Lukey Woodget: what are you hobbies
Annelies Fratica: hmm, nature and ecology
Annelies Fratica: history, I am studying for tourist guide for example

Annelies Fratica: I saw it on TV, years ago
Lukey Woodget: have you had fun
Annelies Fratica: I wandered around, doing all kinds of things
Annelies Fratica: even pony girl, lol
Annelies Fratica: now learning Japanese seems a more definitive use/goal of SL
Lukey Woodget: I had two deaths and a beter understanding of disabled people
Lukey Woodget: the latter was a bonus
Annelies Fratica: how do you mean, two deaths?
Lukey Woodget: two of my best freinds on sl died
Annelies Fratica: ah, ok, I guessed that
Lukey Woodget: did you ever build
Annelies Fratica: I can build stuff, yes
Annelies Fratica: I'll show something ;)
    Lukey Woodget: ok
    Annelies Fratica: my hurdy gurdy
Lukey Woodget: that must have taken some time
Annelies Fratica: I even made an animation ;)
    Annelies Fratica: it's detailed, lol
Annelies Fratica: because I play it myself, I wanted it to be realistic
Annelies Fratica: loads of tiny prims in there
    Lukey Woodget: yes i see
Annelies Fratica: even string, although you nearly don't see them
Annelies Fratica: there we go, alas I didn't add sound ;)

    Lukey Woodget: oh cool

    Annelies Fratica: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y4a91b2pS4k

Lukey Woodget: its a big gord

    --BELL--

Lukey Woodget: you animation works realy well
    Annelies Fratica: ty
Annelies Fratica: it's the only animation I ever made
Annelies Fratica: tapping my foot along, lol
Lukey Woodget: sometimes the stress of doing something is a one time thing
Lukey Woodget: but knowing it is done is all a person needs
Annelies Fratica: I could switch on voice and take my RL hurdy gurdy, but not at this moment, in the middle of the night, haha
Lukey Woodget: might cause a desturbance
Annelies Fratica: the police could ring my door bell, lol
    Lukey Woodget: probably
Annelies Fratica: and I only have a laptop microphone

Lukey Woodget: maybe you should preform on sl
Annelies Fratica: I wonder how the sound goes through then, maybe quite terrible
Annelies Fratica: I kind of could, but I don't have the budget right now to get a good micro
Annelies Fratica: maybe I try it via voice here one time
Lukey Woodget: I dont know many people do preform on sl
Annelies Fratica: there are even bands, I don't know how they exactly do that
Annelies Fratica: sit together in RL, or ...
Lukey Woodget: im not to sure myself

Annelies Fratica: it seems difficult to play together if you don't see each other in RL
Annelies Fratica: you need some kind of visual communication to start and stop and such
Lukey Woodget: maybe so but there are quite a few bands in rl
Annelies Fratica: I've been to some SL live concerts
    Lukey Woodget: me to
Annelies Fratica: but I didn't ask how they exactly do it
Lukey Woodget: I think you have to get a live stream
    Annelies Fratica: yeah
Lukey Woodget: and then play it inworld

Annelies Fratica: oh, lol a completely different question I came across today
Annelies Fratica: I find it funny
Annelies Fratica: about flies, the insects
    Lukey Woodget: whats that
Annelies Fratica: if they are flying around in a room at night, with the light on ...
Lukey Woodget: we got a lot of butterflys and bees here at the moment
Annelies Fratica: you switch off the light, and they stop flying, you ever noticed that?
Annelies Fratica: they're circling around the room, you switch off the light, and then, no sound anymore, they stopped
Lukey Woodget: I suppose after all the years they dont know what a light is
Annelies Fratica: question, how do they stop then
    Annelies Fratica: lol
Annelies Fratica: do they hit something?
Lukey Woodget: in the day they fly
Annelies Fratica: do they just drop on the ground?
Lukey Woodget: and the night they wait
Lukey Woodget: no the just stop on a leaf
    Lukey Woodget: or a wall
Annelies Fratica: yes, but, if the light is on while they're flying
Lukey Woodget: and wait for the sun
Annelies Fratica: and at a sudden you surprise them by switching off the light, while they are in the air
    Annelies Fratica: lol
Lukey Woodget: well i suppose they find a place

Annelies Fratica: I don't expect an answer, it's a funny question
Annelies Fratica: because you can't check what exactly happens ;-)

Lukey Woodget: but unnatural light must be odd to them
Lukey Woodget: it is a good question
Annelies Fratica: some are flying around here now
Lukey Woodget: how do you know the world is not you
Annelies Fratica: I googled for it, first I wanted to know if they can hear, and then ... you come across another question

    --BELL--

Lukey Woodget: if the world is not here
Lukey Woodget: when you are dead
Lukey Woodget: then how do you know that the world is not you
    Lukey Woodget: like a dream
Lukey Woodget: the world only exists in your head
Annelies Fratica: when we're dead, grass grows on our belly (that's they way some people say it here when they wanna say there is no afterlife)
    Annelies Fratica: ;-)

Annelies Fratica: I'm kind of trying to follow your idea
    Lukey Woodget: yes
Lukey Woodget: maybe the world caries on
Annelies Fratica: oh, insects, a large moth flew in gonna switch off the light, so it finds it's way out again
Lukey Woodget: to be fair though
Lukey Woodget: we dont realy know anything

Lukey Woodget: im off to bed
    Lukey Woodget: because its late
Annelies Fratica: hehe, okies, I'll be around here for sure
Lukey Woodget: but I hope to see you next time
Lukey Woodget: it has been so intresting
Annelies Fratica: yes, always nice peoples here
Annelies Fratica: we can keep contact
