maruti: if witnessing were a "sensation", it would be another appearance
Avastu Maruti: all sensations appear IN THIS
Avastu Maruti: even the "body-mind" is only a sensation
Ajata Quan: thougt is also witnessed
    Avastu Maruti: yes!
Avastu Maruti: so YOU must be prior TO thought
    Ajata Quan: yes
Avastu Maruti: if thought stops, YOU remain
    Introduce the metaphor.
Ajata Quan: is like the screen, reflecting all what appears
    Ajata Quan: withot effort
Avastu Maruti: and that screen has always been present and has never changed
Avastu Maruti: yet it is not a "thing"
Avastu Maruti: it KNOWS all things
Avastu Maruti: once the root thought "I AM" appears, all else is assumed
Ajata Quan: that screen is empty
Avastu Maruti: yet that "I AM" is only a translation in the mind of that presence of knowing
Avastu Maruti: we can "seek" it or "play" with it or have "clarity" in thought, yet thought is appearing ON THAT
    Ajata Quan: wonderful
    Ajata Quan: inescapable
We revert to previous topics and probably lose Ajata for a while.
Riddle Sideways: and "Seeing" is between the Knowing and the play
    Avastu Maruti: "between" assumes separation
    Avastu Maruti: this is conceptual
Riddle Sideways: it is very hard not too go there
    Avastu Maruti: of couse
    Avastu Maruti: *course
Avastu Maruti: all words are dualistic
Avastu Maruti: all words are false
Avastu Maruti: the word is never the "thing"
    Avastu Maruti: seeing/knowing/being/oneness/god
Avastu Maruti: call it what you will
Avastu Maruti: yet no word is needed
Avastu Maruti: you ARE - undeniable
Riddle Sideways: as soon as there is a ME av that wishes to chat to the YOU av
Riddle Sideways: I need to put some "words" to the "no word needed"
    Avastu Maruti: yes!!
    Riddle Sideways: so we converse
Avastu Maruti: yet nothing is needed, nothing can be added or removed
Riddle Sideways: and so all drops to silence
Riddle Sideways: it would look to visitors that we are asleep here
    Avastu Maruti: yes
That was a good summation of everything we chatted before.  I could have left then, but wanted to inform Ajata a little bit and be polite.
Avastu Maruti: ok, my friends - I must dissolve into silence once again
    Ajata Quan: :)
    Riddle Sideways: I too
    Ajata Quan: ok
Avastu Maruti: good bye my friends
    Ajata Quan: bye bye
    Riddle Sideways: good bye all
    Ajata Quan: that mean, sleep?
    Ajata Quan: disolve into silence...
Riddle Sideways: we have these meetings every 6 hours
    Riddle Sideways: at 7am, 1pm, 7pm and 1am SLT
Riddle Sideways: please come again then and
Riddle Sideways: different chat will be going on
    Riddle Sideways: usually more people
    Ajata Quan: aha
Riddle Sideways: from around the world
Ajata Quan: the meeting, is about pointing to the real?
    Riddle Sideways: very much
    Riddle Sideways: and more
    Ajata Quan: aha
Ajata Quan: the next is 1pm
    Ajata Quan: sl time
    Riddle Sideways: yes
Riddle Sideways: playasbeing.org gives some background
Riddle Sideways: we were playasbeing.wordpress.com blog for many months
Riddle Sideways: and are switching to a wiki
    Ajata Quan: aha
Shifting modes from participant to guardian is sometimes awkward, but I finally get to it :)
    Ajata Quan: you invited avastu
Riddle Sideways: Ajata, is it ok if I include your chat into my log?
Ajata Quan: or he find you?
    Ajata Quan: ok
    Ajata Quan: fine
Riddle Sideways: I think he found us
Riddle Sideways: I had not met him until sunday, but he has come to other sessions
Riddle Sideways: I only come to 4-5 sessions a week
Riddle Sideways: and was gone on vacation for last week
Ajata Quan: into your log, you mean the website?
Riddle Sideways: yes, is that ok with you
    Ajata Quan: ok
    Ajata Quan: what name
Ajata Quan: you are gonna use?
    Ajata Quan: that nicks names?
Riddle Sideways: you would be Ajata and I am Riddle
    Ajata Quan: ok
Ajata Quan: my "real" name is sergio
    Riddle Sideways: TY
    Ajata Quan: pile name
    Ajata Quan: crishtian name
    Ajata Quan: ty ?
    Riddle Sideways: thank you
    Ajata Quan: ok
    Ajata Quan: i will see
    Ajata Quan: on the website
    Ajata Quan: when is on
Riddle Sideways: in a couple hours
Riddle Sideways: I will post soon
Which has turned into a lie.  It is taking me hours to finish SL session and then post and then comment.  I have so much renewed respect for what Pema/Piet has been doing for us.
    Ajata Quan: 1 sec.
Ajata goes afk.  I decide to leave messages and leave.
Riddle Sideways: so sorry, but I need to leave now
    Riddle Sideways: please see
    Riddle Sideways: playasbeing.org for info
Riddle Sideways: and many chat logs to read
Riddle Sideways: and please come back at 1pm SLT
But, another enters and more fun/playing begins.
    Riddle Sideways: Hi Doc
Riddle Sideways: I was just about to leave, but Ajata will be right back
    Doc Freenote: hi
Riddle Sideways: we use this pavillion to discuss
Riddle Sideways: ways of knowing and Play As Being
Riddle Sideways: lately we are getting into You Seeing, Being Seeing
Doc Freenote: yeah i was here yesterday
    Riddle Sideways: ah, very good
Rajah enters.  I am reminded that I have never spent enough time with Rajah.
    Riddle Sideways: Hi Rajah
    Rajah Yalin: hi Riddle
    Doc Freenote: hi rajah
Rajah Yalin: hi Doc, hi Ajata if you're there
Riddle Sideways: many people are showing up after my hour
Here is a cute question and answer.
Doc Freenote: what are you rajah of?
Rajah Yalin: Rajah of PaB i'd say
    Doc Freenote: great
Riddle Sideways: as you are Doc of ...
    Rajah Yalin: self-proclaimed
Doc Freenote: Doc of whats up doc
    Doc Freenote: and of freenote
Riddle Sideways: as I am a riddle unto myself
    Doc Freenote: aren't we all
Rajah Yalin: yes I'm still trying to figure you out Riddle!
Riddle Sideways: actually I have been Riddle since the 60's
Riddle Sideways: good luck, I still trying too
Doc Freenote: its funny how we sometimes think we can figure out the riddle of other people
Doc Freenote: and sometimes think we can figure out the riddles of ourselves
Doc Freenote: but we are usually way off the mark aren't we
Riddle Sideways: ha, and usually not get them
Riddle Sideways: yet we lock others into our perceptions
Riddle Sideways: and allow ourselves to vary
    Riddle Sideways: :) silly humans
I start writing down notes of movies to eventually see.
Doc Freenote: you guys seen Roshomon?
    Doc Freenote: the kurusawa movie
    Rajah Yalin shrugs.
Rajah Yalin: I've seen Zatoichi by Kuraswa
    Rajah Yalin: *Kurasawa
    Doc Freenote: is that Kurasawa?
    Ajata Quan: hi
Doc Freenote: Roshomon is really great
    Riddle Sideways: WB ajata
    Rajah Yalin: wb
Doc Freenote: all about different perspectives on the same event
    Ajata Quan: bye
    Doc Freenote: perception
    Doc Freenote: bye ajata
    Rajah Yalin: take care Ajata
But, Ajata does not leave.  Instead he starts with a reply about allowing his comments to be included in chat logs that I really was not ready to handle :)
Ajata Quan: you pay for the publication of the log?
Ajata Quan: i want 5 dollars
    Riddle Sideways: ?
Ajata Quan: just testing. no problem.
    Riddle Sideways: :D
    Ajata Quan: :)
This turns into more twists and turns on another wild word/concept "money".  Usually, Being would not have much to do with money matters, but this I think is interesting.  That the meaning placed on a single word has such flavoring to how both everyday and etheral matters are discussed.  I am reading too much into here, but this kind of 'Playing' with shifting POV threads usually unites so many deep single thoughts.
Doc Freenote: are your ideas that valuable?
    Ajata Quan: all is valuable
Doc Freenote: penny for your thoughts type of thing?
    Riddle Sideways: usually $.02
Riddle Sideways: and I give it all the time
    Doc Freenote: ideas are free
Riddle Sideways: opinions are also free
    Riddle Sideways: truth costs :)
Doc Freenote: like giving away kittens
Ajata Quan: all the people charge for all
Riddle Sideways: ha, the first one is free
    Ajata Quan: ok
    Ajata Quan: you can publicate
    Ajata Quan: this first one
    Ajata Quan: for free
    Riddle Sideways: hehehe
    Doc Freenote: publicate
    Doc Freenote: nice new word
    Ajata Quan: publish
    Ajata Quan: im spanish
    Ajata Quan: is publish?
    Doc Freenote: don't apologize
Doc Freenote: publicate is cool by me
    Ajata Quan: he
Doc Freenote: new words are also free
Riddle Sideways: we wrestle with touch concepts... but,
Ajata Quan: the money is an issue eh...
Riddle Sideways: it is the typos that are often the most telling
Ajata Quan: how much the things cost really?
Riddle Sideways: ah, what is the worth of Rajah's words?
Rajah Yalin: I'm thinking they ae worth your soul....
Riddle Sideways: some are worth beyond measure
Riddle Sideways: some are worthless :)
Rajah Yalin: yeah, that might be it.. worthless.. worthless words by Rajah
Riddle Sideways: I would buy that book
Rajah Yalin: while you're at it, buy the Book of Shai Ming!
    Riddle Sideways: TY
Riddle Sideways: it is so fun to play with words
Riddle Sideways: pick a word "money" for example
Riddle Sideways: and run all over with it
Rajah Yalin: yes some people sure say money a lot
Riddle Sideways: then maybe sit back and see the Being we have discussed
Riddle Sideways: money has an agenda with it
Riddle Sideways: so we are extra careful how we give and take
I relapse again and start summarizing or repeating.
Riddle Sideways: today Avastu and I were playing with "assume"
Rajah Yalin: I can get a dirty word out of it
Riddle Sideways: yes, I left that hanging
Riddle Sideways: Avastu and I totally agreed on ALL/BEING/KNOWING so there was little to chat about
Riddle Sideways: until assumtions came in
    Doc Freenote: gotta sleep
Riddle Sideways: and SELF and Point of View
    Doc Freenote: sayonara
    Riddle Sideways: understood Doc
Rajah Yalin: okay Doc take care
    Rajah Yalin: gassho
Riddle Sideways: come back again soon
Doc Freenote: okay, thanks see ya
Light little talk for a while.
Riddle Sideways: surprised how many people come here between hours
Rajah Yalin: yep I just came since I saw people here
Riddle Sideways: so... If we sat here all day
Riddle Sideways: I would get nothing else done
Riddle Sideways: but have a great time
Rajah Yalin: ah but maybe you would get something done
    Riddle Sideways: yes
Riddle Sideways: need to always balence those
    Riddle Sideways: guilt vs pleasure
Riddle Sideways: advance one thing over another
Riddle Sideways: eat a new meal or clean last nights dishes
Riddle Sideways: play with this kitty or chat with you
Rajah Yalin: I do all that while I'm on SL
Rajah Yalin: it just turned 3 am now and I'm eating some breakfast thing :D
    Riddle Sideways: good
Riddle Sideways: problem being that this kitty demands undevided attention
Rajah Yalin: you can give it your attention
Riddle Sideways: what a fun game. She brings me the pipecleaner toy
Riddle Sideways: I throw it up the stairs
Riddle Sideways: get back to my chair
Riddle Sideways: she brings me the toy
Riddle Sideways: and repeat several thousand times
Rajah Yalin: ahh how old is she?
Riddle Sideways: she is about 9 months
Rajah Yalin: nice, I have 2 puppies
    Rajah Yalin: no cats though
Riddle Sideways: we have 3 cats and no puppies
Rajah Yalin: I have 6 dogs in all
Riddle Sideways: that is a lot of energy
Rajah Yalin: yeah they're still pretty lazy though
    Riddle Sideways: lol
Oh dear... I fell into a subject that I had been self-indulgent on yesterday.
Riddle Sideways: I was writing about nothing in particular the other day and
Riddle Sideways: started going off on diff between cats and dogs and ...
Ref to a previous log I had been reading about pointers and hand pointing.
Riddle Sideways: Cats see the finger pointing
Riddle Sideways: Dogs can (learn to) see the object pointed at
Riddle Sideways: Cats see things the I can not see
Riddle Sideways: Dogs hear things that I can not hear
Rajah Yalin: must be all that catnip
Riddle Sideways: that is very probable
Riddle Sideways: science told me that dogs can hear those sounds
Riddle Sideways: intuition told me cats see things
Rajah Yalin: what do you think they see?
Riddle Sideways: somethings I think they see the dimension that is hard for me to see
    Riddle Sideways: they see movements
Riddle Sideways: when they stare into space
Riddle Sideways: are they spacing out
Riddle Sideways: or do they see what was or what will be
Rajah Yalin: when it comes down to it, I'm not a cat
Rajah Yalin: if I were one I could tell ya
Rajah Yalin: but I'm not so I have to wonder with ypu
    Rajah Yalin: *you
Riddle Sideways: which points to the next step
Riddle Sideways: do cats have soul
Riddle Sideways: do they know g-d is created in their image
Riddle Sideways: is the dead bird they bring me
Riddle Sideways: as a holy offering
Rajah Yalin: so cats do that too?
Riddle Sideways: often more then dogs
    Rajah Yalin: wow
Rajah Yalin: my dogs roll around in dead things
Rajah Yalin: 2 of them do anyways
Riddle Sideways: all 3 bring me birds, mice, rats, moles daily
Rajah Yalin: one of my neighbours chickens came into my yard and the puppies tried to kill it
Riddle Sideways: a herd of turnkeys (3 moms 13 chicks) come through our yard
Riddle Sideways: the cats go to high ground
    Riddle Sideways: and watch
Why must light talk turn deep.
Riddle Sideways: why is mankind so vain to think we are the only ones that
Riddle Sideways: think, plan, discuss, etc
    Rajah Yalin shrugs.
Rajah Yalin: we do think a lot of things.. we are the top of the food chain, many say we are not animals, things like that
Riddle Sideways: and yet so many laugh at our folly
Riddle Sideways: mother nature laughs loudest
Rajah Yalin: yes she laugh so hard she makes hurricanes, tornadoes, cyclones, etc.
Riddle Sideways: she just wants to cleanse herself
Riddle Sideways: why should she be mindful of us
    Riddle Sideways: opps, too religious
    Rajah Yalin: lol
Riddle Sideways: why won't mother nature be the top of the food cahin
    Riddle Sideways: shain
    Riddle Sideways: *chain
Riddle Sideways: actually she is the entire Chain
    Rajah Yalin: hi Avastu
Riddle Sideways: I have lived with 'Fire' for the last month
Riddle Sideways: and it has warped some of my thinking
Riddle Sideways: silly possesive thoughts of 'if my house were to burn down, what "stuff" would I miss most'
Riddle Sideways: mother nature is only doing the Natural thing and burning up the natural fuels laying about Bir Sur.
Saved by Avastu's return.  And then his leaving.
Riddle Sideways: ah, Avastu is back
Avastu Maruti: hello my friends - logged in right back where I left...
Riddle Sideways: and your rezzing was fabuloius
    Avastu Maruti: you think?
    Riddle Sideways: quite a show
Avastu Maruti: sorry to eat and run...
    Riddle Sideways: is sok
Thoughts that most of this long long long log would have been lost.
Riddle Sideways: if auto-logging were working
Riddle Sideways: all this would take care of itself
Rajah Yalin: ha you have quite a log in the past 2 1/2 hours I'd say
Riddle Sideways: yes, the guilt of work-to-do is mounting
Riddle Sideways: if auto-log stopped at one hour
Riddle Sideways: much good stuff would be lost
    Rajah Yalin: true
Riddle Sideways: future generations would have missed all the dog/cat chat
    Riddle Sideways: :)
Rajah Yalin: what are they missing? :P
    Rajah Yalin: ha joking
    Riddle Sideways: playing

FX1-Black V1.0 (High Prim)_v4 whispers: Coffee type set to - Latte
FX1-Black V1.0 (High Prim)_v4 whispers: Coffee Machine ready for use.
Riddle Sideways: must wait for slow RL expresso maker to finish
Riddle Sideways: are you in Europe?
Rajah Yalin: don't even have to get up in SL :)
Finally the obligatory talk of time zones.  We almost made it thought without a time zone chat.
Rajah Yalin: no I live in Vanuatu.. that is a Pacific Island country east of Australia
Riddle Sideways: very nice. I had trouble with time zone translate
Rajah Yalin: it is 3:43 in the morning now
Riddle Sideways: you are quite the night person
Rajah Yalin: day and night :)
Riddle Sideways: I have settled down in old age to requring the 4 hrs of sleep be regular
Rajah Yalin: yes I sleep about 4 or 5 each night
Rajah Yalin: but some nights I do not sleep at all
    Riddle Sideways: some yes
Riddle Sideways: I have cats and wife and noises awakening me
Rajah Yalin: yes I get distractions, but I mean some nights I don't even try to sleep
Riddle Sideways: I have not done that in a while
    Riddle Sideways: I use to
    And lastly some PaB chat.
Riddle Sideways: I use to mediatate more
Riddle Sideways: and that removes sleep needs
    Riddle Sideways: for me
    Rajah Yalin: ah
Rajah Yalin: I have meditated 3 times a day for about 11 years
Rajah Yalin: plus PaB for a little while too :)
Riddle Sideways: I have varied practices over many years
Riddle Sideways: currently doing the PaB quickies and another quick 35 breath thing
Rajah Yalin: it has turned into a routine I'd say
Rajah Yalin: the inner clock kind of tells me I have to do this now, I have to do that now, etc.
    Rajah Yalin: I don't complain :)
Riddle Sideways: well, I complain, but it does me no good :)
Riddle Sideways: inner and external clocks/nag devices tell me what to do
Riddle Sideways: I found that an internal PaB clock would only
Riddle Sideways: work at convient times
Riddle Sideways: or too consist times
Riddle Sideways: hmmmmm consistant subject matter time
Riddle Sideways: .... words are not working for me
Riddle Sideways: an external gong ever 15 min is producing more varied results
    Rajah Yalin nods.
Rajah Yalin: do you know how to work the SL meditation timers?
    Riddle Sideways: no
Rajah Yalin: I tried to last night for fun I couldn't get it to work either
Riddle Sideways: I barely know how to get dressed
Rajah Yalin: SL is rather complex
Riddle Sideways: again, so much to learn... so little time
    Rajah Yalin: yep
Rajah Yalin: anyways I must get some sleep
Riddle Sideways: and I must get coffee, breakfast and post this 3 hour log
    Rajah Yalin nods.
Rajah Yalin: good luck with tha
    Riddle Sideways: thanks
Riddle Sideways: and thanks for your time
    Rajah Yalin: :)
    Rajah Yalin: take care
