Archmage Atlantis: Somewhat the same......I've had a cold or a virus, and that really saps my energy and affects my mood, but I think it has passed :0

Korel Laloix: Have a wedding this weekend...
Korel Laloix: Doing the bridesmaid thing.... a lot of fun but a lot of work as well.
Archmage Atlantis: That is happy work, and life affirming....at least I would think that.....having never had the role

Korel Laloix: My 11th time...
Korel Laloix: Well actually 9th as two were double.
Korel Laloix: I have an amazing collection of dresses I can't make myself get rid of.... lol

eggsalad Ormstein: but the heel is usually too low
Korel Laloix: Had this one though.. lime green tafita and the bumps were nice but cream and lime... very very ugly.

Korel Laloix: I don't wear anything more than an inch usually, so I am working up to this weekend.... smiles
Archmage Atlantis: Sounds like lime cream.....citrus ice creams are usually not a good idea
Korel Laloix: It is not pretty.. geting prety good at tripping recovery though.

Korel Laloix: Love the look, but I just can't do it.
Archmage Atlantis: I can't even stand in cowboy boots with a low heel.....I can't imagine how others can balance in heels at all :)

Korel Laloix: For the wedding this weekend, I am in some not so bad two inch pink strappy things.
Korel Laloix: But I am only wearing htem for the actualy cerimony, as soon as I am done, I bought some pink Doc Martins as sort of a protest..... grins

Archmage Atlantis: That's another mystery to me.....how do strapless dresses stay up......I have enough trouble with unbelted trousers :)

Korel Laloix: And whoever thought of the full length strapless dress had a serious brain issue.... you accidently stip on the front hem and you give the world a nice show.

Korel Laloix: I am up to an A cup now though.... about 15 lbs heavier......lol

Korel Laloix: I was down around 75 when I had to wear that dress.

Archmage Atlantis: Although if the name references a plant, fruit or vegetable, I do better at it :)

Archmage Atlantis: Wow, that was a lot shorter than I imagine a bridesmaid's dress

Korel Laloix: So she went with that one instead.

Korel Laloix: keep in mind, the main purpose of bridesmaid dresses is to make the bride look even better in comparison.
Korel Laloix: So they sort of have to be a ugly.....lol
Archmage Atlantis: Isn't the point to pick out bridesmaid's dresses that don't flatter so the bride can be the star?, (just asking)

Archmage Atlantis: Ok, is carpet tape for dresses the same as carpet tape to hold carpets in place?
Korel Laloix: Being able to torture your bridesmaids may actually make having a wedding worth it.... grins
