DR42 Resident: I closed my eyes and did my meditation, if only for 5 minutes. My intent was to meditate for 20 or 30 minutes.

Wol Euler: I've been sitting first thing every morning for nearly six months now. (for certain values of "first thing" and "every" :)

Moon Fargis: i think we all have our ritual that helps our mind going to meditation. For me its the flute , or lightning a inscence stick. Especially with long meditations one can burn a inscence stick infront of him and watch it fade into air

Moon Fargis: no alpha or delta, just vibes ㋡ they need to be heard with headphones becasue the effect is archived by having a slight lag between those vibes in every left and right channel
