genesis Zhangsun: Oh yeah I think is is good to do obviously so that you can share the experience with newcomers but I don't think it is necessary or central
Fael Illyar: When I started, I was quite consistent but lately ... I do remember doing them sometimes but ... most of times it doesn't stay in my memory so I'm hesitant to say consistent or not consistent :)
genesis Zhangsun: there are other way as you know Myoko to get the same 9 second effect

genesis Zhangsun: and being so away from it all an in such a beautiful environment I think people will feel sufficiently transported from regular life to be able to drop into practice

Solobill Laville: It may be smart to put out a possible pre-retreat practice suggestion for folks not used to that...

genesis Zhangsun: I got the impression that some thought this was more of a spa retreat

Fefonz Quan: and concerning sleep: wasn't there some ideas of getting up very early?
genesis Zhangsun: the original plan looked a little extreme and possibly unreasonable for people who are not used to sitting for so many hours
