    Eos Amaterasu: Hi Eden

    --BELL--

    Eden Haiku: Bonsoir Eos:)
    Eos Amaterasu bows
Eos Amaterasu: Still in the Laurentiens?
    Eden Haiku: Yes :)
Eos Amaterasu:         Did you stay up all night and watch the Perseids?
Eden Haiku:     How have you been Eos?
Eden Haiku:             No, it was raining over here. And I forgot :) Did you?
Eos Amaterasu:        Sunday night.... best Perseids I've seen
    Eos Amaterasu:     felt lucky
Eden Haiku:          Oh! How did it feel?
Eos Amaterasu:     blessed with sky show
Eden Haiku:             Seeing the stars falling down?
Eos Amaterasu: or   earth streaming through comet remnants
Eden Haiku:             Yes, it's wonderful to see.
Eos Amaterasu feels grateful to the spherical circle of life
Eden Haiku:             Reminds us of our smallness in the universe...
Eos Amaterasu: with atmosphere that creates perceptions
Eos Amaterasu:     it's also a nice thing to do cause it's totally analog
Eos Amaterasu:     no instruments or devices needed
Eos Amaterasu:     just lie down and look up at the sky
    Eos Amaterasu:     :-)
Eden Haiku: Oh :) And so being a human being walking on this earth is an analog thing then :)
Eden Haiku: No digital devices needed,...
Eos Amaterasu         can feel analogies resonating across billions of years and evolutions
Eden Haiku:         Rediscovering the beauty of simplicity aren't we?
Eden Haiku:             How beautiful a sentence Eos:)
Eos Amaterasu:    perhaps... as Feynman said, it feels like truth
Eden Haiku:             Truth does indeed resonate through eons...

Eos Amaterasu:     I have a portable mattress that folds in thirds - perfect to take for such an occasion
Eden Haiku:          Where you in the forest?
Eos Amaterasu:    No, I was just beyond the Halifax harbour, at a spot we call "the bottlecap trail".... parked there and walked in a bit
Eos Amaterasu:    night was totally clear
Eden Haiku:         No city lights and dark enough to catch the starlights?
Eos Amaterasu:   could have been darker, but good enough

Eden Haiku: I,m sad I forgot about the Perseids. It's so rare!
Eden Haiku: Sometimes, spending all summer in nature, I tend to feel immune to the wonders of nature and get caught into work and forget to gaze at the stars...
Eos Amaterasu: we go through cycles
    Eden Haiku: We do...

    --BELL--

Eden Haiku: Wow! It was a refreshing silence... A delightful presence too...
    Eos Amaterasu: :-)

Eos Amaterasu: that probably relates to this week's theme of "motivation" (I think)
Eden Haiku: I just went into the pub and played with Bella the cat. The pub is the first place I went into when I ventured in these grounds for the first time four years ago... Motivation... Ah, nice. What motivates us to stop for 90 seconds every 15 minutes? The deliciousness of silence? Of shared silence? Which is very different then the background SL silence...
Eos Amaterasu: Yeah, I think the possibility of together stepping into a shared silence
Eos Amaterasu: really quite amazing when you think about it :-)
Eden Haiku: Yes. Like crossing the frontier to another world.
Eden Haiku: No words needed. Just sensations.
Eden Haiku: An unity of all things.
Eden Haiku: The world of the sphinx :)
Eos Amaterasu: I guess this is a kind of open and quiet space here, but at any time avatars could appear
Eos Amaterasu: and 4 times a day fall into shared every 15 minute gaps
Eden Haiku: Avatars can materialize from the veil of silence at any moment yes :)
Eos Amaterasu: like a temple of Athena to which you can teleport
Eden Haiku: And fall, yes, in a gap, a wide gap of deep deep silence. Athena's temple... goddess of knowledge and of the city...
Eos Amaterasu: good to do this in the city
Eden Haiku: I will have to teleport back to Rl in a few minutes
Eden Haiku: It was so nice being here with you, by this pool of silence Eos :)
Eos Amaterasu appreciate the shifting RLities
Eden Haiku: Thank you for your welcoming heart :)
Eos Amaterasu: yes, delightful to be with you, Eden
    Eos Amaterasu: Cheers!
Eden Haiku: Bye. Sweet dreams through the falling stars Eos:-)
