Xirana Oximoxi: well... I am the 'guardian' for this session on Saturdays, and during all summer I've not come... a lot of family and people coming here and we usually have luch very late
Xirana Oximoxi: so..maybe all people is doing siesta now :-)

Xirana Oximoxi: what does motivate you to do things..or to come to PaB?

Mellie McMinnar: yeah, I love to learn new things
Mellie McMinnar: what is yours?
Xirana Oximoxi: in some way also learning new things... and in other sense, related to painting, to explore and try to discover new ways of expressing feelings, thoughts...etc.
Mellie McMinnar: did you try composing music?
Xirana Oximoxi: no, I did try to learn to play guitar long ago :-) but at the end I noticed I was not good at all :-)
Xirana Oximoxi: did you try?
Xirana Oximoxi: one must have a good knowledge of music to compose, I think...
Mellie McMinnar: yes, a bit
Xirana Oximoxi: wonderful! did you record it with an intrument?
Xirana Oximoxi: piano, guitar...
Mellie McMinnar: sometimes.... I play the guitar and the piano... and I sing... but I only compose for myself
Xirana Oximoxi: maybe others would like and enjoy listening to your works too :-)
Xirana Oximoxi: now is more easy to share online
Mellie McMinnar: maybe some day :) but it's just a hobby.... others like to solve crosswords, I like to play music ;)

Mellie McMinnar: I took lessons in music theory... but I mostly play spontaneously. and don't use that knowledge much
Mellie McMinnar: do you show your art to others?
Xirana Oximoxi: yes, here and on internet..and when possible in rl art galleries too :-)
Mellie McMinnar: cool!
Xirana Oximoxi: well...I try to live from it, what is not easy at all...
Mellie McMinnar: I bet it isn't
Xirana Oximoxi: but it's my passion..I do paint anyway :-)
Mellie McMinnar: good for you :) For me art is just a hobby
Xirana Oximoxi: a very nice hobby :-)
Mellie McMinnar: true :)
Mellie McMinnar: and SL opens new possibilities for doing art
Xirana Oximoxi: yes .. a lot of new ways to explore
Xirana Oximoxi: I visit a lot of art installations here..some really amazing
Xirana Oximoxi: I like very much the possibility that SL offers to share what we do
Xirana Oximoxi: also live music :-)
Mellie McMinnar: yeah.. I've been to some very nice museums and to some live concerts in SL... of course there can't be many people there, so it's always more like some sort of club-atmosphere

Xirana Oximoxi: I've only thought about SL like playing with dolls when trying clothes and other avatars like animals ... :-)
Santoshima Resident: and it has affected my intereactions, with other people, how i see visually
