Storm Nordwind: There's also a long ride around the village as a tour, and from the party site a long ride past the previous PaB session venues

Xirana Oximoxi: at the moment I don't have time to learn to build :(.. sure it's fantastic to create your own things here
Bleu Oleander: SL changed for me when I started building

Eliza Madrigal: When Storm and Adams were working on the museum, the neatest thing was the model they made to play with in SL... something I'd not thought of before, but wow... virtual nesting :)

Storm Nordwind: because awareness is what you are, not the thought
Eliza Madrigal: hmm... in fact a 'thought' can seem to weigh or pull on the liveliness in some ways...

Storm Nordwind: When you 'drop thought', what is left?

Bleu Oleander: how can you access awareness then?
Xirana Oximoxi: when people do meditation, they try to keep the mind 'quiet' in silence'.. maybe then they are not thinking... but are aware of being anyway
Storm Nordwind: In meditation Xirana - you can still be aware of thoughts that arise and pass away, but you can watch them go in and not get involved or identify with them
Brian Roop: it's clear that dogs dream, they vocalize and move paws as if running
Eliza Madrigal: definitely a difference between aware in an awake way, and just 'zoned' without thoughts, too...

Eliza Madrigal: yesterday I was in an office and on the cd player there was this wonderful classical piece of music (should have looked to see what it was) and I attended to listen without being 'directed' by it in a linear way... was fascinating
