Eliza Madrigal: but then found other things :) as happens... we go in one direction but allow other things to come up :)

Eliza Madrigal: I've also gone to kabuki theatre here... fun
Hamlet Graves: I have seen some plays ... but ones with dialgue pre-recorded
Sunshine Vayandar: CARP works on performances very much like a theater

Eliza Madrigal: ah....not as much fun... the exilharation is part of the adventure

Eliza Madrigal: I read a book several years ago, titled Invention of the Human... about Shakespeare...

Hamlet Graves: but then I don't run in cultutral circles

Eliza Madrigal: what I enjoyed was that the author was so on pointe about the difference between S and many writers in the dimension he was able to convey..

Hamlet Graves: yes, quite ... there's something for everyone
Eliza Madrigal: Yaku and I were talking a bit this morning before session, about how we can't always control or change our habits or circumstances... but we can make changes in our environment ... even subtle ones...
Eliza Madrigal: and those show through eventually :)

Sunshine Vayandar: I think the best is to get used to change itself - to make it a point to make changes everyday - as a rule
Eliza Madrigal: people sometimes say that by taking a diff route home from work they've changed their attitues/feelings of happiness

Hamlet Graves: on one occaision I had to give a talk to some clients it was in the afternoon and when I got there the whole room felt dirty and yukky, but just by tidying up the presentation area a bit lifted the mood

Eliza Madrigal: there is also something called "singers tea" which is lemon, maple syrup (the good kind), hot water, and cayenne pepper

Eliza Madrigal: but have to be careful with that :)

Eliza Madrigal: well, singers use it

Eliza Madrigal: some have used it for diets also but yes it sort of clears everything out :)
