Lucinda Lavender: well I have never done much except opening to the dream ...intending no harm to others etc

stevenaia Michinaga: yes, it is a more relaxed approach, it;s thundering here so may loose interent
Lucinda Lavender: I use a tarot card before I sleep and one after I wake tho

stevenaia Michinaga: I am more often having waking or semi waking dreams when I drift between awake and asleep, sometime they are complete other times nothing

Lucinda Lavender: I think I wait for images to jump out to me

Lucinda Lavender: and what is not rememberable I let go of
Lucinda Lavender: just like gathering berries or something
