    Bleu Oleander: hi Eden!
Eden Haiku: Good morning Bleu :)
Eden Haiku: Wow! you look awesome!
    Bleu Oleander: oh ty Eden!
Bleu Oleander: made this from an Egyptian painting
    Bleu Oleander: hi Eliza
Eden Haiku: Is it Nout, Egyptian goddess of the starry night?
Bleu Oleander: yes, the sky goddess, Nut
    Bleu Oleander: or Nout
Eden Haiku: Yeah, I recognized her. She's the one eating the sun at night and giving birth to sun in the morning!
    Bleu Oleander: yes, exactly
    Eden Haiku: Good morning Eliza!
Bleu Oleander: how are you both?
    Eliza Madrigal: Morning Ladies :)
Eliza Madrigal: Seem to be doing pretty well, if a bit laggy. you?
    Bleu Oleander: good thanks
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Bertrum
    Bertrum Resident: Hi everyone.
    Bleu Oleander: hi Bertrum
    Eden Haiku: Hello Bertrum!

    Bleu Oleander: oh wow
Eliza Madrigal: Eden, I'd love to hear about your workshop if you care to share...
Eliza Madrigal: read your tweet this morning :)

    World Poetry Day

    Eden Haiku:

"Hear the voice of the Bard

Who present, past, and future, sees:

    Whose ears have heard

    The holy Word

That walked among the ancient trees"

                          William Blake :)

    Eliza Madrigal: hmm
Eden Haiku: Today is World Poetry Day :)
    Eliza Madrigal: Ah!
Bleu Oleander: did you see the twitter poetry article in the NY times?
Eliza Madrigal: not I.... am rezzing slowly into the world today...
Eden Haiku: Workshop was powerful and fun, in French, brilliant, with many experiences and lots of data. And a 20 minutes walk from my place!
    Bleu Oleander: http://www.nytimes.com/2011/03/20/we...Kennedy&st=cse
Bleu Oleander: what were some highlights?
Eden Haiku: Oh nice, tks Bleu, the article is connecting both World Poetry Day and the invention of Twitter!
    Eden Haiku: Highlights:, hmmmm
Bleu Oleander: calling for poets to submit pieces
    Eliza Madrigal: :))
Bleu Oleander: using hash tag #poetweet
Eliza Madrigal: It is an interesting trajectory of PaB that over time we begin to be more poetic...
Bleu Oleander: thought of you both :)
    Bleu Oleander: a nice trajectory
Eden Haiku: The moment where I felt my heart like a violet crystal radiating from my chest and connecting with the same crystal in the woman facing me.
Eden Haiku: Oh, Bleu, I might tweet some poetry today! Thank you for the link!
Eliza Madrigal: was that a meditation they led you in specifically Eden?
    Bleu Oleander: great Eden
Eden Haiku: No, exercise was about following the energies and projecting through the heart but the violet crystal (amethyst maybe?) just came up. Though it's a meditation of the violet light :)
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: A lot about sacred geometry.
Eden Haiku: The group is travelling to Egypt from 12 to 26 of May. So having Nout sitting in the circle this morning is quite an honour...
    Bleu Oleander: :))
Eliza Madrigal smiles... was listening to your discussion as I walked in...
Eden Haiku: I would love to go but I have a commitment to a Totempoetry reading at the Montreal Poetry Festival on May 24th.
Bleu Oleander: have you been there?
Eliza Madrigal: sounds wonderful... chance to read aloud your new works?
Eden Haiku: Yes, I have one this week too, on the 24th of March. Short one:)
Eden Haiku: Will read my new poem about Egypt: "Lotus libre, lotus"
Eden Haiku: Workshop was about energetic work and I will apply many things in the reading, will try at least :)
Eliza Madrigal: mmm :) yes which you read to us here... there is something to 'giving voice'..
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Bruce!
Eden Haiku: Yes, I travelled in Egypt back in 1983 Bleu. For one month. The most fantastic trip.
    Bleu Oleander: hi Bruce
    Alfred Kelberry: meep!
Eliza Madrigal: otherwise it is unappreciated wine...
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Alf!
    Bleu Oleander: boxy
Eden Haiku: meeep meep Alfred and good morning Bruce :)
Eliza Madrigal: (lost a line in there somewhere - grr lag)
Bruce Mowbray: Good morning, Eliza, Bleu, Bertram, Boxy.
Alfred Kelberry: eden the elegant poetess :)
    Bruce Mowbray: and Eden.
    Eden Haiku: blushing
    Alfred Kelberry: :)
    Bertrum Resident: Hi Bruce, Boxy
    Alfred Kelberry: hi :)
Alfred Kelberry: it's good to see you all
Eden Haiku: How are you guys?
    Alfred Kelberry: starry bleu :)
    Bleu Oleander: :)

    --BELL--

"[The world] will roll in ecstasy at your feet."

Eden Haiku: Bleu is Egyptian goddess of the starry night :)
Eliza Madrigal: the starry night that leads us to the end of words
Eden Haiku: Noticed the PaB logo ascending as the bell rings. Nice new feature!
    Alfred Kelberry: from yesterday: http://t.xalan.org/pema.jpg

    pema by Alfred.jpg

Alfred took on Sunday this great picture of Pema with PaB logo as his third eye!

    Alfred Kelberry: :)
    Eden Haiku: ;) @Eliza
    Eliza Madrigal: Cute, thanks
    Eden Haiku: Wow, beautiful Alfred!
Alfred Kelberry: oh, pab logo. i should be more attentive :)
Bleu Oleander: that's Sun PaB emitter
**Eliza Madrigal: quite a picture there Alfred
    Alfred Kelberry: :)
Eden Haiku: Quite a picture yes!
Eden Haiku: Sun created a PaB emitter! Wow, I'm so amazed at people's skills here!
    Bleu Oleander: just wear it
Eden Haiku: What about you Bertrum and Bruce, you are being very quiet? Pensive?
Eliza Madrigal: Hmm I have a sort of poem to share for poetry day.... something wonderful a friend posted to twitter. May I? :)
    Eliza Madrigal: Oops... sorry...
    Eden Haiku: listening
Eden Haiku: listening to the poem Eliza :)
Eliza Madrigal: well it is just a quote, but I'd been looking for it then got distracted, and there it was:

Eliza Madrigal: Kafka: "You do not need to leave your room. Remain sitting at your table and listen. Do not even listen, simply wait. Do not even wait, be quite still and ordinary. The world will freely offer itself to you to be unmasked. It has no choice. It will roll in ecstasy at your feet."

    Bruce Mowbray listens in anticipation.
Alfred Kelberry: twit poems. is it a new form of haiku? :)
    Bleu Oleander: twaiku
Eliza Madrigal: (obviously wasn't all in the tweet)
    Eliza Madrigal laughs
Eliza Madrigal: but I couldn't remember where it was from.... just kept hearing 'you do not even need to listen...'
Eden Haiku: Wonderful quote Eliza. Known it for years but it is always sweet to read again: I especially like the world rolling in ecstasy at one's feet like a cat!
    Eliza Madrigal: mmm :)))
Eliza Madrigal: me now puts Bruce and Bertrum back on the spot....

[Alfred had posted our script counts for each one of us]

Eden Haiku: Yes Alfred, but it's not a problem running many scripts when we are in such a small committee right?
Eden Haiku: Back on the spot guys!
Alfred Kelberry: didn't know kafka was a pab member :)
Eliza Madrigal: =P~ maybe lots hidden Alf
    Eden Haiku: hehe
Alfred Kelberry: eden, those are just reference numbers. nothing to worry about :)
Eden Haiku: Well congrats for being so eco-friendly Boxy. You really wear your avatar lightly :)
    Alfred Kelberry: :)
Eden Haiku: Thank you for the PaB emitter Bleu,
Alfred Kelberry: sam has 0 scripts!
Alfred Kelberry: she's the real eco av :)
    Eden Haiku: He's the best!
Bleu Oleander: how can we tell how many scripts we are running boxy?
Eden Haiku: And Bertrum and Eliza are good too: only 64 and 192
Alfred Kelberry: there's a function... one sec
Eden Haiku: Rendering I think, in advanced menu.
Alfred Kelberry: ah, you mean via ui
Eden Haiku: Info displays then avatar rendering
Alfred Kelberry: yes, probably there too
Bleu Oleander: the arc number the menu gives me is much higher than boxy's numbers
Alfred Kelberry: arc considers rendering as well and possibly other variables
Bleu Oleander: so can I get my own script numbers ?
Eden Haiku: Ah no, it's not the same numbers: mine reads 3929, boxy is 254, Bleu 4139, Eliza 909  Bertrum 349, and Bruce 417
Alfred Kelberry: i only count script objects
Bleu Oleander: or do I need to find you?
Alfred Kelberry: i'll make one for personal use :)

    --BELL--

Alfred Kelberry: i use data from llGetObjectDetails
Eliza Madrigal: Nice to see everyone :)) Thanks Eden! Hugs
Eden Haiku: Hair and flexi skirts count for a lot. Namaste Eliza :)
    Bleu Oleander: bye Eliza
    Bertrum Resident: Bye Eliza

    There's poetry in numbers

Eden Haiku: Immersed in numbers on International Poetry Day...
Bleu Oleander: there's poetry in numbers :)
    Eden Haiku: Touche Bleu :))
Bertrum Resident: those are lucky numbers
    Eden Haiku: ;)
Eden Haiku: Are you ok Bruce?
Bruce Mowbray: Yes, I'm ok -- Just trying to edit a hovertext and not having much luck with that.
Bruce Mowbray: ty for asking, though.
    Eden Haiku: grinning
Bruce Mowbray: I just put one over the party sign.
Bleu Oleander: are you redoing the party sign Bruce?
Bruce Mowbray: This building stuff is new to me -- so I'm going to attend Boxy's workshop on Friday 11 a.m.
Bleu Oleander: we have expanded dates now
Bruce Mowbray: re redoing the sign -- Yes, Aph told me something needed to be changed -- but I don't know what that is.
Bruce Mowbray: If you can up-date me, I will change it right now.
Bleu Oleander: There's a special session at 7am on April 1
    Bruce Mowbray: new dates?
Alfred Kelberry: 8 am slt (just a note)
Eden Haiku: Would love to go but I'm so busy till the end of March: deadlines, a new infant in the family and so on...

"Being Recorded": Art of Being on April 3rd at 12pm SLT

Bleu Oleander: and Art of Being's "Being Recorded" on April 3 at 12pm slt
Eden Haiku: And yes, and a workshop in the Laurentian mountains on April 2nd...
Bleu Oleander: so events on April 1, 2, and 3
Bruce Mowbray: OH -- sorry, Boxy -- That workshop for building (prims) is at 8 a.m. slt -- not 11 a.m. slt.
Eden Haiku: Will be missing most events on the 2nd.
    Bruce Mowbray: (east coast thinking...sorry).
Eden Haiku: But will have my piece ready for the 3rd Bleu :)
Bruce Mowbray: OK -- back to the sign. . .
Bleu Oleander: oh good Eden :)
Bleu Oleander: I'm working on mine too
Bleu Oleander: Storm has cleared the dome
Eden Haiku: Have you been working on your piece for the Being recorded exhibit Bleu?
Bleu Oleander: so ready to accept the new work
Eden Haiku: When can we start putting our pieces there?
Bleu Oleander: yes, diving into the logs
    Bleu Oleander: any time Eden
Bleu Oleander: should all be in place by April 1st
Bruce Mowbray: OK -- Then, Bleu, I need to add the April 3rd events. . . Is that all?
Eden Haiku: I'm using the first thing I found, you know, when we talked about it. About the "neighbourhood cafe",
Bleu Oleander: and the 7am event on April 1
Bruce Mowbray: OK -- both of those, then. THANKS!
    Bleu Oleander: ah nice Eden
Bertrum Resident: Need to sign off. Hope everyone has a great day!
    Alfred Kelberry: ready, bleu :)
    Alfred Kelberry: wear it
Eden Haiku: Bye Bertrum, same to you, enjoy!
Eden Haiku: :::::: Glow in the silence
    Bruce Mowbray: Bye, Bertram.
Eden Haiku: ::::::Radiate and irradiate love
Eden Haiku: ::::::Be quiet my heart

Zen Arado: Sun is filling up my inventory
    Zen Arado: :)
Eden Haiku: Zen, I meant to ask you some favor if you would.
    Zen Arado: yes?
Eden Haiku: I adore it when you hum
    Zen Arado: :)
Zen Arado: could be worse if I was singing :)
Eden Haiku: And was wondering if you would be willing to hum gently "Norwegian Wood" when I will recite my performance poetry on April 3rd for the "Being recorded session"?
    Zen Arado: yeh sure
Eden Haiku: Oh, wonderful! Poem is not ready yet but we could practice some when I'm ready maybe?
    Zen Arado: of course
    Eden Haiku: Cool!
Zen Arado: I can strum the chords too if you want
Zen Arado: maybe just humming better
Eden Haiku: There is some magic in your voice when you hum, really. It would be wonderful.
Eden Haiku: Music is difficult to integrate but humming will be perfect.
    Zen Arado: I'm a great hummer !
    Zen Arado: ha ha
Eden Haiku: No music, no. Tha'ts too difficult to keep my own rythm of reading.
    Zen Arado: k
Eden Haiku: Just the human voice, YOUR voice,
    Zen Arado: yeh
    Zen Arado: non intrusive
    Zen Arado: just soft accompaniment
Eden Haiku: Did you hear Zen humming Bruce? It's lovely. Maybe we could hear a little bit Zen?

Lugh Fehr: no i never heard i think

    --BELL--

[Zen did hum on voice a few measures of "Norwegian Wood"]

    Bruce Mowbray: I didn't hear Zen's humming -- but then, I cannot receive voice. . .
Bruce Mowbray: Folks, time for me to go hiking. . . .
Eden Haiku: Sorry to learn that Bruce
    Alfred Kelberry: hiking is nice
Bruce Mowbray: I can only hear Zen in nano-second sound bites. . . sry.
Alfred Kelberry: wish i could go
    Alfred Kelberry: enjoy it bruce
Bruce Mowbray: I wish I could take you all along with us.
    Bruce Mowbray: Bye for now!

Lugh Fehr: ah darne i missed it and have to run rl callings hehe later peoples :)
    Zen Arado: bye Lugh
Eden Haiku: We can hear your heart when you hum Zen, maybe that's why it is so lovely,
    Eden Haiku: Bye Lugh!
Zen Arado: am trying to learn 'all my loving'
Zen Arado: 'close your eyes and I'll kiss you...
Zen Arado: tomorrow I'll mis you
Eden Haiku: Ah, so romantic Zen
Zen Arado: you know there is a poetry to some of those Beatles songs when you listen to the words
Eden Haiku: Was talking more about your "sacred" heart then about your romantic heart though...
Zen Arado: Norwegian Wood reminds me of botched attempts with women in my 20's
Eden Haiku: I know, I love the Beatles. Very poetic yes. I love "Strawberry Fields" most.
Zen Arado: the awkwardness of it all
Zen Arado: you know the words?
    Zen Arado: http://tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/b/be...d_ver3_crd.htm
Eden Haiku: Was reading them on the web...
Zen Arado: Strawbery Fields is a bit psychedelic
    Zen Arado: isn't it?
Eden Haiku: "nothing is real" .... so good.
    Zen Arado: yeh
Eden Haiku: Yes, it was an acid tablet in the 70s...
    Zen Arado: LSD
    Zen Arado: Hi Loelia :)
    Eden Haiku: Hello Loelia!
    Loelia Zabaleta: hi °͜°

    Asking for another favor :)

Eden Haiku: I have to go Zen & Alfred. Can one of you stay and give the PaB info to Loelia as well as ask for recording permission?
Zen Arado: Loelia had been to pab before Eden
Eden Haiku: Please, sat with "Norwegian Woods" for the performance though Zen-the-fool?
    Zen Arado: yeh sure
Zen Arado: didgerydoo would be just as good maybe
    Zen Arado: :)
Eden Haiku: Thank you so much. Bye for now, have a great day! Hope to findmy way soon to your building workshop Boxy!
Zen Arado: I loved when you performed that poem before to didgerydoo
    Zen Arado: bye Eden
Eden Haiku: No no, no didgerydoo, it's far too loud for the poem.
    Zen Arado: :)
Eden Haiku: You are joking right?
Zen Arado: no it was good !
Eden Haiku: I need you to be able to listen and modulate humming with the poetry reading right?
    Zen Arado: ok will try
Zen Arado: to get the balance right

    --BELL--

Eden Haiku: So it has a quiet quality. Yes, I'm sure it will be beautiful! But no instruments, only your voice for that moment. Than we can experiment in music sessions with all sorts of things...
    Zen Arado: k
Eden Haiku: Bye bye , have a nice day!

druth Vlodovic: are you going to hum us a poem on the 2nd?
Zen Arado: Eden wants humming accompaniment
    Zen Arado: :)
Zen Arado: while she reads a poem
druth Vlodovic: neat, you'll have to record it for me
Zen Arado: she once read a poem with didgerydoo accompaniment
Zen Arado: it was great I thought
druth Vlodovic: I guess I'll have to start making the poetry sessions
    Zen Arado: humming 'Norwegian Wood'
Zen Arado: this was during the music session
druth Vlodovic: hehe, all I had to do was take all my clothes off and I win!
Zen Arado: have to beat Loelia
    Zen Arado: wow 2
druth Vlodovic: has anybody thought to do an audio recording?
Zen Arado: think Eden mentioned that
druth Vlodovic: you can do it with an option on the viewer, on phoenix anyway
Zen Arado: can you ? interesting
    Zen Arado: V2?
    druth Vlodovic: V1 emulator :)
Zen Arado: clicked back arrow by mistake
Zen Arado: I recorded a video from the screen and put it on Facebook on Saturday
Zen Arado: some of my friends were astonished
    druth Vlodovic: nifty
Zen Arado: saw someone else do that
druth Vlodovic: had they been to sl before, or were they astonished that sl had recorders?
    Zen Arado: no
