Aphrodite Macbain: I have decided to do yoga every day for 10 minutes

Aphrodite Macbain: My whole yoga class is doing the same

Aphrodite Macbain: I suppose it's like making new year's resolutions

Hana Furlough: i've been thinking about when to make an intention and when to just relax
Aphrodite Macbain: Have you set any intentions ? Or do you see any point in it?

Hana Furlough: i definitely think there is something very meaningful there
Hana Furlough: but at times it can become like a prison
Hana Furlough: a source of stress
Aphrodite Macbain: I realize that if I dont set any intention, I dont usually do anything out of thenorm
Hana Furlough: one more thing to do

Aphrodite Macbain: I stick to my pattern
Aphrodite Macbain: especially when it comes to eating or exercising
Hana Furlough: that's good

Aphrodite Macbain: My intentions when I come to my own session are to facilitate conversation and learn something new
Aphrodite Macbain: When I come to other sessions, I come to get stimulated, get support or learn something new.

Aphrodite Macbain: Community CUltural Development- for cultural workers

Aphrodite Macbain: building community through the arts
Hana Furlough: a worthy cause
Aphrodite Macbain: I've taught it for over 10 years. It's a great source of income to pay for my trips to Italy!

Aphrodite Macbain: I try to go every 2 years. Nothing this year, but next...
